Driving a BMW diesel vehicle which comes with its issues revolving around the exhaust system. Factory warranty expired Nov 2017. Had issue w/ EGR cooler which needed replacement and was quoted at ~$1,500 parts and labor. Asked service rep Jason to inquire at BMW of NA whether they could help. He did and I ended up w/ getting the issue taken care of by BMW of NA. Thank you Jason and BMW for accommodating a diesel enthusiast!

I will not give any star to this dealership. Had a terrible experience with them. The sales person will make all promises just to get your business. I purchased a BMW from Okemos Auto Collection in January. They promised it will be delivered in 4 days, but took 3 weeks. When it arrived there was a dent on the trunk of the car. They blamed it on the delivery company and said delivery company insurance will pay for it. But the delivery company refused to take responsibility. They claimed it happened after I received it, although I had contacted the dealership with pictures immediately after getting the car. The GM Steve Sheehan just backtracked on their promise to fix it! Be careful dealing with this dealership.

Took my car in for an oil change and new steering wheel pump. About $2,600.00. Fine. Within an hour of picking it up, huge electrical problems, rendering the car undriveable. "Not us," the dealer says. "Alternator went bad. We had nothing to do with it." Really? Within an hour of picking it up from your service station? Prior to that, zero indication of this problem. "Just coincidence," the dealer says. So, what now? "Now? Now it will cost you $1,600 to install a new alternator. But, tell you what, we'll cut you a deal and knock that down to $1,428.00 because we're good guys. You're welcome."
So, maybe it was coincidence. But maybe not. Would have been happy to split the difference.
