First time buyer at this dealership - gjb44
From the first phone call I had with John Mazzy looking for a truck to the final drive away was a pleasant. He set up my Bluetooth so i would not have any issues trying to do it myself. The truck was ready when he told me it would be so I did not have to waste any time waiting. Overall first experience with this dealership and John and the rest of people there was excellent.

The people I've dealt with over the years at Cantin Chevrolet are "very" friendly and a pleasure to talk and deal with. I cant say enough about Jeremy as to how well he works and strives to make us happy with the price and vehicles we want. Very pleasant and honest about everything. Thank you Cantin Chevrolet for making our purchases an absolute pleasure.

Outstanding customer service - 3558morgan
After shopping for a used pickup truck for six months at many dealerships we purchased our 2013 Toyota Tundra from Tom at Walier Chevrolet. We liked him from the first phone call. He took the time to take a picture and email it to us. When you walk into the showroom you can tell right away that the employees like their jobs and one another!
Tom was very low presure with the sale. He was outstanding! I just cant say enough about them. After our exprerience with other salesmen at other dealerships, maybe they all should take notes on customer service.

Stress-free and super helpful!! - ChelseaR
I had an awesome experience working with Travis Soucy. I don't know the first thing about cars, so I easily get stressed out when car problems come up. Travis was incredibly friendly and genuine, went above and beyond to help me, and explained things clearly without making me feel dumb or out of place. Easily the most comfortable and seamless experience I've ever had with car stuff.
Disappointed in competence of service department - 724nunun
We recently brought our Chevy Cruze in due to a check engine light. On the way there, the radio display went out, so we asked them to check that too. The diagnosis for the CEL was a failing particulate sensor that would need replacement (~$450+) and the diagnosis for the display was a failed display that would need replacement (~$600+). We declined the repairs and went home, to decide what to do. While checking to see if we could at least get the fan to blow, we started looking at fuses and found a blown fuse for the display. Replaced fuse, display now works. So.....did they not even check the fuses???? Also, while searching about the particulate sensor I came across a policy memo that extends the warranty for the particulate sensor for 10 years/120K miles, so they should replace it for nothing. Do they not search for warranty info? I found it fairly quickly once I knew what was wrong. Next time I get a CEL, I will just get the code taken at Autozone and look up the code myself. I don't trust them anymore.

Scam artist and liers - Tommyboy1986
scam artist they wrote me a deal and said they would honor it go back in a few days later have me sit for over 2 hours just to say the price changed for over 75 dollars a month what a waste of time dealing with them
cut to a hour after they call me and tell me this is my fault because they said they would honor a deal on Friday yet the salesman told me dont come in until monday i was willing to sign on friday and they held off i find it kinda inappropriate that they call me to argue about my honest review and i noticed after the fact they took the orignal sheet i had of the deal they made out of my truck while they where looking at it for a trade in lucky for me i kept a copy at home
Here’s my experience purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Yaris... - Lyndonws
Here’s my experience purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Yaris from them during August 2013.
I overpaid for my car between $500-1,000 for a pre-owned, recertified Yaris with same options and condition per www.KBB.com.
Dealer used ‘Bait-n-Switch’ tactics with aftermarket part installation (ie: installing cruise control at $500 cost to them, but only dropped price by $200 when I tried to change my mind about installation). They also told me that the price couldn’t come down because they were putting new tires on the car. From my perspective that would have been something accounted for in the trade-in value they gave to the previous owner.
Dealership kept my car for days to install cruise, but when I picked it up cruise was not installed. It became my problem to work it out with the service department and drive it to their sister dealership for installation. What were they doing with my car for half a week??
Financing was a SCAM. They tried to slide me into a 6.915% interest loan when I knew my credit score was almost 700. They told me “it’s just a few more dollars”. It actually equated to $20/mo more for 72 months ($1,440 extra in payments!). A few months before my wife and I had purchased a 2009 Chevy Cobalt elsewhere and received a 2.99% loan instantly from a local credit union through a dealer.
Next, as a tired and worn down customer, I signed paperwork too quickly. A big mistake! The next day I found I was financing optional Gap Insurance of $650. I had it removed, but then they added non-optional Single-Interest Insurance of $65, stating that the lender required it (verified its validity with the lender, but my auto insurer had never heard of such a thing).
Overall, don’t go to this dealership unless you’re armed with your own financing, and don’t let them know you already have financing until you’ve negotiated the price. On second thought …just don’t go there.
Positively recommend for your next car. - afraninja
I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.
