We had a great experience with the guys at Lenihan. They were very friendly and willing to work with us to get the Jeep we wanted. They were quick and made the process easy to complete, which is typically a long process to purchasing a car. Their pricing was better than most dealerships especially for the upgraded vehicles they offer. The only disappointment was they did not detail or fill up the gas tank after we purchased the car as they promised. The Jeep was showroom clean but my personal preference is to drive away with a newly cleaned car especially after people have been sitting in it.

Even one star is far too generous. I NEVER leave bad reviews, but I'm making an exception here. I was lied to about the car inspection & they failed to mention that the car was in a dangerous condition, completely unsuitable and unsafe to drive. I lost over $8,000 & could've lost my limbs driving home. My mechanic found a myriad of issues with the car, and now they are claiming they offered a warranty, which they did not. They also claimed they didn't say anything about the car being inspected, but my friend was right there when the salesman said it. I am deeply disappointed and aggravated. Needless to say, I will never trust a car dealership's reviews again because there is no way the 4 stars are authentic.

Don't be concerned about buying a used BMW from Victor. He was truthful, honest, and made the process smooth for me coming from out of state. You can trust Victor. The financing department wouldn't take my USAA car loan on Saturday afternoon because USAA says it takes 24-48 business hours to complete the transfer of money over to the dealership and they wanted the money right away for me to drive the car off the lot. For some reason that credit guarantee from a big bank like USAA wasn't enough for them. I doubt that Bank of America (the financing company they set me up with) transfers it much quicker. They did beat USAAs rate by 0.13% APR after they told me they wouldn't take it. That was a positive. I have used USAA car loans in the past and haven't had any issues. Just be ready for that if you want to bring your own financing to the table.
