Buying a used vehicle - Satisfied customer
We needed a vehicle on the spur of the moment and Beatrice Ford was able to provide us with a vehicle that we were able to purchase and meet our needs.
Top Reviewed Specialists At This Dealership
Professional sales and service - Rodney Rogers
We purchased our Lincoln from here. Thomas was excellent as our salesman. He wasn't pushy, he answered all our questions. I purposely took my time to purch, they didn't harass us to buy. They searched for all possible rebates and discounts. It was nice for a change to feel like you got a good buy on a vehicle and not feel ripped off. I highly recommend this dealership.
Great speedy service - Boris

Quick and Easy - JanW
Scott was very helpful in my recent purchase of a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country van.
Everyone at Anderson's at Grand Island was great to work with. Purchase went very quick
and I could not have asked for better. Thanks again, I love my van.
Great sales team - Schaefferrsm54
They got a five because they worked with me on every angle of the sale. See four of my family members have bought from here and they treated them right. So I thought I would give them a try. I was looking for something specific and Ryan Dye helped me find the perfect pickup for me. He was very patient flexible to set up a test drive. Katie Rupp was awesome making sure I was contacted after I sent request for information through ft he website. She even made sure to help me when I got to the dealership. Ryan and Katie made the experience feel awesome, looking and buying the vehicle. Then to top it off Milt in Finance is fun spirited, great personality, and genuinely cares for your business! Bill Summers has an awesome staff! I love my F150! Wish i could of got a picture with all three, but unfortunately my schedule put me there as the sun was going down.
Worth the Drive to Fremont - John K
I hate purchasing vehicles but dealing with Daryl Watson and the management behind him at Diers Ford on a new vehicle purchase was refreshing. I found Daryl and the Diers team to be straightforward, honest, and willing to entertain information substantiating negotiation points.
The folks who cleaned up the new vehicle as well as the folks who served the vehicle protection discussion function and financing function each did an outstanding job in completing their work in a short period of time once a deal was reached.
Fast and thorough - Celestino
No appointments were necessary. My vehicle went in for maintenance, was ready when promised, and they even washed it for me! And the price for an oil change is very competitive opposed to going to a non dealer service center that doesn't offer all the services they do.
Just an awesome experience! - Judy73
We bought a used Ford Fiesta today and it was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! Curtis Underwood listened to us, explained all the cars we looked at thoroughly. He was professional, but also personable and very knowledgable too. We plan to buy another vehicle in a year or two and will definately go back to Moses Motor Company and to Curtis! Everyone at the dealership was awesome, but it is so nice to have a salesman like Curtis, thanks for making this a great day!
Knows his vehicles - joanne
Ron was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. He explained all the bells and whistles available on our new Ford F150. He encouraged us to taker out time when looking at various styles and options. He was friendly and easy to work with. We are very pleased with our new vehicle. Chris then followed up to make completing the process as painless as possible.
Great service - Cleet52996

Quick easy and fair - Yardfarmer

Great energy and expert service! - Yong
Jason was the salesman who helped me and was beyond helpful! I can be very picky especially when it comes to picking out a car but throughout it all jason was patient and a great listener! Definitely recommending him to all my friends and anyone else I know!
They Are liars. - dissatisfied
My wife and daughter went down to Anderson Ford with an approved loan from our credit union at 3.4%. They asked if they could try and beat that. Then lied to them and said the credit union would not approve the loan. They did a hard run on my wife's credit 8 times when they said they only needed to run it once. Ended up selling the car to them at 5.9% only to find out they never called the credit union. Do not trust these lying snakes.
Good service - Carguy1994
Overall the company had very good service. I was a little upset when I got to the DMV and discovered that sales tax hadn't been included in my deal after I had mentioned it to both the finance manager and my sales rep. And when I called them about it they said we never talked about it. Other the. That it was really good. They got me in the vehicle I wanted for a price I could afford. And have been very helpful in their follow ups. Just be sure you clairfy everything before you leave.
Truck Finder - Rmajor

Dishonesty - Jason Blumenthal
Salesman was dishonest and did not provide a 2nd key as promised.
On 10/27/17, my wife and I purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. While in the final part of the process, the salesman, Matt Reagor, went to give us the keys when he realized the 2nd key was missing and was looking around for it like he had known it was there at some point, but that perhaps it was misplaced. He told us, "I will find it and get it to you". We signed and finalized the deal based on this. Time passed and we did not get any followup. I had to followup twice on my own. After the second follow up attempt, I got an email from Matt stating that he looked all over, couldn't find it, and provided with a link to a business where I could purchase one for $225. I replied questioning this as we had been told that they would get it to us. I did not get a satisfactory answer. I escalated the matter to the Sales Manager, Andy Moore. Mr. Moore replied to me stating, "We appreciate your business, but if we had to produce items that customers claim they are owed, we would be out thousands.",essentially calling me a freeloader. He went on to explain that all deliverables needed to be itemized on a "We Owe" form and that because it was not listed on the form, I was out of luck. I replied that this was unacceptable and that as a former US Marine, my honor and integrity are priorities in my life and I was not trying to get something that I wasn't promised. I received no further reply. I then used their corporate website and the "Contact Us" function to attempt to escalate the matter further. To date I've received no replies.
1. How was I to know that I needed to have the salesman list the 2nd key on the "We Owe" form? I believed & trusted him that it was just misplaced and took him at his word that he'd find it and get it to us as he said. Period. I had no idea that I should have mistrusted him and ensured it was listed on the "We Owe" form. I don't do business like that. I will from now on. Sad.
2. Had I known that this outcome was a possibility, I would have ensured that the deal was such that I was left money for me to purchase the 2nd key.
3. What kind of a reputable business tells a customer that they appreciate them, whilst insinuating that they are a dishonest freeloader out of the other side of their mouth?!
Most Apathetic Bunch I've Ever Dealt With - sambethune
Saw a vehicle on Cars.com at their dealership that I was interested in and sent an inquiry to which I received no response. Sent two more directly through the deslership website..still no response. Called the dealership and was put on hold. Waited about 10 minutes and hung up. Finally received a curt response telling me the vehicle was still available. In my opinion these people are unfriendly, rude, and apparently don't care about selling to customers outside their immediate area. So much for small town hospitality. Avoid!
Fraudulent Advertising - exactlyNot
Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

I purchased a 2016 vehicle from Meyer Automotive. After the sale was complete I found out there was no keyfob or second key with the vehicle. In all the years I have purchased a vehicle there has always been a second key and any newer model always came with a keyfob. For this particular model a keyfob is needed to unlock or the alarm will sound if you use only the key. I tried discussing this with my salesperson and with the person I was told was in charge and they refused to help resolve the issue. They either knew it did not have a keyfob and deliberately withheld this information during the negotiation or did not know enough about the vehicle they were selling. Either one should be unacceptable from a dealer. They claim "no bull" but that is exactly what you get. Any person buying a vehicle would have a reasonable expectation to receive a second key and keyfob for models that require it. I will never work with this organization again and recommend that no one else does either. Complete disregard for the customers best interest. They then wanted to charge me over $150 and make me drive back to them (over 75 miles) for a $50 fob that took less than 5 minutes for a local locksmith to program. Eventually they agreed to send me a second key and two fobs with a voucher to have them programmed for $50. Regardless it was not a good experience and highly doubtful one they have learned from. I fully see them doing the same thing in the future. I was also informed after purchase that the vehicle may have been a repo meaning they more than likely got it through auction and made a lot of money on it yet wanted to hassle me for the keyfob issue. I also asked to speak with the owner on three separate occasions and was never allowed that opportunity. Meaning either the owner condones this type of behavior or is oblivious to it and neither of those are acceptable as well. I have grown to hate even looking at my vehicle because it reminds me of this experience and hope to sell it as soon as possible.
