We had been shopping for a used car for nearly a year before finally buying one from Wheels for Lease. There is a reason why Wheels for Lease is recommended by the APA. The car we bought was in perfect condition. It had never been in an accident and the previous owner kept it in perfect shape. On top of the car being in great condition, Izzy did a full break job on the car. Wheels for Lease is the only used car dealer I would recommend to a friend. There are so many dealerships which try to sell badly accidented cars. When you buy a car from Izzy, you know you are getting a vehicle that was in good condition. More than just a vehicle, we bought peace of mind. We are not worried about hidden issues or defects with the vehicle. I am going to say it again, this garage is the only APA approved dealership for a reason. We wanted a car we could trust and after shopping around for a year, we realized that Wheels for Lease is the only garage we trust. It was also a genuine pleasure to deal with Izzy. He was transparent throughout the whole process and it really felt like you were buying a car from a friend.

I bought a 2000 wrangler from Auto Expo 2 weeks ago. Had very minor issues with interior lights draining the battery but just removed the lights, it's an old jeep, who need interior lights anyway. I brought it to my mechanic today because on the dash the break light stays on. He looked at everything and said that brakes, calipers are new and the engine, "is so clean for a 2000 tj". He was impressed with my buy. I love my Jeep, Don was great and all the staff were wonderful. This place is different from anywhere else you will go, you can't test drive, you buy just by looking at the vehicle and then you pay an extra $400 for them to get it in tip top shape. They did and my TJ is awesome, thank you to Don and staff!

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

It was over a week and the last reply was "oh, yeah. Someone is working on that ." We went to West Herr New York and they called back within 20min! I walked into Watertown Auto Sales looking for an Equinox. I had spoke with Terry prior of coming in and he promised to do what he could for me to get me in a vehicle of my choice. When i got there Travis let me test drive about 3 vehicles but I wasn't comfortable in any of them expect for the Equinox. When I got there, I asked for the rep, Carla whom I had an appointment with. A young man said she was unavailable and showed me the car. The ad shows a black Mercedes but when I got there, the car was a faded silver grey that was much in need of a paint job. The tires were marginal and when I tried to access the OBDII system with a scanner, there was a fatal error in the system. The car would not pass state inspection that way. The car was not worth even a $1,000. The salesman was more interested in showing me videos of his friend drag racing in the street instead of trying to make me into a happy customer. Baron Auto Emporium should be ashamed of themselves for showing a car in that poor condition for the money they were asking. And the way the salesman was, deplorable. I would never go back.

Customers Satisfaction Guarantee! I purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. Unfortunately I had several mechanical problems with the vehicle. The first salesman Mr. Ed Reed lead me to believe that this dealership was going to make this truck purchase one of my worst experiences. He had very little concern in customer satisfaction. However, after speaking with one of the owners, he assured me that they would fix the truck or refund me my money. He also assigned another salesman Stephen Oddo who helped me with any problems I was having. Salesman Steve was an older gentleman who knows how to try and satisfy the customer. This was a vehicle that unfortunately had more problems then they knew about. I guess that's probably why the previous owner traded it in. Mr. Steve stayed on top of the job. I was always able to reach him. If, I had to leave a message he would called me back within two minutes even when he didn't have any updates on the repairs on the vehicle, he still would call me back. Great customer service on his behalf. Unfortunately, the truck couldn't be fixed trouble free within my first 45 days. Mr. Eric a man of his word return my money and try to find me another truck. In business , you can't always make every customer happy but their customer satisfaction is guarantee. That's good enough for me. Thank you Stephen Oddo again for your continuous diligent.

Their sales practices are so blatantly unethical that they presume the buyer is desperate, gullible, and susceptible to their overpromised and egregiously false sales pitches and advertisements. The staff are well-schooled in every shady, crooked, misleading sales practice known to shady, crooked, misleading salesmanship. The car I purchased, a BMW 540i, was in great condition but had been involved in an accident. When I finally got the carfax and realized this, I called NY Off Lease to inquire about. When I mentioned it, I was simply told “so.” There was no further discussion. What followed was a nightmarish sequence of events that went for days into weeks of calls, broken promises, and me finally going to the dealership raising xxxx. Please, please, PLEASE read the reviews and BELIEVE THEM. Go elsewhere to purchase your vehicle.
