Most of which were on the lot which made everything super easy. Great people and a beautiful new car (X5). No complaints at all. I highly recommend BMW of Ann Arbor.

I'd also like to add that everyone in the building is very friendly and easy to talk to. People go above and beyond to get you what you need. I purchased my 2013 X3 from Okemos dealer and the whole experience went very well. I met with my sales person Ed over the course of 4 months as I was taking my time on this decision. When we finially moved to pricing terms, they beat Edmunds and Kelly Blue book listed fair price by $1240. I did a Performance Center Delivery in South Carolina and it was a fantastic time. Everyone was very professional, coordinated, and very friendly at the Delivery Center. I have had my X3 serviced several times for the routine maintenance and Paula always had another vehicle for me to drive while the service was being peformed. I'm over 60 in age and have bought many new and used vehicles. This was by far the best experience.
