Jon made sure me and my wife got the best deal and took care of us letting us know about our issue and even though our vehicle was out of warranty, that VW would still cover it being it was a known problem. Appreciate the honesty - most dealers would have told us we're screwed and made us pay 100%, but he went to bat for us - super dude and honest seller - my wife's vehicle issues have gone away now - many thanks!

I have taken my car to Napleton VW of Orlando several times over the past few years for a reoccurring issue. Each time the service staff have been professional, kind, and helpful. Roger has gone above and beyond to make sure that I and my car have been taken care of properly. Occasionally I have had long waits for parts to come in, but that is not the fault of the dealership or of the people working there, just a reality of current times. I will happily continue bringing my GTI to Napleton of Orlando for any future service needs.

Great collision center to work with. My estimator worked with my insurance for the supplemental (hidden) damages found during the repair. You cannot tell I hit a deer with my truck. Quality of the workmanship is topnotch. Cindy and Tom are always a pleasure to work with.

They provide exceptional customer service and everyone is knowledgeable and good at what they do! My service advisor Caleb communicates well, is knowledgeable and treats us like family. Carlos is a highly skilled technician and the quality of his work exceeds my expectations every time. Carlos educates us and keeps us informed about the health of our vehicles and completely takes the worry out of maintaining them! I can not speak highly enough about their service team, they're phenomenal.
