First- I needed an oil change, then a couple days later, I had the ‘check engine’ light come on my BMW 650i. I worked with Lanie with both issues and she was very helpful in accommodating my schedule, which included coordinating a loaner vehicle. She also found out whether or not the Service Team honors my ‘Car Shield” warranty, to which she said yes (happy to say it wasn’t even needed after troubleshooting the problem). Lanie also remembered to call me whenever the service was complete. It’s the little things that can make a big difference and Lanie gets ‘it.’ I am very grateful to the entire Service Team at Grand Blanc BMW!

Bought a new 2019 BMW X3. Bad - over the past year many quality related problems. Good - Zeigler service dept amazing! Ken and his repair staff have been great. Some problems have been software related and despite frustrations on both sides they continue to make sure the customer is properly taken care of (quick repair scheduling, loaner if needed, sympathetic and friendly attention, etc.). All these disappointing quality issues are not Zeigler’s fault - and they continue to work hard to resolve them.

Worst experience ever by far of any dealership. When I paid $65k cash for my High Country, never had an issue (other dealer). This dealer has a full sales funnel that uses covid19 as excuse to limit you to 1-2 cars only to view, then decide. They spout they are not on commission and because of that, they DON'T CARE about a sale. When I had appt at 130, I was there at 1:15, sat until 1:45, no one helped just stood inside. This is a HORRIBLE Horrible dealer, find another Mini Cooper dealer if you must buy a mini (great car - bad dealer). Cash customer moving on.

I will not give any star to this dealership. Had a terrible experience with them. The sales person will make all promises just to get your business. I purchased a BMW from Okemos Auto Collection in January. They promised it will be delivered in 4 days, but took 3 weeks. When it arrived there was a dent on the trunk of the car. They blamed it on the delivery company and said delivery company insurance will pay for it. But the delivery company refused to take responsibility. They claimed it happened after I received it, although I had contacted the dealership with pictures immediately after getting the car. The GM Steve Sheehan just backtracked on their promise to fix it! Be careful dealing with this dealership.
