I didn't know how bad it was until I went somewhere else... Lee was my saleman 2 years ago when I bought a car(2015 altima) at cap city and didn't have a clue who I was when I came in last week to look at a few cars. The cars are priced good because they are all scuffed up. Ive had a handful of issues not covered by the warranty with the Altima I got here(blower moter for ac was going out when i bought it, couldn't hear until it was full blast). The sales guy Lee had us wait for an hour while he "Talked to his boss" over $200! And argued that 2 key fobs brought value over 1 key fob.. I received 4 key fobs with the car I bought this weekend somewhere else. They even through in a factory remote start and showed me how a customer should be treated. Cap city is only getting 2 stars because their service manager Dave is amazing. See him for service but buy elsewhere.

Horrible customer service and service department! Bought a new vehicle from them and it's been the worst experience of my life. From vehicle damaged during service to forgetting to tighten drain plug after oil change! And they will lie to your face about what they are going to do to correct the issue. Beware of Tabitha she will lie and try to blame the customer before she will except fault. Get everything in writing cause they will screw you at every turn. So from horrible staff and a non-existent owner that will never return your calls! BEWARE

found a car online came to look at it total cost for car 8000.00 was gonna put 3000.00 down finance the 5 i'm disabled make 1400.00 a month live with family have NO bills payment would be 180 a month for 3 yrs they said i don't make enough to buy the car BUT OFFERED IF I PUT DOWN A THOUSAND MORE THEY WOULD GET ME INTO A JUNK 9 YRS OLDER..I MEAN xxx I JUST WANTED TO TRY TO BUILD MY CREDIT SINCE IT'S A 640 SCORE I WOULD NEVER BUY OR GIVE MY TIME TO HENDRICK WHAT A BUNCH OF MORONS!!!!

We had a service appointment here and left to go look at other used cars while they worked on repairing our car. Came back and were told a bunch of parts had to be replaced and that they could fix it for an astronomical amount of money. After calling around, we decided to get a newer car. The sales manager and finance guy were a joke and rushed us through the whole process. They promised 60-day tags, free service, and warranty work. None of that materialized after the sale. I do not trust the sales and service at this dealership to work on our car.
