We were towed into Anderson Ford from I 80 on Our way from British Columbia to Connecticut! We were in a tough spot.
Alex, the service advisor, took care of us and vehicle unlike any other service advisor anywhere! She had my truck in a bay and an awesome tech Ray, on it right away. He diagnosed the problem within an hour and showed me that I lost a turbocharger. They had the parts the next day and I picked up the truck at 5:00 pm. Absolutely great service! My wife had a phone interview she needed to make and the staff in the waiting area gave her a conference room. They also shuttled us back and forth to our hotel.

I can't begin to describe how happy I am with the level of customer service I received from Bill, my Sales rep & Cory, the finance manger! I am in the military in KS and when I inquired about the F-250 online, Bill immediately reached out, got some info from me and due to me being 4 hours away, was able to get me a very fair, honest appraisal with the pictures I sent him of my trade in. Him and his manager negotiated a very fair price and had everything ready for me when my wife and I showed up today as well. Cory was outstanding and down to earth and made all the paperwork seamless and super easy. All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in 60 minutes....including a 20 minute test drive!
I highly recommend the drive to this dealership! They will treat you right, shoot you straight and bend over backwards to help you out! I will defiantly go back to them for future vehicle purchases if I am at all able to!

We purchased our Lincoln from here. Thomas was excellent as our salesman. He wasn't pushy, he answered all our questions. I purposely took my time to purch, they didn't harass us to buy. They searched for all possible rebates and discounts. It was nice for a change to feel like you got a good buy on a vehicle and not feel ripped off. I highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome customer service from everyone on the Jacobs team. I drove 900 miles round trip to do business with them, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again tomorrow. They initially earned my business with great pricing and friendly sales staff. Purchase of used truck - Frazedon
Worked with salesman named Marques. He did an excellent job through the whole process of selection, pricing, and repair. When I came to the dealership I really didn't need a newer truck at that time, but I found one I really liked. I told Marques what I wanted for my trade and what I was willing to pay for the newer truck. He said let me take your phone # and see if we can work a deal. I didn't expect to hear back from he, but a day later he called and we made the deal. He also helped me with getting a couple of minor issues taken care of on the truck. Excellent person to work with in sales. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Baxter.

Took my Car in for to get new tires put on. Also an oil change they forgot that, how do you forget an oilchange its like the service write had no idea how to even do his job! An His responce "Oh, we forgot.." thanks for doing 50% of the work I requested. The Tech did a great job mounting and Balancing my tires, just disappointed that the Service writer sucked.

When you think of car shopping, I'm sure you, as well as I thought, it's a time consuming major pain in the butt, until I went to Baxter south. Every time I've bought a car I cringed at the idea of going into the dealership but this experience was MUCH different. I had a young man by the name of mikeil help me get into a new vehicle. He made the process so easy and made me feel so comfortable at the same time. I felt like a friend and not just someone to make money off of. I definitely encourage you, if your in the market for a great vehicle, to stop out at Baxter and ask for mikeil, he'll take the headach of buying a vehicle away and make the whole process an enjoyment. Thanks for all your help on the sweet deal you gave me man!

Honestly what can I say this place brags about being great customer service and that’s total lie and joke. My wife and I went and looked at truck 7 pm Thursday rolled up and saw first truck had more damage then they said 2nd was also told in email it one owner but after doing MY OWN CAR FAX CHECK because dealer denied me I found out it was two owner and loaner at dealership. I was also denied full tank gas even half tank of gas when it was empty and denied car wash. Was told get carwash coupon but that didn’t happen either. After all that I had pay and get new breaks after they lied about saying everything was good. If you want waist time money and have terrible experience then this is your place if not then I recommend maybe Edwards or xxxx even auto mart 150 did better I bet at least there you know what your buying.

I TOOK MY FORD EXPLORER IN TO HAVE SEVICED AND ONE OF THE TECH'S DAMAGED THE BACK OF MY TRUCK, HE BACKED IT INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? I HAD A LONGER REVIEW UP BEFORE THIS ONE AND THEY TOOK IT DOWN, BECAUSE I JUST TOLD THE TRUTH. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WOODHOUSE ON 72ND NOT EVEN TO GET IT SERVICED, BECAUSE I WOULD BE TO WORRIED ABOUT THEM WRECKING MY TRUCK AGAIN. THEY DON'T TAKE YOUR FEELING IN TO CONSIDERATION, THAT'S HOW THEY MADE ME FEEL.

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

We went to buy a 2013 Volkswagen golf from them and they also withheld that there was not a second key Fob and the entire time they gave us the runaround however my wife love the car so much we went ahead and bought it after we bought it I happened to look where the spare tire was and it was full of water I emailed the sales person Carlos back and ask him has the car been in a flood and he would not answer me and the key fob thing we had ask them during the pot buying process and they assured us that there was two keys however once we got the car they gave us one Fob and one key however you have to have a fob to get in the car we can’t do it with the key and they knew this The car was dirty they claim they were going to clean it up however they did not all they did was wipe off the windshield and left the rest of the car dirty these people are amazing they are the true meaning of a ‘shyster car salesman‘… And also we gave them a check for $1000 for the down payment they assured us that no mistakes would be made they would hold the check for one week and then cash it however they waited two days and cashed it they are very dishonest very dishonest people I would never buy a car from these people I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to buy a car from these people ... yeah they’re friendly people there Grinning through their teeth as they’re ripping you off
