Our experience with BMW started 2 months ago with Ryan Rush helping with our purchase. It was the best experience we have had buying a vehicle. He was friendly, informative and let us ask questions and shop without feeling pushy. The process was faster than we expected and the whole experience left us feeling so happy about our purchase. This was our first time buying a BMW and we felt great about it. We financed the car thru BMW and was impressed with the interest rate we got and the efficiency and ease of the whole process and was given a thumb drive at end that held all our documents (amazing!). The online portal for making payments with BMW is the best I’ve ever seen and again, made the experience one of the best I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. Unfortunately, our car was stolen about a month later. Everyone at BMW was very understanding and helpful with gathering resources for our claim. We had originally purchased a Diesel engine for the MPG because I commute and needed something with better mileage but after test driving multiple different cars and models, nothing compared to the service and quality of BMW. We eventually ended up back to the BMW lot and immediately found a vehicle that we were interested in. We wanted to work with Ryan again but he was unavailable and handed us over to his coworker Jesse. This time with our 4 year old in tow, we were able to test drive and purchase a vehicle that day. We weren’t expecting to find a car or get a deal that would make us excited enough to purchase that day but again, BMW offered excellent service and a premium price for the vehicle we were looking at. We purchased our vehicle Monday and it is now Friday and I’m still beyond happy with the car, price, and service we received at BMW of Salem. I highly recommend going to them for an excellent experience and of course for the amazing cars that they are. We also traded in two vehicles during both car purchases and felt like we received a fair price. No games, no fuss. It all felt honest and for the best experience of the customer. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! After our first purchase, Ryan told us as we walked out the door that once we drive with BMW nothing will ever compare and how right he was! We will be lifelong customers of BMW now!

I came in to look at a used vehicle that had been listed online. Kuni BMW had the vehicle pulled out front at the time of my appointment. I was fortunate enough also to have a representative work with me that owned that very year and model. Price and condition matched the listing and since having purchased the vehicle have not found anything that was omitted from their descriptions. They upfront notified me the prior owner was a smoker, something I had missed if it had been on the listing and I perhapse would have overlooked. When I brought up a transmission scheduled maintenance I had been warned about for the car model, the rep contacted a licensed shop and quoted what the maintenance would cost would be. The CarFax seller description read, "The new Kuni Auto Center No games, No gimmicks, No hidden fees," and I believe my experience was just that. The price was the listed price and the vehicle condition and purchase options were presented to me upfront. Both the rep and manager helped me through the entire process and were more than willing to accommodate when I asked to make changes in the middle of the buying process. I have owned the vehicle for a little over two weeks now and I am loving it.

There is no other way to describe David but awesome. I was working on leasing a vehicle from nearly 3000 miles away and had quite a few worries but David ensured the process went smoothly and gave me incentives to keep the deals, ones I couldn’t walk away from. If you’re an active duty, military service member or veteran I recommend you talk to him as well because he’ll do right by you. Much better than the typical private/E-1 getting a 27% APR challenger or charger, trust me, contact David.

The X1 we just bought was missing the rear center headrest and we didn't notice until the next day. I spoke with Bill and they had one ready to pickup for us no questions asked. Trevor was easy to work with and even though he was a BMW expert he knew many details on the Subaru Forester while we were test driving it. We had an issue with the wind shield but they happily replaced it much to our relief. Thank you Trevor!
