We had a great experience. All of the staff that we encountered (sales, finance, services & parts) were professional, friendly, and service oriented. They were happy to answer all my questions about buying, driving, and maintaining an electric car. I was so relaxed, I suppose I forgot to do the normal due diligence for buying a used car. But in retrospect, I don’t mind at all. We got a wonderful certified preowned vehicle with a great warranty.

I just bought a 2018 X5 50i M Sport. Not only did I get a great deal but the customer service was fantastic. Joe was my salesperson and he was very patient and easy to work with. I did the delivery with their BMW Genius, Tim, who knows everything about their cars. Even scheduled a follow up with Tim to answer some questions that came up after I did the initial delivery and he was happy to help. I highly recommend this dealership whether you are looking for a BMW or a nice used car. This dealership feels very warm and inviting when you visit and I find myself just wanting to hangout there.
Airbag recall BMW - Peggy Jacobson
This place is very unprofessional after having my car for weeks due to wrong part ordered, etc. I finally got it back and the airbag light is still on. They didn't tuck the dash in correctly so I have fabric all bunched up it looks awful. I'm exhausted from trying to deal with them.
They are never there when you call then won't return phone calls. I did get in touch with BMW America to work this out however Bend wants to charge me for their mistake.
I am not finished dealing with them yet - I'm going to file a complaint .

Trevor was easy to work with and even though he was a BMW expert he knew many details on the Subaru Forester while we were test driving it. We had an issue with the wind shield but they happily replaced it much to our relief. Thank you Trevor!
