What a great experience. I bought a '21 Volvo XC60 T6 Inscription from Ourisman last fall. There were no cars within 100 miles of me that had the options I wanted. Ourisman had one left. My broker connected me to Dan Gugger and Sam Schroeder to get the process rolling. They helped make the sales end easy and painless. From the start, I was concerned that my location would be an issue [I live in NY]. They said "no problem" and delivered the car right to my parking spot. Ian Walker made the business process super smooth. [First time in my life I never felt pressured to buy extras.] Since I couldn't do a live walk around to learn about the car and its features, Dan Schumm suggested we do it by phone so I could be in the car. We spent almost three hours on the phone and I never felt rushed. Dan G, Sam, Ian and Dan S made this lease the easiest of the 15+ leases I've had. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and the team was always available and helpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My vehicle buying experience was horrible. It was filled with empty promises and deceit, and I hope the used car sales department does not work like this on a regular basis. The Volvo corporate office should investigate the practices that are being followed at the Bethesda, MD. location. Now, I do not even trust that the car I purchased does not have major problems. I wish I would have purchased the Volvo warranty and gone to a different Volvo dealership.
Also, for the past few weeks I have left numerous messages for the GM, used car manager, and the person who sold me the car to give me a call to resolve a warranty issue I had (which I paid out of pocket $1200) but no one has returned my calls. The check engine light came on right after I purchased the car.

The employees in this dealership are completely unprofessional.. I was about to purchase a car from them but decided to go elsewhere when they began playing haggle games. The salesman would quote me one price- then the manager would qoute me another. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. The managers were rude and the obese finance guy (john) was a crook. I ended up buying my s80 from annapolis volvo. What a diference!! A beutiful showroom full of friendly employees who were there to help me-not to scam me. I purchased the same car for much less, and with a much better finance rate. I would recomend anyone interested in a volvo to purchase thiers at annapolis volvo- they appreciated my business. I would have rated Village Volvo all zeros, but 1s where the lowest rating available.

People are writing reviews for the sales side and this page if for service. The service department has knowledgeable Volvo mechanics and service writers. They get my car fixed fast and on time. They aren’t as bad as people portray.
