They have always given me the type of service that is expected not only because it is a Lexus dealer they just treat me with respect, kindness and how a customer should be treated. Avoid this place! I took my car there to have a simple recall done and they claimed a bolt mysteriously broke that was right next to where the recall was being performed. They told me it would cost 1500 to get this problem fixed. It was clear they were responsible for the damage to my vehicle and refused to own up to it. I spoke with the service manager, service director(This guy’s name is Evan and is probably the rudest individual I have ever dealt with), and the GM in regards to this issue. Again, please avoid this place because they will not own up to their mistakes. It’s a shame the current leadership they have in place handled this problem the way they did.

They claim there is no connection with my damaged part and the recall performed. What’s interesting is they claim a bolt mysteriously broke off on my fuel rail which happens to be right next to where the recall performed. I’ll let you be the judge on the “no connection” comment they made. Additionally, the bolt that supposedly broke off manage to disappear. If the bolt broke, it would most likely still be in the fuel rail since 100% of the time bolts break, the broken bolt remains in the threaded portion of where it broke. Lastly, I drove this car 30 miles to my house when it started acting funny. Fuel would have been spraying everywhere if the bolt broke off prior to me bringing it in. This is a very high pressured fuel system and the fuel supply feed line not only had o-rings that were damaged, but was also pried up to where fuel would have been spraying all over my engine. Again, their story is highly inaccurate and they refuse to own up to it. I would definitely pursue this in court if I had time. At this point, the 1k I had to spend doesn’t even matter, it’s the principle.

Friday I took my car in for an alignment and oil change then traction control lights came on that evening which was concerning. The next Monday, I took my vehicle back because the alignment was not correct and the warning lights remained on. These issues were blamed on a missing engine mount bolt, which I do appreciate them noticing (although this has caused no issues in 2 years). I then took my vehicle back that Thursday and the bolts were installed and the alignment was somewhat corrected, but I was told the warning lights were on because the steering angle sensor needed to be replaced (a $1300 service estimate). I returned home and did some research on this issue. Within 30 minutes, I found that the steering angle sensor needed to be reset which is a common problem after alignments. I fixed this issue on my own without a $1300 repair which was completely unnecessary.
Improperly put in my Cabin Filter & wouldn't acknowledge it - Winston
On 9/8//18 I took my car to Nally Roswell Lexus for maintenance work and requested they also check to see why my radio got static when I turn on my rear defrost button. The dealership stated I need to have my cabin filter changed for my maintenance and in order for then to diagnose my static situation, they would have to take my rear window off. As such, I informed them I did not want the defrost button fixed.
The next morning, I turned my car on and my front defrost button was blinking and I could not operate any other panel button until the light stopped blinking which was about 30 seconds and my fan did not automatically come on as it had prior to my service with this dealership. This happened each time I started my car after it had been sitting for at least 2 hours or more. I scheduled another visit for them on 9/14/18 to look at my car and explained what was happening and informed them this was not happening prior to my service I received from them. The service manager argued me down and stated they did not cause this and I argued my case that they did. He insisted that I needed to pay an additional $300 plus for them to remove my rear window because my antenna was causing this malfunction. I refused to pay the money and left because I knew that did not sound logical and was confident they did something to cause his malfunction. The weekend I called several other service departments and described what my car was doing and informed them of the service and they stated it sounded like my cabin filter. I also googled the problem and found the same information. I called the General Manager 9/17/18 and he basically called me a lie and stated they would not repair my cabin filter even though they did not install it properly and referred me to a different location. He never acknowledged that they could have made a mistake nor took ownership of causing this new problem when I had no problem prior to entering their shop.

went to South Atlanta Lexus for oil change and replace the spark plugs in my 2013 LS 460. First the salesman asked if I had been quoted a price after I said no he told me the cost would be 1100.00, I quickly took my keys and called another dealer an hour away and they gave me the same service the next day for 498.00 and a loaner car to use. I guess I had stupid written on my head that morning...don’t trust them with your mom aunt or grandma...go to a reputable dealer..satellite blvd in Duluth is excellent.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place.
Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.
