This is only my third car in my life. I really do not like most dealerships due to the amount of time it takes to buy a vehicle. I typically know what I want when I com in. Our salesman Steve, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question I had without getting irritated or flustered. If he didn’t know something, he figured it out so I left completely understanding the features of the vehicle! As in most dealerships, the finance department needs to be more efficient. When a customer gives you a desired monthly payment, they should come back the first time as close to that number as possible. Obviously, buyers understand the dealerships want to make some money but you’d sell more if you’d deal directly with the buyers. Overall, I’d buy there again as the staff does connect with customers on a personal level.

Greeted by my service tech before I exited the vehicle. Escorted me to his service area right away and wrote up the service order as I stood by, then directed me to the customer lounge area where I waited for the requested service be performed. Upon completion the that service, my service advisor found me in the lounge area and escorted me to the billing dept. There, he processed my payment information and thanked me for my business. As far as I know at this point, all the service I requested was performed as expected and the vehicle was in good operating condition when I left the dealership.

Buying a used vehicle can be a somewhat daunting task, esp. for someone who hadn't purchased a vehicle in almost 15 yrs. Not so with Bob Howard Hyundai, as all staff we met or spoke with (on the telephone) were pleasant & honest i.e., no broken or exaggerated promises. Just a simple straight-forward experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Marcus Wilkinson was great, as he was very caring & nice. He had our interest at heart, which I find unusual in the car buying experience. I was totally amazed how "seamless" it was, even in the financing. Can't say enough good stuff & will definitely recommend this dealership.

I will never try to buy in Muskogee at any James Hodge auto dealer. Sat 3/16/19 It started off good and them the first salesman turned into a jerk. When we called back and talked to Myron he said he would call us back here it is Wed 3/20/19 still no call back. Went some were else. Tried to deal in our town.
