Typical dealership that will sell you a vehicle and when there's an issue and they tell you they will get back to you no one ever does. I bought a truck there, got it delivered and had a check engine light on it. I let them know and of course all communications stopped because why care after you get the money right. So now I have to get the catalyst system checked out and repaired before I can even get an inspection done for plates. Not the kind of service I was expecting but then again what do you expect from a dealership.

We bought a used Ford Fiesta today and it was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! Curtis Underwood listened to us, explained all the cars we looked at thoroughly. He was professional, but also personable and very knowledgable too. We plan to buy another vehicle in a year or two and will definately go back to Moses Motor Company and to Curtis! We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

Billy the salesman is not anyone that someone looking to buy a car should have to deal with. It was a complete run around the car was nasty dirty an given the excuse that they don’t detail their cars. Even after that we tried to buy the car an had him send a purchase agreement to my bank, got the check an then he backed out of the agreed deal. Never let anyone go there!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!

Awesome customer service from everyone on the Jacobs team. I drove 900 miles round trip to do business with them, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again tomorrow. They initially earned my business with great pricing and friendly sales staff. However the buying experience got even better once I arrived at the dealership and finalized my purchase. class act all around, I will be back for my next purchase!

Great experience with Travis at Kenesaw motors. Friendly and most helpful, not pushy or rushing to close the sale. Talked on the phone, made the drive to Kenesaw, vehicle standing ready by the front door for our test drive when we arrived. Upon purchasing, he spent time familiarizing us with the features. Small town values and business practices you won’t find at a mega dealership. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which is s lot for me to say as I dislike everything about searching for a new vehicle. I will definitely be back when it comes time to go through that again, and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kenesaw Motor Company to anyone looking to make their shopping experience less painful.

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

1) The prices for service seem high. This is expected when using a dealer for auto service, but even with that mind, it still seemed high. Although I was contacted in advance about the cost of the bill.
2) In addition, after getting a ride to pick up the car, I find a note on the service ticket saying that a simple problem was found and not addressed. They offered to keep the car another day to address the secondary problem. I was NOT contacted to ask if I wanted this secondary problem fixed while they had the vehicle.
3) When I asked about the reasoning about this, I was told that it wouldn't have been any cheaper to try to share the labor costs. Totally disregarding the inconvience factor of losing your vehicle for an additional day, getting a ride to drop it off, or pick it up.
