Reasonable people - UNRATEABLE
I went and had some expensive work done. They got my truck going again and were good to deal with, even after the initial repair visit. I was a bit unreasonable with them because I'm in the middle of a difficult family situation. I thank them for their patience and understanding.
Great Service !!! - kjoconnell
I just had the second service done on my 2016 Silverado 2500. I was in and out in less time than I expected. I enjoy the interaction between the staff whenever I am at this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Stephanie Parker - PaulaB.
I purchased my first Cadillac almost a year ago. I have worked with Stephanie Parker at each of my service visits. She is professional, personable and assists me in everything I need. Every time I have gone to the dealership for service I wait for or ask for Stephanie. I feel like I am good hands.
Best honest and friendly service. - M&P T
The people I've dealt with over the years at Cantin Chevrolet are "very" friendly and a pleasure to talk and deal with. I cant say enough about Jeremy as to how well he works and strives to make us happy with the price and vehicles we want. Very pleasant and honest about everything. Thank you Cantin Chevrolet for making our purchases an absolute pleasure.

The worst experience ever - Notyouraverageruss

Email quotes don't match in-house quote - Gonefishing
After a lot of back and forth on email, I received a quote on a lease for a Silverado 1500. It was higher than I wanted, which was communicated. Was told to come in to get the best deal (my mistake). I gave them a shot.
Upon arrival, information is confirmed, and a quote $70 a month is presented to me. No trade in, just a straight up quote. It was like my emails were never shared or understood.
If they can not do a number, I get it. But just be up front. Just say you can't. Would I have gone over my ballpark? Slightly. After back and forth, I get a quote aligned with the original email quote. Plus doc fee. Bottom line, I wouldn't trust an online quote. "Coming in" to get the best deal does not help you either...
Great - oilman

Removed post as service credited the work under warranty after a battle. Hopefully they don't treat any more customers like this. We will see
New facility, new management, great experience! - Jewels Fritz
This place has been re-built from the ground up with a great new facility and new management. I've lived in the area for a long time and used to drive by and not even notice the dealership. Now the place is poppin! They have a great selection of trucks and were very aggressive with their pricing. I worked with Ryan. He did not pressure me at all. I drove 3 trucks before deciding on the one I liked. It was pouring rain and I never even got wet because Ryan pulled the trucks inside for me. He went above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Car won't pass inspection - Djames72
I bought a Chevy traverse with very low miles. Drove it home and a week later check engine light came on. Called on star - got the code and called the service dept since the car had a 90 day warranty. Brought car in and waited two weeks to get it back. Got the car home - check engine light came back on. Called multiple times and got the run around. Finally after begging and calling they took it in. They had the car for a month- report they did extensive work. Got the car home and check engine light popped back on. Brought it in again. They code read different but they said it was directly related to the original problem. They said since the warranty was expired we needed to call and plead with them to cover the repairs. They told us the language to use to ensure the warranty would cover it, since the problem was sorcery related to the initial issues with the vehicle. We called the warranty company and got denied. We aren't mechanics and probably did not do so hot explaining the issues. We called the general manager who basically said "hey you didn't know the car had issues and we didn't either - you got a bad car that's not our issue"
I explained to him consumers rifhts state a car needs to be inspection worthy when sold or needs To be sold as is. He said "were not fixing it -too bad" so here we are with a $27000 loan and now $2000+ of more repairs. Who knows what will be next! I encourage everyone to call the NH auto dealer association about the issues you have had and call the attorney generals office. 603-224-2369 these people are repeated offenders and need to be stopped! They will lie, sell junk and if they tell you they fixed something it is a lie!
Here’s my experience purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Yaris... - Lyndonws
Here’s my experience purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Yaris from them during August 2013.
I overpaid for my car between $500-1,000 for a pre-owned, recertified Yaris with same options and condition per www.KBB.com.
Dealer used ‘Bait-n-Switch’ tactics with aftermarket part installation (ie: installing cruise control at $500 cost to them, but only dropped price by $200 when I tried to change my mind about installation). They also told me that the price couldn’t come down because they were putting new tires on the car. From my perspective that would have been something accounted for in the trade-in value they gave to the previous owner.
Dealership kept my car for days to install cruise, but when I picked it up cruise was not installed. It became my problem to work it out with the service department and drive it to their sister dealership for installation. What were they doing with my car for half a week??
Financing was a SCAM. They tried to slide me into a 6.915% interest loan when I knew my credit score was almost 700. They told me “it’s just a few more dollars”. It actually equated to $20/mo more for 72 months ($1,440 extra in payments!). A few months before my wife and I had purchased a 2009 Chevy Cobalt elsewhere and received a 2.99% loan instantly from a local credit union through a dealer.
Next, as a tired and worn down customer, I signed paperwork too quickly. A big mistake! The next day I found I was financing optional Gap Insurance of $650. I had it removed, but then they added non-optional Single-Interest Insurance of $65, stating that the lender required it (verified its validity with the lender, but my auto insurer had never heard of such a thing).
Overall, don’t go to this dealership unless you’re armed with your own financing, and don’t let them know you already have financing until you’ve negotiated the price. On second thought …just don’t go there.
Positively recommend for your next car. - afraninja
I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.
I can't begin to tell you what a great experience... - laurenwashburn
I can't begin to tell you what a great experience that I had when I bought my car from Tom (actually the best ever). I had just moved to the area and need to buy a car so I asked around the office and everyon told me to go to Walier Chevrolet where I would get the best price and best treatment. I have also been using there service department and have had another great experience with Tim and Deb.
