Instead of up-selling me, Jeremy looked at my vehicle's service record and removed things that did not need to be done at the moment. That is completely the opposite of what happens at every other dealer. It built a good level of trust and appreciation. I feel much better that they will treat my car like they would their own. Buying a used vehicle can be a somewhat daunting task, esp. for someone who hadn't purchased a vehicle in almost 15 yrs. Not so with Bob Howard Hyundai, as all staff we met or spoke with (on the telephone) were pleasant & honest i.e., no broken or exaggerated promises. Just a simple straight-forward experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Marcus Wilkinson was great, as he was very caring & nice. He had our interest at heart, which I find unusual in the car buying experience. I was totally amazed how "seamless" it was, even in the financing. Can't say enough good stuff & will definitely recommend this dealership.

I will never try to buy in Muskogee at any James Hodge auto dealer. Sat 3/16/19 It started off good and them the first salesman turned into a jerk. When we called back and talked to Myron he said he would call us back here it is Wed 3/20/19 still no call back. Went some were else. Tried to deal in our town.
Misleading advertising & pushy salesmen - chlegal
I called this dealership after seeing a television commercial about great discounts they offered. After a lengthy, and very pushy, telephone call with the salesman I was told he would get back to me. I wanted to do everything online or via the phone due to work deadlines. He didn't seem to understand this and kept insisting that I come in and saying he would send somebody to pick me up! I told him I was already pre-approved with 2 different lenders and needed to do everything via phone or online until the paperwork was ready to sign. I was then told that because I was not going through Hyundai financing that I would not get the almost $9,000 discount they were advertising on television and online! When I finally got the salesman to stop talking over me and actually listen to me, he was no longer interested in talking to me. He told me he would "get back to me and work hard for me". I never heard back from him! Apparently, their "discounts' are only if you use their financing. This is false and misleading advertising and probably grounds for a complaint with the AG of OK and a lawsuit. Not saying I am doing that but just saying that this dealership appears to be dishonest from the outset.
