The staff at Fairless must be doing something right; we just bought our 2nd car in a year from them. The time and care Chris took with us was what really made this deal. That and the fact that they offered me higher than Blue Book for my car. This is a family business and by that I mean everyone is so close, has a lot of fun, and genuinely likes each other. Rob and Chris exerted a lot of effort in helping us get us exactly what we needed. They found us the lowest interest rates, more than top value for my trade, and a great extended warranty. In addition you can tell how much they care about their customers and that everyone who comes in leaves as another member of the family. Especially because they know you'll be back.

Where to start. First off i'm a GSM at a GMC dealership in Massachusetts. I was searching for a specific toy that I wanted to buy as a christmas gift for myself and Warwick Autopark had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke with James, who is a man of many hats there...GSM, Sales manager, Finance manager salesman....everything. From the moment he answered my call to the day the BMW was delivered to me the process was beyond smooth and the communications were second to none. This was a first for my buying a vehicle from a dealer other than myself let alone sight unseen. He sent me countless pictures and videos to really give me a great look at the vehicle and save me a 12 hour round trip to go and see it in person. When the vehicle was delivered it was just as clean as the pictures showed, everything that was told and promised was exactly as stated. He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!
