BMW Experience - Lynn McNulty
I leased my first BMW in 2015 and it was a great experience. Tonya was my salesperson and she greatly exceeded all my expectations. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I am happy to say I just signed my second lease and I couldn't have done it without her. She is very thorough and knows exactly what the customer is looking for. Highly recommend Tonya and the dealership, very professional and very friendly.

Dedicated helpful sales staff. - Mike
On one of the coldest nastiest days of the winter Mike Miller left the beautiful warm showroom to greet me on the lot. He did so with a smile and sincere dedication to helping me. I returned on a nicer day and bought a car perfectly suited for my needs. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent sevice - CBrown
I bought my BMW 325i in because the spark plug light came on. I called Jason Betts service advisor,
because I knew I paid 500.00 this summer for a tune-up.. Jason Betts said did not know that my car had a waring light for spark plug. Arrived at dealer Jason Betts says show me the warning light.. Jason Betts tells me that the technician mechanic forgot to program the service on my car. I like great a wasted trip. time and gas. I live in Detroit MI. I said by the way my car light bulb service light stays on Jason checked and told me that they are all working Jason Betts had my car washed took care of the
spark plug issue gave me two roses. I exit the garage and put my car in reverse to see if they were
working properly there glass on the garage door you can see reflection. The reverse left light was out.
Jason Betts took the time and effort and replaced the bulb for me no charge.!
Terrible experience with this dealer - Susu
I will not give any star to this dealership. Had a terrible experience with them. The sales person will make all promises just to get your business. I purchased a BMW from Okemos Auto Collection in January. They promised it will be delivered in 4 days, but took 3 weeks. When it arrived there was a dent on the trunk of the car. They blamed it on the delivery company and said delivery company insurance will pay for it. But the delivery company refused to take responsibility. They claimed it happened after I received it, although I had contacted the dealership with pictures immediately after getting the car. The GM Steve Sheehan just backtracked on their promise to fix it! Be careful dealing with this dealership.
That's one way to increase revenue - sorryno
Took my car in for an oil change and new steering wheel pump. About $2,600.00. Fine. Within an hour of picking it up, huge electrical problems, rendering the car undriveable. "Not us," the dealer says. "Alternator went bad. We had nothing to do with it." Really? Within an hour of picking it up from your service station? Prior to that, zero indication of this problem. "Just coincidence," the dealer says. So, what now? "Now? Now it will cost you $1,600 to install a new alternator. But, tell you what, we'll cut you a deal and knock that down to $1,428.00 because we're good guys. You're welcome."
So, maybe it was coincidence. But maybe not. Would have been happy to split the difference.
