I have been leasing a new Rover every 3 years since the - sx

I have been leasing a new Rover every 3 years since the 90's. I have been through many dealerships and sales people along the way. Lenor Parvu at the Novi, Mi. dealership is clearly the best person I have ever worked and no she did not ask me to post a review. Lenor has the patience and perseverance to find the exact Rover you are looking for, and her follow up is great.

I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing - elyon412

I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing service on my car! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Marc, my tech, was awesome—quick, efficient, and professional. And a big shoutout to Dave the write-up guy too—can’t leave him out! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this team. I’ll always buy my cars from Westborn knowing they’ve got my back if anything goes wrong. Thanks again!

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the - discerning customer

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships - slrohn1

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I bought my Fusion at Galesburg Ford. From start to finish, sale was a pleasure and since that time I have used the service department to keep my car in perfect shape! With 110,000 miles, I would say that Rob and his service team are doing a great job. Thank you, for keeping me on the road. Next purchase will definitely be at Galesburg Ford!

I had an outstanding experience working with Jesse Hall - Adam F

I had an outstanding experience working with Jesse Hall at Hillsdale CDJR. From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless and completely transparent. I purchased my 2021 Silverado 1500 High Country while overseas and was unable to see the vehicle in person, which naturally comes with a lot of uncertainty. Jesse went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. He provided detailed updates, videos, and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He ensured the truck went through a full inspection, addressed a sensor issue, and coordinated with a certified Chevy dealer to complete all recalls before delivery. That level of care gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. He also stayed on top of paperwork, delivery coordination, and made sure everything was handled correctly despite the added complexity of an out-of-state and overseas transaction. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly committed to taking care of their customers, I highly recommend Jesse and the team at Hillsdale CDJR. Thank you again for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience

My experience with Empire Auto Collection was definitely - tarakcm

My experience with Empire Auto Collection was definitely a journey, but I believe it’s important to share the entire story because it ultimately ended on a positive note. The purchasing process itself was smooth, and we were excited to bring home our 2019 BMW X5. It wasn’t until after we had the vehicle home that I discovered issues that prompted me to reach back out to the dealership. Those discoveries led to many conversations as we worked through our differing perspectives on the situation. Naturally, it was frustrating at times, and there were moments when communication was slower than I would have liked. Throughout the process, however, the dealership remained willing to discuss possible solutions. Although we did not agree on every aspect of the situation, they ultimately honored the repairs we agreed upon and followed through on their commitments. The most positive impression was the effort made by Frank. From the moment he became involved, he took ownership of seeing the process through, kept everything moving, and consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I left satisfied, even accommodating a few additional requests that I honestly did not expect the dealership to fulfill. Those gestures spoke volumes about his commitment to customer service. While I wish the circumstances that led to this situation had never occurred, I also believe the true measure of a business is how it responds when challenges arise. Frank worked diligently to see the process through and ultimately earned my appreciation for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The reason for my four-star rating is that, although the final outcome was positive, the post-purchase experience was much more difficult than I believe it should have been. At the same time, I also believe it’s important to recognize when someone genuinely works to make things right, and Frank absolutely did. If you’re considering purchasing from Empire Auto Collection, know that my experience wasn’t without challenges. However, I also believe it’s only fair to acknowledge that, in the end, the dealership stood behind the resolution we reached, and Frank worked tirelessly to ensure it was carried out. His dedication to making sure I left satisfied did not go unnoticed, and for that, he has my appreciation and gratitude. Thank you, Frank, for your professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile. Employees like you make a lasting impression, and I wish you continued success.

Shyanne dullock was awesome to work with. I bought a used truck noticed it needed serpentine belt and idler arm she brought it to their attention and they replaced it before I left the yard with it and they were so easy to work with. Great service.

I had several bad experiences over the last several days - Jim B.

I had several bad experiences over the last several days looking at used cars. When I arrived, both vehicles had damage. I contacted Ralph and told him exactly what I wanted to see. He took a nice video and told me exactly where there were dents and dings National, where the other two dealerships did not. I purchased the vehicle the next day. Thanks Ralph! You did a great job.

I would like to thank the dynamic dual, Elliott and Brad - Tameca

I would like to thank the dynamic dual, Elliott and Brad for tag teaming and getting the job done with the purchase of my 2024 Chevy Trax!!!! I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism they both displayed. I went to two dealerships prior to coming to Golling, I was disappointed with the service because the only told me what they could not do appose to what they could do to help me get the car I wanted. Thanks to Elliott, I got the car I wanted, with fast approval, not to mention Brad made sure my car note was right where I wanted it to be. It was great doing business with you both, my service was 10/10🙌😄

I have had my vehicles serviced over the last couple of - ffkowatch

I have had my vehicles serviced over the last couple of years at this location, and have been pleased. I recently had some accidental damage done to one of my vehicles during service. The Operations Manager and Service Advisor worked with me to have the repair done to my satisfaction. In Northern Michigan, it is a challenge to find "big city service" in our small towns. Wyatt Ford of Manistee is working to bring that level of service this area deserves.

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001... - waylar

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium. So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.

I recently purchased a 2018 Porsche GT3 from The Speed Collection. From the first conversation through delivery, the team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Terry handled the details carefully and stood behind the car, which gave me confidence in a significant purchase.
