Relaxed - WORLDCHAMPSBABY
When I say Relaxed I mean RELAXED. The first visit there I Never talked to a single salesman. NO ONE came running out and was at my vehicle before I could get out of it; Like ALL the other dealerships salesman are "Johnny on the Spot". Not here.
On my second visit to test drive and talk to someone I was told they are NOT PUSHY, and they are not.
I visited with the manager for a good 15 or so minutes before I was pointed to a salesperson.
After I visited with the salesman about numbers and what not, got an offer sheet. Asked for 24hrs to visit with my wife and talk and Pray about it.
I was NOT Called back, like all other dealerships.Not the same day, the next day or the day after.
We decided to test drive again. It was 4 or 5 days later. I asked the salesman about the call back he tells me he was going to wait a WEEK to check back with us, a Week! You gotta Love it.
We ended up Buying a 18 Sonata.
Love the People there

Alex Sharp made my experience in the dealership a great one. Great conversation and professionalism from the man. He got me a better deal than the pre-approved loan, that I walked in with, and that was even with an upgraded model of the car I was originally looking at.
Slight hiccup after the sale, but that was cleared up pretty quickly. You can rest assured that Alex Sharp and James Hodge Hyundai keep their word and will fulfill their end of the bargain.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I contacted the dealership and got a response from Cameron Roat. I was interested in a Preowned vehicle, I told him that I was somewhat picky and asked him specifically about the condition. He replied that he walked around it and that it “looks great!” I took him at his word and drove 4 hours to come and make a deal. Once I arrived and looked at the truck, I was appalled at its condition! For being 1 yr old and having fewer than 20k miles it was disgusting!!! The truck had a scratch from headlight to taillight and the interior was stained beyond belief! It actually had what looked like fresh vomit on the passenger seat. Needless to say, we didn’t make a deal. The customer service is similar to the reconditioning of their cars- the manager never thanked me for coming, nor were they apologetic for my wasted trip. No follow up from the salesman either. BEWARE!!! This is the worst experience I’ve had in buying a car.
