Every time I need service Ilya is my go to guy. Not only does he provide excellent service but he goes above and beyond. I never have to call asking for an update or have to worry about what’s going on. Ilya always communicates and is on top of any issue. He also has worked with a 3rd party on my behalf and I didn’t have to repeat a single thing to the 3rd party. I won’t have anyone else handle my service needs. Thank you for all of your help. Had taken my car in for an oil change only on the car for months it was to a be certified preowned bumper-to-bumper warranty and then they charge to me for a bunch of things that I really didn’t need Had the car looked over at by a mechanic other than a BMW dealer and he put it on a computer everything was working perfectly fine Be where they work on commission if they don’t sell you stuff they do not make money

I will not give any star to this dealership. Had a terrible experience with them. The sales person will make all promises just to get your business. I purchased a BMW from Okemos Auto Collection in January. They promised it will be delivered in 4 days, but took 3 weeks. When it arrived there was a dent on the trunk of the car. They blamed it on the delivery company and said delivery company insurance will pay for it. But the delivery company refused to take responsibility. They claimed it happened after I received it, although I had contacted the dealership with pictures immediately after getting the car. The GM Steve Sheehan just backtracked on their promise to fix it! Be careful dealing with this dealership.

Have BMW 328i. Had an oil change and they told me I needed rotors and break pads, said they were rusty and break pads thin. I checked it myself as well as a mechanic friend (10 years with BMW)
Nothing was wrong. Unless you know what your doing go somewhere else
