My wife and I first made contact with Steven Ricker via telephone when we started looking for a replacement truck. Steven mentioned to my wife that the dealership was expecting two trucks in later in the week. Steven provided my wife with the VIN numbers and descriptions of the vehicles and suggested that I look at them. I reviewed the information and called Steven right back and placed a hold on one of the trucks. Steven told me that the truck would be in around 2PM and I stated we would be down to look at it that same afternoon around 4PM. Steven treated us with respect and listed to what we had experienced up to this point with other Chevy dealers. Steven treated us great throughout the process. We never got the feeling that we were being pressured to purchase the truck. When we mentioned that we had been offered $2,000 dollars more at another dealership Steven calmly explained how they had come up with the current offer. My wife then agreed to make the deal and purchase the truck.

My boyfriend and I were there and we purchased a brand new vehicle from your dealership. My boyfriend can be a bit defensive and believes he is an automotive guru. So I was not happy to go truck shopping with him to say the least. I've got to say that Dan your general manager made it a fun, welcoming experience. He was not a pompous xxx like we had met at other stores. And the added bonus was he talked about his wife, son and new baby. What young couple like ourselves would not want to buy from a dealership like this one. My boyfriend does not have the greatest track record with his credit or life in general and to be treated like he was walking in there with just as much deserved respect as the next guy, changed our weekend. We will be showing off his new truck with lots of thanks to Portsmouth Chevrolet.

This dealership made me feel like they were the customer; not me. They made me jump through unnecessary hoops and led me to believe I was buying the vehicle but they were just using me to get more money from another customer. They had no intentions of selling me the vehicle. When I reached out the the owner to share this feedback guess what I got? No response. So, I share with all of you my experience and I’ll be sure to reach out to GM to let them know how this dealer is treating loyal customers.

⚠️ Warning!This company does not care about first responders. If you're a first responder, do not waste your time with this dealership. Macmulkin does not want to sell a vehicle to a first responder simply because they will make more money selling it to someone else. I raised this question to manager (Tony Dillberg) that they would rather sell the vehicle to someone other than a first responder because they would would make more money and he said YES, you are correct. Unbelievable and sad.

I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.
