They really worked hard to get me an approval and got me in a brand new vehicle. I recommend them to anyone and I will be shopping with them for my next vehicle.

BEST SERVICE EVER! - pbskipper
Becky in the service department was AWESOME in her efforts to assist me with the overhaul of the engine in my PT Cruiser! Clint the technician that performed the repairs went above and beyond the call of duty to personally explain to me my options concerning critical repairs. Without his advice I would have taken a wrong path in repairing and upgrading my vehicle. As a team they clearly exceeded my expectations. Ryan, Becky’s partner also greatly asdisted me with his mechanicsl advice based on his long years of experience as a Chrysler technician! I can’t praise these profesdinals enough!
GREAT!! - Tommy
Andy Seale was a helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable salesman. Mason and the financial manger were enjoyable to speak with during my visit there. Everyone that I spoke with greeted me with a smile. In all my years of buying a lot of vehicles, never have had a better experience.

Charger - Jcal
I love my Charger and have only had it a few hours...thank you Bayside and Joe M. This was the easiest buy so far. Will be back in the future.
Diagnostics charges - A Hall
I suggest that the $100.00 fee for diagnostics when a warning light is on be subtracted from the total bill when the dealership does the repairs . Or atleast give a credit or discount for seniors 65 and older. I had a bill after diagnostics and repair for 2 sensors that were replaced of $320.00 , sensors $70 , diagnostics $100 + labor , taxes and parts = $320.00 , steep for only replacing 2 sensors that only cost $70.00 .
Horrible - Sales Experience for a Veteran - kookie56
I went to get my FIAT 2013 car "recall safety" checked out and repaired on a Saturday. Got there an a sales person, JD Crockett asked if I wanted to buy a vehicle, I told him I might - what transpired was horrible. I drove a couple of vehicles narrowing down what I wanted, while they were inspecting the recall safety on my FIAT. I chose 2 trucks to pick from and filled out an application; the one I actually wanted they could not find (2016 Barcelona Red Toyota Tacoma crew cab 4 cylinder); I was later called and told it was in their shop getting all the bells and whistles done to check it out making sure it had "no flaws. I went home in my FIAT that Saturday because (1) they had to order the "recall safety part" and (2) they were still looking for the truck. For the next three-four days - texts on my phone went back and forth with me and the sales person, JD Crockett. I told him I would be there on Thursday to sign the paperwork for the 2016 Barcelona Red Toyota Tacoma crew cab 4 cylinder less than 12050 miles and I would be trading in my FIAT for $9500 (it was paid in full) on it and the warranty on it would be the same as a new 2017. They were to finance it for $258 months payments for 7 years. My insurance was roughly about the same as the FIAT's. ( I had spent about 4-5 hours that day) Everything was in place for Thursday's signing (that I knew of). I took one of my co-worker's with me, because he too was in the market for a vehicle that Thursday morning. HOWEVER, I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get there in Laurel, and 30 minutes before I got there the sales person, JD Crockett called to tell me that the truck was not available it was in the shop for a "safety recall" said it was a $3.25 gasket but the Manager would not let it go off the lot without fixing it. I asked if they had a loaner I could use. Sales person said he would have to call me back; less than 2 minutes he called me back and said yes they could set me up with a "loaner". I got there at the Laurel place and sales person, immediately had me go to another building away from the "financial building" and give him the keys to my FIAT. I and the person I brought sat there for over 3 1/2 hours with very little communication from the sales person. He would pass by saying "just a minute" and then disappear in his office or outside. He came to me after 3 1/2 hours and said do you want to see "your truck", we just washed it. I went outside and the driver's side looked great. However, when I went on the other side, passenger side, it looked like someone had side-swiped the truck and they had washed it to see if it would not be noticeable, it also had dents and nicks on that side. Also, the odometer reading was over 13000 miles. The sales person also comes back with some kind of paper in hand saying they were only going to give me $4500 for my FIAT. At this point I was furious, all the lies and deceitfulness at selling me a truck. They sales person kept blaming everything on his manager. However, the sales person talked me into loaning me a vehicle so that I and the person I brought could go eat - refused to give me my keys to my vehicle. We went and ate and I came back gave the keys and paperwork of the loan back to the sales person and told the sales person I was furious about this deal and to give me my keys back to the FIAT; the sales person want to talk to me first and called me into the office. I got there and saw my keys to my FIAT and its book and told the sales person what I thought about the transaction he was trying to sale me and the person I brought told him the same thing. With that the sales person kept blaming his manager for all the problems. I got up and left. I came back to my house and got on their website and got on their "chat box" and told the person there what had happened (not in so much detail) but enough and they said they would have their "Team Service Member" call me, that they would make this "right" and that they "wanted to make this right". Yeah, right, I am still waiting on that phone call. I will say this, the sales person (who claimed his phone was not working and that he had lost my telephone number and text messages) texted me a week later and told me how sorry he was about the transaction. I am still waiting on the part to come in for my FIAT so that it can be fixed - no calls from there as of yet on it.
Two Mississippi Dealerships splitting One Star - CJ
Mac Haik North Jackson or Mac Haik Flowood, I've been told they have different owners? or managers? but they're equally horrible! The north Jackson location used to be Roundtree, but the original dealership where the Dodge Grand Caravan was purchased was JoeUsry, and the other dealership was formerly Wilson Dodge, so it gets very confusing, especially when your family member was duped into buying a service contract. News flash, if you have a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty, you don't need a service contract. I'm still bitter about how the dealership that sold the vehicle to my mother, took advantage of her and my sister, but that is not what this review is about. Where do you go when you were sold a service contract by a previous dealership? That wasn't a problem for a while, but then one day I took the van in for service and I was told I was at the wrong dealership. I asked if I needed to drive to the other one and after a while they said no, they could take care of me there. After waiting for a while the van had been brought back around but I wasn't notified and when I realized it was 'ready' and I walked outside it was still dirty, and a low tire light was still on. I fetched my keys and paperwork and flagged someone down and he jumped in and ran up the road to reset the low tire light, got out and walked away. When I returned my disabled mother's van to her she was livid because it wasn't washed and vacuumed, one of the only benefits she'd seen from an overpriced service contract. She was upset enough to call and complain, and they apologized, explaining that they'd sold the dealership across the lane where they had the facilities necessary for an express oil change service area and wash bay, they hadn't put one in on that location yet, but planned to soon, and they'd considered working out a deal with a nearby car wash, issuing vouchers, however we were just, screwed. It's a 45 minute drive to either dealership, and I had to arrange for someone to stay with my mother who was on home hospice when I was gone for any length of time, and it wasn't worth the trouble.
Because my mother's health worsened and she required more care and someone with her 24/7 ,it became necessary to bring in help, which I arranged when I took the van in for the last "free" service on the contract, and to inquire about an issue I felt should be covered by warranty, that was also expiring. On that day, there was a gas leak and the dealership had to be evacuated, and I was turned away and I returned home after making necessary stops like the drug store, and I called to ask about the brakes, and if they'd be honoring my service contract since their dealership was shut down by no fault of my own, and the attitude of the jerk I got on the phone made it really easy to say, "You know what, I'll go to Rapid Oil Change, thanks for nothing... I'm just glad I'll never have to come to that dealership for anything ever again." Mother passed away and now I have a low mileage cream puff with no value because it's almost 6 years old, and it's a Dodge.
Well, I suppose I could go to any authorized dealership and I don't have to go to Mac Haik, but there's a safety recall notice and I want a clean Carfax so I can sell this horrid Chrysler Dodge product before it depreciates under the cost of a Huffy bicycle from Walmart.
I called yesterday, twice, to ask if I need an appointment for this urgent safety recall notice, and if they had the parts needed to correct the issue in stock, and I left messages twice, and as of an hour ago no one had returned my call yet. They're too busy to answer the phone or return calls, so I probably should go to another dealership. When I did reach someone a few minutes ago he said, oh yes we have the part needed in stock, and no appointment is needed, just drop it off with us early one morning and we'll have it ready later in the day. I explained that I lived in a rural area far away and I had no one to drop me off and I would be waiting so that is why I was trying to make an appointment, and he replied, you'll probably have a pretty good wait then.
That's the end of my rant. I don't recommend this dealership's service department, and I can't speak for their sales department, but why'll waiting for service I've encountered some salespersons and they are door openers, and unless it's on their pre-owned lot, there's nothing for sale on their lot that the best salesman on the planet could sell me.
The star rating for the "free" service is low because those oil changes were not free!
Best Purchase Experience Ever - Mark Silver
We just purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango GT from Lakeshore of Picayune and it was the smoothest car transaction we have ever had after more than 20 years of buying cars. We worked with Micah LaCoste on the sales team. We did our research, submitted a request for information online. Completed our application online and then spoke with Micah. He arranged everything in advance. When we arrived at the dealership the next afternoon, the car was detailed and ready to go. we went over the features, and then took a test drive. When we returned all of the paperwork was completed and ready for signature. no going back and forth. We signed the papers and was out the door in under an hour as extremely satisfied customers. If you are looking for a car; and know what you want, they are the place to go.
Fast, reliable - GeraldW
Didn't take an appointment for an oil change but was able to get right in with barely any time to wait.
Fast & efficient..had me out in less than 35 minutes. Would use again. Was recommended by 3 friends who have done business there for years. Nice waiting area. Clean restroom. Quick check out for payment & cashier seemed really friendly. Price was comparable & that says a lot since my Nissan uses synthetic oil.
Bad service department - Truck Driver
I am from out of state and was having trouble on my trip and stopped at this dealership to have a repair performed under warranty. The dealership said I would have to pay them for the repair and get Dodge to reimburse me. When I said no they became rude and said they would not return my vehicle to me until I paid them for putting it on the computer. I am a woman and I believe they thought they could trick me. Very disappointed in this dealership!!!!
Poorest dealership ever! - Onlyhonda
Made an appt and drove an hour to pay cash for a vehicle. Was told salespeople were in a meeting and could not be disturbed. Called manager and was told "sorry" and was hung up on. They sure won't get a second chance!

EXCELLENT - matthew2005
Unbelievable service !!!!! Greeted as soon as we drove up to the lot. Had a small issue with tire sensor and the seal around the break light called the next day and was told to bring it up there and they would fix it. Couldn't ask for more friendly people .
Not truthful - kjem
I brought my vehicle in because of a roaring noise I heard. They replaced struts but told me it was still going to make a noise until I got new tires. I took car to a tire place. There was a bearing going out which the Dodge place never mentioned. When that was repaired I didnt hear the noise anymore. I pd. $1200 to Dodge for their so-called repairs then had to pay about $700 more for more repairs at other shop. Heritage is fine for lightweight stuff..but I really felt like I was just told what I wanted to hear because I was a woman who couldnt dispute them. Well, they put me in a possibly dangerous situation with the bad bearing. Im very dissapointed that I was treated like this.
Absolute BEST car buying experience! - Cbarnett
My husband and I have been trying to trade our car for a year and a half. Because he had low credit at the time of purchase, we had a lot of negative equity. After being turned away with little to no help from other dealerships, we decided to try one last time. We chose Howard Wilson Chryster Jeep Dodge Ram in Flowood, Ms. I wish we had gone there First! We were immediately greeted by Vikki Johnson. She waited patiently as we explained our situation. She began to show us vehicles that had the most incentives, explaining that this would help balance our negative equity. Only 10 minutes in and she had already done so much more than anyone else at the other dealerships. We finally chose a 2016 Jeep Patriot. We weren't very hopeful, but she remained positive. She was very comforting as we waited. The entire atmosphere of the establishment was laid back and welcoming. Sadly, it was a Saturday and the finance companies available wouldn't finance us without a down payment that we could not afford. Hope was not lost. She told us that John would contact other finance companies first thing Monday morning. We were afraid they would forget about us, but to our surprise, she contacted us first thing Monday morning to let us know that John was getting started. She kept us updated throughout the day. Finally, we were approved with a down payment that we could afford! They washed our Brand new Jeep and filled it up with gas! They explained everything carefully, my husband signed papers, and now we are the proud owners of a brand now Jeep! We are beyond excited. I HIGHLY recommend Howard Wilson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone! They have the best incentives, best customer service, and best overall atmosphere. I really felt like they were working for us, not for profit. I cannot say enough kind words about them! We will never go anywhere else!

This place is awesome! - Annette Butler
The service department is award winning. Every third Tuesday of the month, a Service Clinic is offered where all employees assist with customer questions regarding their new vehicle purchase. They also offer a light dinner the same night.
Five years ago my family purchased a Jeep from this... - CherylH13
Five years ago my family purchased a Jeep from this dealership. Since that time I have spent time with the employees in Service Dept., Parts Dept., and the Accounts Receivable Dept. I have always been taken care of in a timely manner from a knowledgeable staff. I have always been treated with respect (I am a female customer). I was never treated as if I was unimportant, uninformed, or "ignorant", because of my gender. The Service and Parts Department (because in my book they go hand in hand, what have you got, if one of these groups is not performing up to standard!!), have always given me quotes that were fair in price and accurate in addressing the problem (which have been few). I love my Jeep! So in conclusion…Do you want to be treated as a valued customer…Do you want to know that when you need a repair or just a normal service visit that you have your own knowledgeable, helpful, honest, reliable staff and dealership to help you with any situation that may occur…McMullan Motors, Hattiesburg, MS, is the dealership for you!
