I was very impressed with this young man's professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, and getting the best package I could get. This was the first time I ever bought a vehicle on my own and the experience was great. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. Top rate outfit!

Had a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta and was looking to upgrade. Credit wasn’t the best but we had a co-signer and Alex, our sales personal, was extremely helpful. I went first to look to see what Mattie had in our price range, and Alex was very attentive, informative and respectful of our budget. I went back the following day to show my husband everything Alex had gone over with me and Alex met with my husband and was extremely helpful once again. We had returned a few days later to test drive the car, and once again Alex was extremely attentive and patient with us. We made an appointment to go in on the weekend to do the credit application and Alex took care of everything. Nice and smooth sale and financing. Was one of the best sales professionals. Chris, the salesman that sold us our previous car was also extremely helpful facilitating the sale. Also, Tom in the finance department was extremely friendly, reassuring and helped us get the best rate, and got the financing done fast. Overall great experience and will return for next vehicle.

I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were already waiting for me with a car loaner. The whole thing took about 6 minutes and I was already in my way back home. The courtesy that I was treated with was very professional. The best, I will say.
Ben, from the service department, took care of my issue from the beginning to the end in a very professional manner and my car was there for almost three days and he took the time to called me once a day to keep me inform of the status on my car. Blew the oil separator in my 2010 Audi A4. Service department had it replaced same day before I got out of work. However 2 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Blew the main seal. Pretty expensive repair. A week later I brought it back and it was leaking oil. The seal that they had put in had failed. They replaced it again at no cost. Good group of people here and I would definitely come back.

I first stopped at Audi to pretty much cross it off my bucket list. I never dreamed I would be able to lease the A4. Both Chris and Tonia worked very hard over the course of two weeks to make it happen! I am very grateful for all their hard work! There were some issues with the car after I got home but The detail job was not great at all, lots of fine scratches showing mainly in the wax. I called Chris and he immediately took care of it for me. A big Thank you to Chris!
