I bought my second car from Jeff and Alex yesterday and I LOVE my car! I wanted to look at one that was in a different town and they brought it down that day and had it ready for a test drive. After we made a deal they filled it with gas and let me keep my personalized plates! There is a button missing and Jeff ordered a new one right then and there and will replace it for free. I will recommend this place over and over! They are simply amazing. Thank you WBF and especially Alex and Jeff! I love my “new” Escape!

Can’t say enough about the quality and selection of vehicles they offer. All top notch. It is a family owned and run business where they honestly treat you like family. The same person that shows you a vehicle is the same person that walks you through the entire process. No haggling games where they have to ask the manager or having you go to a different office and see the finance person. Trading in your vehicle is also a breeze. We drove over 2 hours to see their inventory and we’re not disappointed. It was worth it. Over the years we have purchased many vehicles at many different dealerships, but this was the Best car buying experience we have ever had!!

Iowa Auto Exchange I wanted to say how much me and the kids appreciate everything you did for our family! I have never seen anyone work as hard as Todd and Alex. They meant they would get me approved and they did! I’m in a very reliable car and my heart is at peace. I have cancer as many of you know and these two men really went out on a limb for me. I was met the first day with care and respect. They did not pressure me into anything. When I asked questions they answered. I am amazed at how they worked together and with me to help. I will always refer friends and never forget the compassion and salesmanship and courtesy that they gave to me. I’m so elated that finally a used car salesmen is honest! I will be leaving lots of reviews! Note to buyers for used cars; Do not shoot the messenger if your financing doesn’t come back on the super low end, as we are all where we are in life because of life and life choices and our credit and unforeseen happenings. So by no fault of the dealership.(btw they get you the lowest they can) Don’t pick a car without knowing you will have to put money into it Don’t harass and leave bad reviews because you spent 7,000 and expected a 30,000 car Do ask the salesman to tell you which car runs better(looks mean nothing) When you buy a used car be ready to spend money on brakes,oil change, tires, tune up etc. Nobody knows what the last owner actually did! They responded to all of our questions while also giving us additional information about the truck along with sending additional pictures to help in the description. Recall completed quicker than estimated. Got requested shuttle to Panera. Got an unexpected car wash 😀 and interior of car was as clean as when I brought it in. Hopefully the software update to my touchscreen corrects the blacking out problem, it is an intermittent problem so cannot verify repair at this time.
