All I wanted was a price for a new key fob for my new-to-me Nissan, but all I got was the run around on their web site and directed to people who didn't even try to help me. I got rude comments for expecting them to do what I was told they would do and now they won't even reply to my e-mail (although I get the READ receipts). 1 star is being overly generous...

I brought my 370Z in because the convertible top wouldn't open all the way. They told me it was a bad sensor and that it would cost $942.39 to fix and kept my car all week. When I got the car back, the roof failed on the first try...just like before. I took it back in and left it for another day. They found that it was a piece of fabric that had come unstitched and was catching. To "fix" this they stapled the fabric in a few places with a desk stapler, that's it. I was never refunded any of the $942.39 that I paid for a sensor that was replaced for no reason.

We had our Nissan serviced yesterday and was extremely impressed with the way we were treated. Paul Giefing was our service advisor and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We were advised of any deficiencies but we were not pressured to pursue anything at that time which is a wonderful change. I would encourage you to give them a try.

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again.
When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!!

Not only did the brakes pads they replaced and the strut they fixed start making noises after only a few months, when I got the car back both times something else had been broken on my car and oil and dirty rags were left on the carpet. They owe me a blinker switch!

We had a service appointment here and left to go look at other used cars while they worked on repairing our car. Came back and were told a bunch of parts had to be replaced and that they could fix it for an astronomical amount of money. After calling around, we decided to get a newer car. The sales manager and finance guy were a joke and rushed us through the whole process. They promised 60-day tags, free service, and warranty work. None of that materialized after the sale. I do not trust the sales and service at this dealership to work on our car.
