Since they were bought by McGovern, it is. HORRIBLE purchase experience. Getting service done there is worse. The service advisors are condescending, sexist and their techs don’t fix the issues until you go back repeatedly. One tech put over 100 miles on my car and drove it home and back as his perso al behicle without replenishing the gas. Unacceptable.

Iam so Frustrated 😞 with my purchase of used Acurd RDX through your branch last month . From day one we noticed that the headlights is so bad and your technical promise to fix it by making some holes to recycle the air inside .but after the car was delivered we still having the same problem as headlights is foggy and has condensation all day& night which is not safe at all especially for night vision and can led to inspection failure in future. Unfortunately they need me to bring the car back to Natick again which i can't for Medical reasons plus it gonna add more mileage ,although the car was already there before .and they refused to find another alternative solution either to bring it to a closer branch or even shipped me a new one so i can replace it . Really i feel so bad & disappointed that i have 2 months of warranty for nothing 😕 and heat is not working as well

I purchased a 2018 Audi Q3 at this dealership in October of 2018. The finance director(Mike DeLuca) sold me Audi Care to cover the first 5 or 6 oil changes, tire rotations, fluids, etc. He said the unused services were refundable if I decided to trade or sell the car. Well, I sold the car 8 months later and they won’t refund me for the unused services. Do not trust this dealership!
