I bought a 2000 wrangler from Auto Expo 2 weeks ago. Had very minor issues with interior lights draining the battery but just removed the lights, it's an old jeep, who need interior lights anyway. I brought it to my mechanic today because on the dash the break light stays on. He looked at everything and said that brakes, calipers are new and the engine, "is so clean for a 2000 tj". He was impressed with my buy. I love my Jeep, Don was great and all the staff were wonderful. This place is different from anywhere else you will go, you can't test drive, you buy just by looking at the vehicle and then you pay an extra $400 for them to get it in tip top shape. They did and my TJ is awesome, thank you to Don and staff!

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

Buyer Beware – Very Bad Experience with Beverly Hills Auto Group I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from Beverly Hills Auto Group proceed with extreme caution. I was sold a vehicle that turned out to have serious issues shortly after purchase. The dealership claimed the car was covered by their dealer warranty, but when problems appeared, they refused to honor it or take responsibility for the repairs. To make things worse, once the financing was involved, the situation became even more complicated and stressful. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the dealership was uncooperative and dismissive. This has been a very expensive and frustrating experience, and I feel completely misled about both the condition of the vehicle and the warranty coverage. I’m posting this so other buyers can protect themselves. Do not rely on verbal promises, and get everything in writing. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this dealership again.

My car needed 4 all season tires with rims taken off and 4 new snow tires all ready on rims put on. I was quoted $16.88 for this. Then it was $32. No big deal. Then my car was unsafe and needed new posts. When I mentioned these would be covered under Honda warranty suddenly the car was maybe ok? Best part? I had an appointment at 1030. At noon the car was not done but they tech needed lunch. Oookkkk...then my lug nuts which were signed for by an employee were just .... gone. I must have been mistaken and tire rack must be mistaken. This place is not to be trusted. Then Dick Clark couldn't be bothered to wait and figure out the lug nut issue bc he needed his lunch. Do not take your car here.

There shop put my tires on and forgot to tighten the bolt back to hold my wheels together. I could of died. Now this dealership is closed with no one to contact about this car. I walked into Watertown Auto Sales looking for an Equinox. I had spoke with Terry prior of coming in and he promised to do what he could for me to get me in a vehicle of my choice. When i got there Travis let me test drive about 3 vehicles but I wasn't comfortable in any of them expect for the Equinox. When I got there, I asked for the rep, Carla whom I had an appointment with. A young man said she was unavailable and showed me the car. The ad shows a black Mercedes but when I got there, the car was a faded silver grey that was much in need of a paint job. The tires were marginal and when I tried to access the OBDII system with a scanner, there was a fatal error in the system. The car would not pass state inspection that way. The car was not worth even a $1,000. The salesman was more interested in showing me videos of his friend drag racing in the street instead of trying to make me into a happy customer. Baron Auto Emporium should be ashamed of themselves for showing a car in that poor condition for the money they were asking. And the way the salesman was, deplorable. I would never go back.
