Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and eager to answer any questions. I highly recommend working with him. Paul in finance was also a pleasure to work with. He offered additional products as to be expected but wasn't pushy. Great experience overall.

What a joke. Although the salesman I dealt with was nice (Justin) I was duped. “Everything was great!” they said... all boxes checked as far as everything in great working condition. I know it was an “as is” sale but you could have at least been honest. The entire thermostat system- destroyed... Air conditioning unit (whatever the technical term for this is actually called) completely destroyed. I even asked about it. I called a few days after the sale and even texted Justin about the AC. No response. I worked my xxx off as a teacher and took on 2 extra jobs after I totaled my car so I could buy something used but reliable. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. I wish I could give 0 stars.

No pushy sales, showed us the different cars available, had a test drive, and left to think about it. We came back days later for a second test drive and decided to purchase the car. We still had a lease, so they worked with us, holding the car for a little while we return the lease. We worked with Peter Radlowski and he was very helpful through the entire process. When it was time to finance, all the paperwork was prepared ahead of time and the finance manager was not push at all. Informed us of some options, but with absolutely no pressure. We worked with Brian Larson. We had a great experience.

I don't know how they do things in person, but trying to buy a vehicle from them by phone or video must be impossible. Of all the dealerships I've ever dealt with (20+?), these guys have been the most difficult to work with. "We can't do this" (discuss an offer without my name, address, and contact info... which they finally decided to do a few days later); or "we can't do that" (do a virtual walk-around). They seem to really want you to play their game, rather than just shooting you straight on anything. After FINALLY getting close enough on price to believe we could close a cash deal once we did a virtual walk-around (that they never agreed to do), they told me they would not allow me to have the car shipped unless I was present. Huh??? Isn't that the same as just saying you won't sell me a car unless I drive across two States to buy it?
Look... It's their business, and they can run it however they want, but at no point did I ever feel like they gave a xxxx about whether or not they sold a car. The salesman knew from the word go that I was looking at having it shipped and mentioning to me on the front end that their "policy" wouldn't "allow" that would have saved us both a lot of time and trouble. No interest in taking care of a customer on the front end makes me suspicious of anything they have to say about their product or service. Lord forbid a manager would have cared enough pick up a phone and call me to see if there was anyway to put me in their vehicle. I hope your experience with these guys is better than mine. Just beware.
warrenty repair - leaky pan
Absolutely the worse dealership for service. I scheduled an appointment for leaking oil pan and blown rear shock. They ordered a gasket for the oil pan leak and a shock, which took over 3 weeks to get. Did not call to schedule appointment, so I called them after about a month. I was told 5 weeks till I could bring in for repair. That appointment was cancelled and quickest I could bring in was 3 weeks later, Memorial Day weekend. So this service department is either so understaffed they don't have a mechanic or they do not want to do warrenty work. 3 monthes to schedule a repair......really???
Called Van Drunen Ford, they had the parts, and scheduled the repair in 2 DAYS! Unfortunately the Bob Harper Ford did not see the BIG CRACK in the oil pan which also had to be replaced.
I would NEVER refer to this dealership!

Vehicle was used as a fleet truck and was being rented out as a loaner to one of their customers having their truck fixed. Salesperson didn't get back with me but I was fine with it I could have emailed them. I decided it was too far to go to pick up the vehicle, and apparently they didn't like my offer for them to ship it to me for free and have some type of warranty to ensure I wasn't buying junk.

Poor customer service and follow up.
My service appt was overlooked due to an issue on their end with the Lincoln app scheduling. There was basically zero apology or attempt to make it right. They just rebooked it for 12 days later- I would’ve expected them to at least try to work me back into the schedule sooner. Speaking to the service manager was pointless. We won’t be back for any future service.

I had my service trucks serviced on 9/16/16. I had the oil / filter change and the fuel filter changed on our diesel, drove less then 100 miles and it burst into flames. What happened? It is a new truck that is completly stock and only been serviced by a dealer.

Found my new vehicle online, and was instantly reached out to by the Internet Sales person at the store with a really nice video email. Our vehicle was in the service department for almost 4 weeks, we either couldn't reach the right person by phone or they were finding MORE things wrong with the van. Several times the service people were rude on the phone. When we got the van back FINALLY it was awefully dirty inside and STUNK! I wil NEVER NEVER return there!
