If i could leave a negative review i would......Never use the service department at this dealer! I have a metallic clicking noise coming from someplace in or near my engine. After doing some reasearch i realized there was an open recall on my vehicle related to an exhaust manifold issue. The symptoms of this matched my problem perfectly. I brought the car in explained my situation and was told that the symptoms i was describing would not be due to that recall issue, but they would "take a look." My recall was serviced and i have a report that states they examined everything and fixed the problem....actually stated there was no problem. I would have to pay about $200 for a diagnostic to try to figure out the noise......fast forward, i go to another dealer 40 miles away to have a second opinion. They find the exhaust problem and state NAPLETONS DID NOT FIX OR EXAMINE THIS ISSUE.....had they done what they claimed to have done, they would have seen a clear issue and replaced the parts indicated in the recall. Literal textbook FRAUD by Napletons subaru service department, claiming and documenting work that they did not do. DO NOT GO HERE, if you do, the outcome and safety implications are on you.

I immediately (first week) was hearing noises from the back tires which I assumed were the brakes(?), they couldn’t diagnose the problem causing noises but claimed nothing was wrong and “said” they replaced the brake pads as precaution. The noise was getting progressively worse month by month so I JUST brought it back in and I’m hit with a $1,800 issue (tire shock replacement?) and a list of suggested repairs/replacements.
Again, this is 6 months after purchasing -3 months outside of the warranty and less than 5,000 miles put on it.
I now feel that I was sold a lemon.
My last car of 10 years was a Range Rover HSE & I have never missed it more than I do now.
Aside from my current horrific situation, the sales side was decent, other than feeling blatantly lied to about the “in control” remote which was a new feature to me. Was told that was the reason why this car was priced over $3,000 higher than a xxxx near identical vehicle...yet was never disclosed that it was a 50% working feature AND A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE! Definitely thought paying $3k for that add-on meant we would HAVE that feature added-on, not another subscription!

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

I have owned Range Rovers for 18 years and am giving up. Why? Howard Orloff! They have the worst “service”. They are fully aware there is an issue with their service department and I don’t think they find anyone to hire. Alicia Houston in sales is fantastic and I loved working with her. However, I felt like I was rewarding bad behavior by buying vehicles from them and repeatedly having problems with the service department. In the dozens of times I took my vehicles there- they would always return dirtier than when I brought them in. It’s a disappointment as the vehicle’s themselves were great.

I always service my Range Rover at Land Rover Naperville. Their service is so good I drive down from Wisconsin to have my car serviced. Tony always takes really good care of my car. Most recently I decided to trade my car in and buy a new one. Tony got me set up with a sales guy named Iman. I was so pleased with Iman’s knowledge, professionalism, and over all enthusiasm. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Fluids not leveled, interior not cleaned.(Phil didn't fix those). (Didn't care about either until I walked up on bird in my grill). This is Not my first 'luxury' dealership experience. This is Definitely Not Luxury Service. Monopoly sevice??? Luxury invoice was received & paid in full.

After 3 calls to Anthony, and several days, we got scheduled to update our RR’s software at Land Rover Northfield. The upgrade turned the screen backgrounds to white from dark which looks bad in our all black RR. I called Land Rover and they said the new display background is white and cannot be changed. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park is in a word, hideous. This dealer does not stand by their service. Brought a failed repair back in while the vehicle is under warranty and Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park refused to fix the problem. Actually said, "You should go claim this on your insurance". I had to file a police report in the dealership parking lot so I have a reference for the incident. Opened a case with Land Rover corporate and they said they would work with the Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park, but Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park said if I didn't get my truck off their property immediately they would charge me 35 dollars a day for "storage". These people are rude and downright mean when they don't see dollar signs. Beware. Be very very careful if you need to interact with Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park.
