I showed up at 6pm looking for a used Yukon. They had several for me to choose from and by 7:30pm I was done with the whole process. It was painless, easy and actually enjoyable. There was no BS. When I picked up my car everything was in good shape and they even threw in new all weather mats. This was the simplest car purchase I have ever made.

Went in for service, it was a great overall experience. Fast and efficient and I felt the price was very reasonable. Would recommend both the sales and service departments at Deluca.
I would like to detail my experience with Mrs. Heather... - Mightymontas
I would like to detail my experience with Mrs. Heather Laflamme.
After receiving an email quote from Mrs. Laflamme, I contacted hoping to lease the vehicle. She told me that the lease calculator was inaccurate and refused to give me accurate numbers. She then told me that I would have to speak to a manager to make the deal happen and went on to say that there were a lot of customers on the sale floor and a manager would call me back.
I waited 2 hours and called back. At this point she appeared to be in a bad mood. Told me that customers on the sale floor took precedence over customers on the phone and again told me that a manager would call me.
During the conversation she refused to acknowledge that I wanted the vehicle and wanted to close on the deal that day. Additionally, she refuse to answer the most basic questions and seemed annoyed at the interaction.
Needless to say, after ending the conversation, I went to Bill DeLuca GMC in Haverhill MA and leased the same vehicle for a fair price. Earlier today we took delivery.
As a customer, I am personally insulted due to the treatment I received. For the sake of your future customers, I hope Mrs. Laflamme's attitude changes.

We Just purchased a Truck with Diamond Chevrolet and we were extremely pleased with the Customer Service and Professionalism from all involved in our purchase...Especially Our Salesman Mike Rivera, he was a pleasure to do business with...He was very helpful in negotiating our deal as well as working working with our Insurance company to make sure all the correct paperwork was received...He followed through after the runner had returned with the registration to let us know the vehicle was ready for pick up.. Upon arrival to pick up the Truck he was there to hand us the key and make sure everything was all set! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend to go see him if you are in the market for a new vehicle....Would buy from here again!
All done with Alden,Over the years I have bought 3... - Brencory
All done with Alden,
Over the years I have bought 3 vehicles from Alden GMC. Up until recent I have been lucky and never had “an issue”. That gave me the false sense that if there was “an issue” they would take care of me. Well, I was wrong. Before we begin, I know most negative reviews are because someone didn’t get their way. This isn’t about the $700 that Alden managed to squeeze out of me. It is about the lack of customer service. Car dealers in general have a long history of deceptive tactics, so it is kind of expected to be hit with some type of erroneous fee.
17 days into an issue I went to finally pick up a loaner and speak with the service manager Loring. It is as if I was a burden in his day. Immediately he was dismissive, condescending, and rude. As I started to voice my concerns his words were “how is this my problem?” vs how can we work together to make it right. The magnitude of his dismissiveness even prompted me to call him out on his smugness.
On April 16th I dropped my vehicle off to diagnose a transmission issue. Later in the day I called, and they said it “needs a new transmission” and are waiting on the warranty company to approve it. I stopped by early the following week to remove some stuff from vehicle- Asked how long once work was approved- was told it “would be quick since they are putting in a new one” called several more times over the next 13 days to see if there was any update- several times was told still waiting for approval on the “new transmission”. On April 30th Karen called me and said the warranty company approved the “used transmission and should be ready Monday or Tuesday”. In full disclosure-The vehicle does have 105k on it- a “new” one was surprising to hear during the several other phone calls so when she called on Friday and said “used” was approved- I figured, yea new seemed too good to be true (but never thought they would use a salvage part).
On Monday May 3rd I received a voicemail saying the used one failed and they had to get another one. I called back and spoke with Karen who said the used one essentially came from a junk yard (Goyetts), and they are waiting on a 2nd one and would be another week or so. I expressed my concern over a junkyard part being put in on something that is under warranty and think it should have been new or at least a certified part. (The dealership even ordered a rebuilt one while they were waiting on the warranty co.) In about 20 mins time Karen was able to get a cost of aprox $700 (my expense) if I wanted a rebuilt transmission. I had never heard of a dealer putting junkyard parts in a vehicle especially without notifying the owner… It feels like this was just a case of fix it quickly and cheaply, so the problem goes away. (The extended Portfolio warranty they sell you for $2k evidently allows them to put, what I consider subpar untested junkyard parts.) Even on an oil change the customer is presented options….
At the end of the day, I agreed to pay the $700 and put the certified rebuilt. In the short run Loring is right- it is not his problem. However his lack of empathy and concern, cost them a customer.

Worst experience, if you get a call from Mike or an internet sales manager Matt. Hang up, total bait and switch. Wasted an entire day after a completely transparent phone call about what I was looking for only to have the deal increased by thousands of dollars once I was in the show room. Stay away from Mike and Matt. I’m sure I won’t hear from a manager there about this. They only seem to respond to the good reviews of people who weren’t burned by this dealership

I needed to purchase a new Truck under an end of year... - Dave207
I needed to purchase a new Truck under an end of year time constraint. The sales team was excellent in helping make that happen. The end of 2020 was extremely difficult to find the truck I wanted and this dealership went out of their way to make it happen. Dealing with the sales staff and finance staff was a pleasure and continues to be a pleasure. The professionalism of the finance staff was amazing and made the entire experience enjoyable. When it is time for a new vehicle they will be one of the first places I look.
Great Service, unexpected surprise - foodie42
I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range. My first experience was with Robert several months prior, unfortunately I was unable to find anything at the dealership. Robert took my information and promised to notify me if anything comes in. At this point I was use to this being the last time I'll ever hear from a sales person. Pre-owned cars are a hit or miss issue as it is. To my great surprise, Robert called several months later with a potential car that will meet what I was looking for. SEVERAL MONTHS ! Rob, was attentive and kind, I actually ended up purchasing not the car Rob called about ( it did meet my needs ), but, a slightly more expensive car. I couldn't be more please with my experience as well as the car. I was treated very fairly & respectively. I has some minor issues that I wanted repaired or replaced. I went to Rob, he walked me to the service department & introduced me to Rich in the service department to make sure I knew who to go to. Rich was also friendly & very patient as I tried to explain my issues. Not a problem well take care of it. Even though this is not a GM product, I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership. I just can't tell you how great my experience has been with Cape GM, Rob should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills, thus , making this dealership stand out more than others I have experience.
The service department charged me $150 for a diagnostic... - Wayne
The service department charged me $150 for a diagnostic fee on my 2007 Isuzu pickup with 49000 miles which is the same as a Colorado with a original complaint on a engine warning light. After about a half hour they told me that I needed a timing chain job with a estimate of $2900 plus tax. It didn’t have the symptoms of a timing chain and told them that but said it needed it anyway. After leaving the dealership and disappointed with their service not thinking it was the timing chain I took the truck to Vendetti Motors and talked with one of their mechanics and found it needed the GM synthetic mixture from the factory instead of the Mobil One I put in. The light has been out for almost two week! It wasn’t the timing chain after all! They won’t return my diagnosis fee either the service adviser or the general manager. They said they have to pay their mechanics right or wrong. He said someday it will need one ! I paid $59 for a tire rotation and oil change! Big Difference! I will never go back for service or sales! They used to be good when it was Cerrones before the buyout but not now! I will never go back! They were wrong to keep the diagnostic fee! They won’t return my money and was rude and didn’t care if they were wrong. They tried to scam me on a timing chain instead of telling me it was a possibility of just a oil change. Never go there!
Use Chris Adams!! - MikeParkLembu
I've worked with salespeople at a variety of dealerships. I've bought Lexus, BMW, Honda, more. Chris Adams is by far the most professional salesperson I've run into so far. He helped me close out on a 2017 Terrain Denali. I actually never even knew much about GMC except that they make trucks. Happened to be driving by on the way to a Jeep dealership to shop for the Grand Cherokee Limited, and thought I might as well do my due diligence and check out GMC since they had some good looking SUV's outside. Chris Adams happened to be the salesperson at the door, and I told him I was just exploring. He was the opposite of the hard sell, and more like a high-end concierge at a 5-star hotel. I work in Cambridge, and have done most of my car buying in Boston and Watertown, so it was completely random stopping up here in Lowell. So glad I did! Chris Adams basically asked me what I was interested in, asked interesting questions to try to figure out my goals, and only showed me cars that I might be interested in. When test driving, he also let me drive wherever I wanted with absolutely zero pressure to hurry back to the dealership. It really let me relax and try the car out. Then when we got back, he asked a few more questions to figure out how I felt--no pressure at all, he really was genuine in trying to understand my goals. I left the dealership thinking I'd end up in a Grand Cherokee, but after trying the Cherokee out and feeling the quality and comfort was a level below that of the Terrain, I waited a couple days before contacting Chris again. Not a single phone call from the dealer, which is what I'd requested, since I find phone calls and voicemails tiresome. We started the process over email, and Chris was super responsive and detailed.
A 10 out of 10 experience, I would get another GMC when it's time to get another car if Chris is still around just to deal with him.

Never have given a negative review for any entity in my... - Tom
Never have given a negative review for any entity in my life. Felt obligated to in this case. Had 2 interactions with 2 different personal at the service desk on the day of service, May 15, 2021. One service desk person was very helpful, friendly and genuinely nice. Unfortunately I don't know his name. The other one, who must have been the nice ones supervisor, was very curt, snotty and really rude. I have since learned he was Daniel Obara. Follow up call 17 days later looking for my registration which they took at time of service because I was trying to get an inspection after the car was serviced. That call unfortunately was with Daniel Obara whose voice I recognized from my service visit. He continued to be very short, rude and totally unhelpful. Continued to repeat the same thing over and over even though it was useless information and he made no attempt to even look to see if they had my registration. He kept saying over and over to bring the car in and they would help me look for my registration like maybe I hadn't looked for in the car or like they had some secret location to look for it in my car. This man definitely doesn't like working with the public and in my opinion shouldn't be allowed to. I will not use this dealership's service department ever again. Please note my complaint is not about the people that actually worked on the vehicle. It's only against that one service desk person, Daniel Obara.
If you need to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend you come... - Carol Mc
If you need to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend you come to Moore GMC in Danvers. Due to the covid and having to wear masks, sitting at a dealership was the last thing I wanted to do. I told them what I wanted by email and not even 2 weeks later they called me with exactly what I wanted and in Blue too! After my test drive on Saturday, I didn't want to seem to eager, since I wanted the best deal but It seemed as though they were concerned about me more than they were making a buck. Stephanie got my financing set up very quick and I was more than thrilled with that! After a Monday Holiday Gabriel let me know I could come in and pick it up Tuesday. This team was more than generous with my trade in, and I walked away feeling like I got the best deal I could. thank you to Cheryl, Stephanie and Gabriel for making this the best car purchase I have ever had!

I drive a lot so I usually bring my car in for an Oil change about once a month, the service department is friendly and they treat you like part of the family. I always hear horror stories of people bringing there car to the dealer and I truly cannot relate, will never go anywhere else for service and definitely will be buying my next car from Robertson's!
Do not trust them with your vehicle. I was told that... - rstmartin32
Do not trust them with your vehicle. I was told that they fix my front brake sensors and the back need to be changed along with the rear rotors brake, pad and sensors. I looked at my rotors and they looked brand new plus the truck only have a little over 18000 miles. In addition, they had 5 days with my truck and did not fix the original problem. The technician said that he was not aware of the issue, anyway they quoted me over $600 dollars to fix my truck, I declined, and took it to another GMC Dealer, they changed the brake pad and sensors on all 4 wheels and the cost was $0 they said that my warranty covered the work. For what its worth, be careful with those guys
