I searched the internet for cars and landed on Koons Volvo and found two cars of interest. I called to see if the cars were still available and talked with Rich Shinnick who I later meet that same day and test drove both cars. Rich did a great job with assistance and the next day with Blair the sale manager we put a deal together. I then met with Zach Zacerous the finance manager and he did awesome job the rest of the deal. It would be worth it to check these guys out.

I feel so grateful to Manny for helping me as I was trying to decide what car to purchase. I was interested in the XC40 and he answered all of my questions and made our test drives so much fun. He taught me EVERYTHING about the car and was so patient. I wish all salesmen were as authentic and real as Manny. Even after we made the deal, he was there for me, introducing me to the service guys, taking photos of me in my new car, and giving me a tour of the place. Old School Dealership in the Worst Sense - Tesla2017
I bought a $74,000 used car from them, so it was I high-end purchase. I felt that I was being treated like a customer from a dealer 25 years ago. From the sales tactics of ‘we don’t negotiate price’ and ‘we have somebody ready to buy this right now’. I could live with that, but small details made all the difference. a promised floor mat was not delivered. An adapter that I was told was included was nowhere to be found. They changed tires - but switched out the chrome locking lugs for the cheapest replacements. And didn’t bother to put Valve stem covers. And no follow up from the salesman, even after trying to call. This lack of customer service and attention to detail is like my car-buying experiences of 25 years ago. A little effort would have made a huge difference.
This is the type of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name. In the end, I would not recommend or ever go back.

Our sales person Kathy Johnson was truly outstanding in every way! My wife and I have purchased over 10 new cars in our lifetime and this was FAR AND AWAY the very best experience we have had. Kathy was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and best of all a fantastic advocate! Living over 1,000 miles away we were a bit nervous about buying a $68,000 car sight unseen. Kathy, along with the sales manager Stefan St. John put our hesitation at ease....and boy did they deliver...Literally! After negotiating an unbelievable deal our new XC60 T8 Plug-in Highbryd was delivered to our driveway within days! Not a scratch on it..shiny and new! Kathy took pictures and video of the car before and after it was prepped. She was in frequent text communication with us and sent us a picture of it being loaded on the transport truck! They even set up the shipping with a significant discount and covered a portion of the registration. In addition, Carme Vitale the business manager was outstanding. He was kind and made the paperwork a breeze. Unlike a traditional transaction, we didn't have to wait for hours...this was fast and easy! Purchasing this car was by far the easiest, least time consuming, most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! OH, did I mention that we got the deal of a lifetime?! I AM TELLING YOU, THESE GUYS HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!

People are writing reviews for the sales side and this page if for service. The service department has knowledgeable Volvo mechanics and service writers. They get my car fixed fast and on time. They aren’t as bad as people portray.
Unprofessional Service Dept - NINSAR
Service Manager "Dave" quoted a total price of $380 then charged me $584 without explanation. He started out communicating very well, that is until he stole my money. I've called over and over again to no avail. Left voice mails, emails, sent mail by USPS and still have not heard back from "Dave". I'm now having to dispute the extra charges with my credit card company since no one from Bill Kidds has been able to explain them. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of Bill Kidds!

The employees in this dealership are completely unprofessional.. I was about to purchase a car from them but decided to go elsewhere when they began playing haggle games. The salesman would quote me one price- then the manager would qoute me another. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. The managers were rude and the obese finance guy (john) was a crook. I ended up buying my s80 from annapolis volvo. What a diference!! A beutiful showroom full of friendly employees who were there to help me-not to scam me. I purchased the same car for much less, and with a much better finance rate. I would recomend anyone interested in a volvo to purchase thiers at annapolis volvo- they appreciated my business. I would have rated Village Volvo all zeros, but 1s where the lowest rating available.
