I had a very pleasant experience for my first complimentary oil change on my ES350. I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours and it was done in 1 1/4 hours and was washed which made it look like it just came out of the showroom. In addition to the lovely surroundings, I was able to have a continental breakfast, could not ask for more.

RX350 2016 1st visit for Airbag sensor recall inspection, the inspection time took 1 hour 35 minutes, Was told should be done within 1 hour during schedule on phone , not happy about the delay while it was my launch break, hurry to return to office.
50 mins wait to get loaner.
After service done, the car was full of dust when I pick it up.
Dont expect detailing or wash for my car but I expect at least it should be as clean as it was before dealer service,

I went their for lease buy pay out besides having very good credit score ... this guy shawn tried to charge me 6 percent APR , he was trying to screw me up , so i cancelled this deal ... he is trying to act over smart with me .

I purchased an older model, pre-owned truck from Lexus of Edison. The truck was in outstanding condition, both in condition, both inside and out. Our salesman, Darryl Newman, returned my initial call inquiring about the vehicle, was there to assist me when I arrived, and took great care of us during the buying process. I had one small issue when I got the truck home and he saw to it I received a check for the part so I could take care of the issue myself. I would highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Newman.

I purchased an RX-350 from Lexus Of Cherry Hill.
I was in advanced negotiations with another dealership, floated my interest on the internet due to some hiccups around color and trim availability.
Justin Hultch got in touch with me and it was smooth sailing there on.
He was available to answer all my queries, even after the deal was signed. Justin was professional, attentive and extremely helpful. Cannot recommend him enough.
I crossed the state line and drove 30 miles to Cherry Hill. There were 3 other dealership within 5 miles of my work and home, and offering competitive pricing. It was all because of the phone conversations with Justin.
We negotiated and finalized the price on the phone. The vehicle and the paper work was all ready at my scheduled pick up time. There was absolutely no wait at the dealership. My sales manager was Gina Haynes. It was absolutely delightful to work with her. She noticed that the detailing needed some more finesse and proactively sent the car for detailing while I went through the paper work.

One more thing that stood out during my interaction with Lexus of Cherry Hill was that nobody at the dealership tried to force sell any coverage or add ons to me. It really stood out. I really really had an extremely positive experience.
