Napleton Lincoln Service - Dr. Michael L. Connolly
The service at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview is great! I was offered the choice of either having my car picked up at my home and given a loaner while my car was being serviced or dropping my car off and given a ride to wherever I needed to go. The service team is friendly and they were happy to review all of the functions on my Lincoln, since I needed refreshing on how everything worked. I've had cars that were supposed to be luxury vehicles before, but my new Continental puts them all to shame. This is the type of comfort I've always wanted!

Anita Sutton and Sutton worked really hard to find the right car at the best deal for me. Anita was patient and worked hard to give me an overall great experience. I have been buying cars from Nate Sutton/ Sutton Ford for many, many, many years. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Ask For Will he was great - BrittneyK
100% better experience than the last dealership I got my last car at. Usually buying a car is an unpleasant experience that I dread.. However, this time around it was super quick & easy. My car salesman Will Foster was such a standup guy. He was up front and HONEST. He did everything in his power to get me the best deal, he got me a great trade in on my Chevy Malibu! The Finance Manager Mark was super great to work with. I felt they both cared about my time and cared about making sure I made the right investment. Thanks for all your help! If you go here to buy a new car & want a great experience make sure you ask for Will Foster he will take good care of you & get you a great deal!
Top notch service!!! - Ron597
I contacted Dan in November of 2017 about the new Navigator, he was on top of why I couldn’t find one anywhere yet. They weren’t out yet!!! He contacted me a couple times about them before they were released wondering if I had any questions that he might be able to answer, which I did and he always had an answer for me. When they came out finally he contacted me, and we looked all over the area for the one I wanted which we couldn’t find. I was hesitant on ordering one and when I finally did he helped make the process very easy. As a procrastinator, I waited till the last minute to order and when he found out the date I needed it by he wasn’t sure he could get it done. He searched for one already in the process of being built and found one that he was able to change order on and now hopefully it will be here before I need it. He’s been nothing but helpful and if it’s not here on time my wife said she’s buying a minivan instead, so let’s hope it arrives. Thank Dan for helping.

Awesome experience buying a pre-owned car over the Internet! - abalakri
We bought a pre-owned 2014 Ford Flex from them and had it shipped over to California without ever seeing the SUV in person beforehand. It was a great experience from start to finish. Fair and transparent pricing. Prompt and comprehensive communication every step of the way over email, which is very rare even from local dealerships one has visited in person. We asked many questions about the condition, service and ownership history of the car and received immediate, truthful answers that we later verified. We asked about extended service contracts, but there was no push to upsell anything. We asked for a Carfax, which they did not have, so purchased ourselves, but they did provide one of their own before the sale was concluded. They took it upon themselves to clean and service the car (oil change etc.) and had it carefully loaded and shipped on the carrier of our choice. Chuck was super helpful and kept us informed at all times. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We hope they live long and prosper.

This was my family's first experience at Jim Hayes. I think Chris Street was the perfect Salesman for us. He was recommended by family friends. he was very professional, polite, easy to talk to and personable. We will definitely give Chris Street a shot at our future car purchases! Thanks, Chris!!

Worst experience ever! - Jeepguyforlife
I am certainly not an unrealistic person and while I don’t love the process of buying a new car, it is a necessity in life. We had called on Friday and talked to Jaci to verify that a jeep was available that we seen online! We drove 1 hour over in the rain and I specifically told her that we needed to be at 6k on trade in and if they couldn’t do it, no hard feelings. The online price of the Jeep was 32,404, so when she comes back to sit down she says you will love this deal! She then proceeds to inflate the price back up to MSRP and say, but we are giving you more for your trade than what it’s worth.
Are you freaking kidding me? You must think we are morons to not catch that you did not start with the price that was advertised. There was no reason for this. If you want to give less for a trade then just be honest about it, not deceptive! I WILL NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN and will push for anyone I know to not ever patron this dealership!!!!
We went to Southtown Dodge/Jeep in South county today and bought a Jeep where they actually honored their online price.

World's best dealership! - tri30084
The car they advertised online had only 57000 miles on it. When I got to the dealership they said the mileage was wrong. It had 100000 miles on it and they also told me it had some bumper damage to it. It would have been nice to know this before driving out there. They were going to fix the bumper and detail it before selling it. The car’s engine also had lifter noise to it. I gave them a low offer on the car. After the salesman went to his manager 4 times, not once did they counter offer the price. Not even a penny. All I heard is how they are the #1 Ford dealership in the world and how they have the car is fairly priced for the market. I showed them some cars that were priced cheaper on my cell phone. Again, I heard how they are the #1 Ford dealership in the world and they only sell the best. When I first walked in the dealership I asked if they were flexible with their price. Things got a little heated between me and the salesperson. I hate when people lie. Especially from the #1 Ford dealership in the world!
Completely satisfied customer - Susan Singer
I took my car to Buss Ford for a full service oil change and during my visit a service tech (Brandon Singer) which now I now that he is the quick lube manager, I felt that he was very informative with me as I really didn't know what I needed. He sat with me and explained everything that I needed, so I could understand and not feel so overwhelmed being a woman. I will differently go back to Buss Ford because of that young hard worker. I think every company should teach there employee the way to talk to people that don't know much about cars. So in the future I will go to them for all my services I need done. Thank you Brandon Singer your a awesome worker.
They don’t stand behind their word - Dmax2464
Extremely unhappy with the way they do business. I bought a used truck from them. They said that they would do whatever is takes to fix the truck and that they would make it right. So we did the deal, they fixed one of the two issues. I brought the truck back after the second issue didn’t get fixed, they “fixed” the issue again and no sooner than pulling back in my driveway the codes were back. Now they say there is nothing more they can do for me. I WILL NOT buy anything else from this dealership!!!
NO REASON TO GO ANYWERE ELSE - tommy

laid the numbers out, got me a great interest rate, everything was ready to go on time !!
Never again! - George Whaley
My wife and I bought three cars from this place, because the first two were junk that they tried to cover up and sell us. Third car was decent but the experience of buying it, the price it was sold to us for was way over the top, and the people we had to deal with were arrogant and rude. My parents bought a new car at the same time, and have had nothing but problems with it. That wouldn't be so bad, except the people in the service department never fix the problems, they don't listen, and they have caused more problems with their shoddy workmanship. I would never recommend so.eone to go here.
Bought truck with vibration - pissed off
I found the used truck I had been looking for and the price was right. Made the deal with my trade. Came back the next day to finalize the deal and take delivery. I traded an F250 for an F150. The F250 had D plates and the F150 only needs B plates....when we sat down to do the paperwork, they had transferred my plates instead of ordering new ones and got bent out of shape when I asked him to get me the B plates that my new truck needed. The truck I bought had a slight vibration when I test drove it and I mentioned that to the salesman, he said it sat for awhile and may have some flat spots on the tires and it should smooth out in 100 miles or so. The truck came with 1000 mile 50/50 warranty from the dealer. I purchased an extended warranty as well. I put 900 miles on the truck and took it to the dealer with the vibration I had mentioned to the salesman, I got there after the service department had closed, so I asked the on duty manager to go for a drive with me so he could experience the vibration and explain it to the service department in the morning. He just looked at me and said...do I look like a mechanic? OK...so my salesman says I'll go with you....he felt the vibration and wrote of the shop ticket. Next day, I call to check on it, service department tells me, there is no vibration, nothing wrong,....no, talk to so and so salesman he felt it....service guy says he is putting his "top tech" on it.....Next day I call in to check on it, I am then told the top tech has a truck identical to mine and this is just what you have to expect. Umm no. I called Ford corporate, they give me a bunch of info and suggest I contact top management/owner of the dealership. I research it and find there is a second dealership. I call them and explain my issue, and am promised a response. The next day I get a call from the service manager. He tells me he drove my truck and there is definitely a problem, long story short, they have had my truck now for 2 weeks and so far have completely rebuilt the front differential and have a new rear driveshaft ordered. I have been told this will all be no cost to me at all and will not be charged to my extended warranty. Only issue now is they will have my truck for another week waiting on the rest of the parts to come in. To sum it up, I have been treated like an idiot, spoken to rudely, and simply ignored. I have also been spoken to very sincerely, cordially and respectfully. They are making it right, but not without a lot of hassle. I would be very careful going to this dealership especially if your not a little mechanically inclined and/or very persistent. Best of luck to you.
Buyer Beware - WDB
In 2013 I bought an F150 from this dealer. The salesman was great to work with (Ray).
3 months before my warranty expired, my radio would intermittently fail to power up. I took it into the dealership and was told that they couldn't read a code for it unless it was malfunctioning at the time (radio had powered up on the drive into the dealer). The service mgr told me they entered the problem into the computer system in order to get it recorded before the warranty expired. He explained that the radio problems were common in the F150, so common in fact, Ford had as a matter of "good will" repaired some of these radios even after the warranty expired. They told me to stop in when I was in town and the radio wasn't working. I explained that I lived about 40 minutes away and worked in Peoria so I didn't get to Macomb very often during their shop hours (no tech on duty on saturdays they said). They said "no problem, it's been logged into the computer system". 9 days after the warranty expired, my radio was not working for an entire week so I took a vacation day in order to take it to the dealer. The read a code on it and scheduled the repair for the following Friday. I was told by the new servifce mgr (Brian) that it would cost $50 if it was just a simple wiring issue and if it was the radio itself or any module connected to it then those would be covered 100%. They fixed a connector in the wiring but the radio failed again 2 days later. I called back and the service mgr then tells me that it's probably the radio module that could cost up to $1700. I reminded him what I was told and that it failed during the warranty period and was recorded in their computer system during the warranty period and that he told me if it was the radio itself or a module, then it would be covered 100%. He said he would talk to one of his techs or a warranty guy and call me back. Never did. After 3 ph calls to him and being told he would call back - he never did. So I call and ask to speak to the General Mgr (Mike Woodrum) who had gone home already. They took my name, ph number and explanation of my issue with the service mgr and was assured that Mike would call me back the next morning. NEVER DID.
I have been a lifelong FORD man and also own 2 Toyota cars which the dealership also sells. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER. IF YOU DON'T EVEN RETURN PHONE CALLS THEN EVIDENTLY RETAINING LOYAL CUSTOMERS IS NOT A CONCERN OF THEIRS.
Burned up new truck!! - Robert & Carmen
I had my service trucks serviced on 9/16/16. I had the oil / filter change and the fuel filter changed on our diesel, drove less then 100 miles and it burst into flames. What happened? It is a new truck that is completly stock and only been serviced by a dealer.
Many of us have had bad buying experiences. W/Ken... - Daniel Jackson
Many of us have had bad buying experiences. W/Ken Johnson, not the case. He patiently eliminated any objections. Down to earth, laid back yet attentive/assertive. One who strives for the customers best interest and long term relationship. Refreshing.
Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they... - greenchicago
Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system.
