My experience with Empire Auto Collection was definitely a journey, but I believe it’s important to share the entire story because it ultimately ended on a positive note. The purchasing process itself was smooth, and we were excited to bring home our 2019 BMW X5. It wasn’t until after we had the vehicle home that I discovered issues that prompted me to reach back out to the dealership. Those discoveries led to many conversations as we worked through our differing perspectives on the situation. Naturally, it was frustrating at times, and there were moments when communication was slower than I would have liked. Throughout the process, however, the dealership remained willing to discuss possible solutions. Although we did not agree on every aspect of the situation, they ultimately honored the repairs we agreed upon and followed through on their commitments. The most positive impression was the effort made by Frank. From the moment he became involved, he took ownership of seeing the process through, kept everything moving, and consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I left satisfied, even accommodating a few additional requests that I honestly did not expect the dealership to fulfill. Those gestures spoke volumes about his commitment to customer service. While I wish the circumstances that led to this situation had never occurred, I also believe the true measure of a business is how it responds when challenges arise. Frank worked diligently to see the process through and ultimately earned my appreciation for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The reason for my four-star rating is that, although the final outcome was positive, the post-purchase experience was much more difficult than I believe it should have been. At the same time, I also believe it’s important to recognize when someone genuinely works to make things right, and Frank absolutely did. If you’re considering purchasing from Empire Auto Collection, know that my experience wasn’t without challenges. However, I also believe it’s only fair to acknowledge that, in the end, the dealership stood behind the resolution we reached, and Frank worked tirelessly to ensure it was carried out. His dedication to making sure I left satisfied did not go unnoticed, and for that, he has my appreciation and gratitude. They only reason I withheld the 5 stars was because I need additional work on my 4 wheel drive and they had neither a rental nor loaner. I'm a year plus working out of town on 6/12s with Sundays off and my resources are limited.

I am a female senior citizen. I bought my car from this dealership and it has been serviced there and nowhere else. They are very good at helping me keep my car on the road. And the service managers don’t talk down to me. They have always treated me with kindness and respect. Regular maintenance has helped me catch problems early so safety is maintained and the repair doesn’t get increasingly expensive. Their client waiting room is comfortable and their restroom is clean and smells good. I never have to dread auto maintenance I asked to have the inside of my windshield washed. It was very dirty and I couldn’t reach it myself. It was clean and was sparkling when I got back into my car. Last winter when it was -10 degrees I drove into the service bay because I thought I was getting a flat tire. They just had to add air to all 4 tires because of the severe cold that had lasted over a week. No charge for the service. That’s the kind of attitude that makes me come back every time. Victory Honda in Ann Arbor is my answer for everything auto.

I have had my vehicles serviced over the last couple of years at this location, and have been pleased. I recently had some accidental damage done to one of my vehicles during service. The Operations Manager and Service Advisor worked with me to have the repair done to my satisfaction. In Northern Michigan, it is a challenge to find "big city service" in our small towns. Wyatt Ford of Manistee is working to bring that level of service this area deserves.

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium.So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.
