I didn't know where to bring my new (to me) Airstream RV on a Sprinter 3500 chassis. I took a chance and I'm so glad I brought it to RBM Atlanta. Both times they did exactly what needed to be done perfect. Didn't push unnecessary work on me. Just adapted to my crazy schedule and got it done right! The first time!
If you have a sprinter, bring it here if you want it done right with no typical dealer BS;)

I always have amazing service when I bring my car in for routine visits. Everyone is extremely courteous and goes out of their way. I feel comfortable with my work done and leave my car without fear. It’s the only place I am 100 % comfortable with any maintenance issues or buying a car. I never feel like I’m getting pushed around or forced into something I’m not wanting. This is the second car I’ve got at Mercedes and used the same sales man. I can’t say enough good things about a Josh. I will be seeing him again when it’s time to trade my car in!!!

July 2020 I had an appointment 11am to replace passenger airbag which I was told would only take 1 hour. I was handed my keys 5pm. This location is not professional, the service department and general manager consists of low lifes. They will damage functions on your vehicle and place the damage on you. I only gave 1 star because it is the worst it will allow. These guys do not even deserve that. I took my brand new 2019 terrain in for an oil change and these guys changed my in cabin air filter and air filter without confirming the work with me and then charged me $104 for something I did not need or want. I had told them to remove the parts, but after being there for 2 hrs with an appointment, I was late for another appointment. Being told it would be 45 minutes to remove the part, I asked for a manager. He was conveniently "on vacation", but would be back monday. Called monday. Called Tuesday. Called Wednesday. No call back. Go figure.... I have since had to dispute the charges. I will never return to any of their dealerships and I would strongly advise anybody else to avoid them as well

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place.
Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.
