Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know sometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!

The dealership was clean, well lit, and organized very nicely. The staff were very helpful, especially the salesperson who assisted me, Ruzhena. She was wonderful to work with and ensured the process went smoothly. When a car I had previously looked at, and liked, became available again she reached out to me quickly and we were able to close a sale quickly. I’ll look there again next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle.

We recently purchased our second Audi from Fathers & Sons (Audi of West Springfield). Another great buying experience and great price! We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed. Not to mention the car is amazing, there is nothing like driving an Audi! Keep up the great work Fathers & Sons!
