HUGE MARK UP ON A 2006 - Candi
Traveled 100 miles to buy a silver 2006 ls 430 Lexus for 10,899; but when I got there I notice vibration, dent on the passenger back door, and a hub cap missing. So. I offered 10,000, Sales guy came back with the manager giving me all the ends and out . I told them I was willing to not buy so I took my check went shopping. .So I thank Mr. Vernon for the ride, but no thanks to your sales manager for the 2,000 mark up. Total price 13, 000 can’t remember the change. Candice

1) The service advisors do not return phone calls or answer emails. Many times I called the service adviser " Alexander Levy" and Darry Fort but they never return my calls or emails.
2) October 21, when I inspected the car visually at home, I found the coolant reservoir was dry completely. and further inspection I noticed a leak from the water pump because it was easy to see a pink fluid leaking.
The next day I scheduled an appointment with Hendrick Lexus Charleston. I asked the dealer to inspect the coolant system because I found the reservoir was dry (I did not inform the dealer about the leak source because I wanted to check if they can capture the issue or/and additional problems). After waiting over one hour, the service advisor "Alexander Levy" and the technician came to me to inform the car DO NOT have any issue and just coolant needs to be added because they served the coolant in June. Immediately I asked if they inspected the water pump and they confirmed yes, they inspected it and there is no leak. I informed them that is not correct because I saw the leak by myself and I asked if I can show it to them. they took me inside the shop, and we saw the leak together. The excuse was the leak was a small amount. This confirmed to me that the dealer did not give enough attention and did not inspect the car carefully. without my inspection, I could lose the engine because the dealer fails to capture the problem.
