After researching for a year for a SUV, I decided on a GX 550+, never a doubt. Over the past 25 years I’ve owned Mercedes Benz vehicles. In November of 2025, I visited the Lexus dealership in Mt. Laurel and was greeted at the door by Simon Haddad. He was warm and friendly and I immediately felt comfortable. Simon gave me the detailed information regarding the availability of the GX. He offered me a test drive of the only available GX 550 on the lot and I immediately knew this was the vehicle for me. :). Simon walked me through the process of buying the GX, and the wait time for delivery (which was tough!) and the outcome was exactly what I wanted. During the buying process Simon was informative and made me feel confident in my purchase. He also added some fun to the process with his numerology knowledge. We’ve had the GX for a week now, my husband is still coming to terms with the price tag! LOL. He loves it too but just won’t admit it. Thank you Simon!

Went for my first Lexus certified service. The process was seamless and easy. I received a brand new GX for the day and I unfortunately had to return it. When I went to pick up the car, all my minor issues were addressed and vehicle was serviced/washed, I did forget to tell them about a plastic push clip that was missing from the engine cover. To my surprise, they put a new one in without asking. I was very pleased knowing their mechanic noticed it and feel that their attention to detail was top notch. It's the little things that matter and they just made a new Lexus owner a loyal one for life !!! Tom Rocco
