Great experience. Rob White made it a seamless process! In fact, I came into swap out my old BMW for a new Grand Cherokee Summit and ended up swapping out my Wrangler ( cottage car) for a nice used Gladiator! The dealership team got my custom-ordered Grand Cherokee scheduled, built and delivered in less than a month!!! Five stars!!!

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it
