We just bought a beautiful claret mica colored Lexus GX 460 from Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett, and I absolutely LOVE giving happy reviews!!! For personal reasons, we had decided to purchase a different car. Since a conversation had started on the phone after looking at their easy to navigate website, we went to look at the vehicle. Even though the dealership was about an hour away, we felt this car checked all of our boxes. As we entered the luxurious showroom, the delightful salesman, Mr. Bill McCole, (a 22-year veteran of car sales at Hennessey), greeted us with a firm handshake and a warm smile. It’s evident that this dealership strives to create an entire pleasant customer experience by offering free wifi, snacks, and warm and cold beverages! Once we were on the lot with Bill, we were excited to see the specific vehicle we had seen online. The vehicle was exactly as described. Bill took fantastic care of us even staying after hours. We found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, had helpful advice and went above and beyond for us. Bill even noticed a slight problem with the vehicle, (it happens, it’s pre-owned), and jumped through hoops to get it cared for, far surpassing our expectations. The final price was easy to negotiate, and felt we had a great value, and trusted them. Anything requested, Bill made it happen. We are extremely impressed with Rich Mahoney, Finance Director, as he reached out to us and made sure, we were happy with our vehicle and the transaction. (Perhaps the sales manager was out that day). Hennessey is the kind of dealership that we would send our grandmother to and know she would be treated with the care and respect of the employee's own grandmothers. I would say from the top, the President, Ms. Stephanie to Anthony the Lot Inventory Specialist, the red carpet was rolled out. We were treated honestly and fairly and would recommend them to all our friends, family, neighbors, and my husband’s 1200 clients. (25 years as a North Atlanta Realtor). There were no high-pressure sales tactics, bait and switch tricks, forcing of vehicle warranty at F&I, or any other unpleasant issues that occurred as experienced at other dealerships we had been to. We found the entire transaction to be stress free, seamless, honest, and attentive to our needs. In fact, as we drove away, my Husband said, “I just drove away with a car I love, at the price I wanted”. I nodded in agreement as I felt cared for, valued and respected. As the Lexus ads state, we felt "This was a "December to Remember!"
