website is up-to-date, easy to navigate. started there searching for very low mileage used Q5
greeted in showroom by very friendly front desk receptionist
she introduced me to tim o'meara & we test drove the white 2017 Q5 w/ 12,000 miles
my wife & i returned a few days later, she test drove, loved it. we negotiated trade-in price &
vehicle was picked up a couple of days later. mark leone, business manager quickly dealt with
paperwork, title, etc. brent long & tim patiently explained to tish, my wife, how to connect
bluetooth phone, use radio, etc
meanwhile, Maeve recruited three service advisors, who helped me remove rusted license plates from my trade-in
and no one complained......lots of smiles as i walked my friendly dog thru the showroom to jump
into her new Audi. she loves the backseat!!
all in all....great car-buying experience from start to finish!!

Once again , I am more than happy to take time out of my hectic schedule as a working mother in order to write this review.
Unfortunately, last night my Audi unexpectedly got a flat tire. I communicated with Max in the Service Dept. at my earliest convenience, as I was desperate to replace my tire as soon as possible. Not only was Max courteous and professional as always , he was also extremely accommodating. Max informed me that I could have my Audi at the Service Dept. at any time during the day , and Max along with the staff technicians would remedy the situation.
I truly am quite impressed with Max and his professionalism, as he continues time and time again to go above and beyond my expectations.

I called the service department at Flynn. I left a message for service since they were already helping another customer. I never received a call back, even though I left a call back number, and explained my question in detail.

I had the worst experience in the Audi Westwood waiting area. There were 3 other people from the same family all speaking on their cell phones on SPEAKER phone the entire hour I waited. When I asked someone at the desk to please ask them to take it off speaker, they said they couldn’t because it’s a public place. It was rude and unprofessional. Three different conversations all at once on speaker. Furthermore, it took much longer than it should have, and the part they needed for my car was not in stock.
