I came from out of state to buy a truck from them. They facilitated the whole process. They gave me an amazing trade value, and an awesome price on the truck I bought. Adam took great care of me and followed through with all of the small details. While I did my paperwork, he switched the license plates, filled it up with a full tank, put floor mats in it, and moved all of my paperwork over to the new truck. I felt like they made me their priority. And for that reason I will be returning. It is worth the trip.

Our salesman was Randy Hill, and he was great! He let us shop without "hovering" over and around us. He knows his products well. We were able to test drive two different vehicles of our choosing. Once we decided on "the one" we were able to sit down with Randy and work out a deal that worked for us.
We picked up our Town & Country Touring L yesterday and are extremely satisfied with it. When we arrived, She was spanking clean inside & out, with a full take of gas!!

Easy to get an appointment. Went in for an oil change and filter, but my pickup was given a more thorough inspection. Needed a new air filter, tires checked and rotated. Excellent!

Worst car buying experience I have had! - 93M6Camaro
I have done business with laird Noller since I bought my first car. Every experience was great and I had only good things to say. After my experience today. I am not sure what happened. I went to inquire about a truck and potentially trade in a mustang I had purchased from them two years ago. The Salesman asked me what time to meet him, I explained to him I could do it in the morning and he text me early asking what time. I told him 830. He never showed up, I sat in the building for 30 minutes before I could get help. I got stuck with another salesman who rushed me through didn’t ask me what I was looking for, literally put zero emphasis on me as a buyer and what I wanted to get out of the situation. Then they have my car for 3 minutes and then insult me with an unbelievable trade in quote. (Apparently it cost 600$ for tire sensors). When I was about to leave they said they would work on a deal. I waited for another hour and nothing happened. I told them I had to go to work, they said they would contact me before 5. No one ever called me and to top off the situation the truck that they had listed wasn’t even the model as described.

Wen into dealership for an oil change etc. Waited for the work to be done which took 30-45 minutes I would guess. Shortly they called me to the counter to say the work was completed. Total bill was $120 Only problem was I had a service contract so there should not have been a charge. Bill goes back out to the service manager to correct. When he came back with the revised bill he said he had hit the wrong button on the computer. Not sure I totally believe that. Have been dealing with Noller for almost 30 years and this is the first time I have ever had a problem with the bill.
A/C Service - HillBilly
I had the a/c serviced on my 2005 Lincoln Town Car. I took it in and had it checked and Adan diagnosed it real quick. The accumulator had rusted out and I lost all the freon. He replaced it and recharged the a/c and blows ice cold again. Thank you to Emporia Quick Lane.

I brought my 2012 mustang into Kline motors a while back and will never make this mistake again. When i called to make the appointment about a wind noise over the drivers visor which was covered under Factory Warranty. He asked if i bought the car from them which i did not. After hearing this he sounded very disinterested in talking to me. About a week later i was able to bring it in. He kept it all day. I never heard anything from him. So i called close to closing time and they had finished with my car. When i got there he told me it wasn't the windshield but in two weeks i could bring it back to have the body shop guy look at it. Two weeks later i take it back. He keeps it for two days and never once calls me. Finally on second day i call them. They were done with it. When i get there i was told that it was a turbulence noise that was actually coming from the driver side side view mirror. This problem was not fixable and He claimed if you put your head on the other side of the steering wheel while driving it was noisier. Tried that on the way home and that was the quietest i have ever heard this car. Do if you have a warranty repair don't take it to Kline motors. You will be wasting your time.
