Salespeople were extremely helpful and polite. The only complaint I have is that the detailing of the vehicle was not a thorough cleaning. I am having to clean the windows and some of the interior. The pickup bed does not look like it was cleaned.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Fe from Carter County Hyundai. Came late on a Friday night and they were extremely friendly and happy to have us look without any sense of rush. Came back the next day and they had the cars we wanted to look at again pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork/finance portion was the most efficient and easy going that I've ever had purchasing a car. Met everyone from our great salesman to the owner of the dealership. Octavius and Camron were super to work with as was the general manager. Never felt like they were pressuring or misleading us. Would definitely return for next purchase.
