Capital City Nissan has an awesome service department. I purchased my Nissan in Lawrence; however, I live in Topeka and service it here. This morning, I realized why I probably purchased my car in Lawrence. I am looking to purchase a larger SUV than my Juke, and I've been looking around. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I browsed the lot. There were 3 salesperson sitting in the front area, and when I inquired about the QX30's that were currently on the lot -- they were useless - they all appeared self-absorbed in their computers. Neither of them offered to show them to me, offered to allow me to test drive, etc. They provided mileage and price- nothing more. Very impressed with their service department - not impressed at all with their sales department. Perhaps they just aren't "hungry"? Believe women don't purchase cars? It's hard so say -- but, it was laughable. Kudos to service department! Sales department? Do they have one?

Bad experience at this dealership. Months later I still feel taken advantage of and treated poorly as a customer. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. I was deceived by showing me numbers higher than the price I had named. The manager and salesman told me I was mistaken but I insisted I knew what I wrote down. I ended up purchasing for the price I wanted because they had the car I wanted. I don’t think it was worth the hassle. After owning and looking into the car further, there is rust EVERYWHERE. Under the seat and inside the radio. Absolutely sneaky salesmen and finance office. Also salesman asked how much my boyfriend pays for my rent when I very much so live alone and pay my own rent. I recommend skipping the sales tricks pulled at this dealership and purchase elsewhere, especially if you are a women coming in alone.

Excellent Service - Weasel2010
Took our family vehicle here a couple weeks ago and received excellent service. Absolutely no complaints! The new manager Steve Nitschke was especially helpful. We will definitely be back!

I purchased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler from Capital City Nissan and must say I am quite satisfied. I was assisted by Randy Morehead. He was kind, courteous, and very helpful in getting me the best possible deal for trading in my old car. If anyone I know is looking for a new vehicle, then I'll recommend they visit Cap City Nissan.

Scheduled service online several days ago for 3pm on... - RFoster
Scheduled service online several days ago for 3pm on Friday. Was called and told they were behind due to tire repairs and other stuff. That is fine...asked what time I needed to be there was told there were 2 cars ahead of me. I asked to please convert that to a time so I could get there closer to when they could work on my truck. Was asked if I could bring it in next week. I said I could leave it and swing by and pick it up tomorrow between soccer games if they had a loaner. Was told they don't do loaners for oil changes. Operations and communication could use some serious performance improvement. 1. If you aren't going to get to it today...just lead with that vs. trying to make it my idea to reschedule to another day. 2. If you screw up managing your operation/schedule you should be able to provide a loaner overnight, even for an oil change.
