Inconveniently, of course, we found the battery in our vehicle dead just as we were ready to set off for the day's errands. We called Red Wing Chevrolet, and after having the battery jumped, drove the vehicle to their garage where the battery was replaced within a reasonable amount of time and we were on our way.

Noticed a scratch on my hood. Apt on a Friday I called on a Monday and called later on in the week. Was told the service manager was looking at the tapes. Two weeks after the apt the sales manager has someone else call me to tell me they didn't do it. I live 2. hours away. I told the lady in the service department that I would be down next week to talk to the service manager and look at the tapes she even asked me what time I would be there. So I show up and the service manager is out with a sick kid. And that happens no big deal but no one there can help me or make a call on it. So a waste of time on my part. I just wanted to look at the tapes both tapes. And I was told they don't hang on to the tapes long where the oil changes are happening. So why didn't they hang on to it to prove to me they didn't do it? Where is the customer service? This was the first 5,000 oil change on my brand new Suburban.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there.
Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.

Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. Nereson refuses to stand behind their work and is telling me their mistake is my problem. This is a very dishonest shop that delivers poor service. I am very disappointed.
