My new Lexus - Mrs. Robinson
I walked into the Showroom and immediately a very nice man, Lloyd Walker, asked if he could help me. I brought my 2013 Lexus in for service and I thought maybe I need a newer Lexus. After driving several used cars I decided to drive a new SUV and that was the end of the story. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable especially Mr Walker. Thanks Lexus of Charleston!!!

I always have a positive experience when I bring my car in for service. Every one of them is friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very comfortable and I actually find it relaxing because I can get some work done without any distractions.

Extremely customer service oriented. I accidentally arrived one day early for my appointment and instead of saying “Sorry we are full”, Jeff said he would fit me in and even did so in a very timely manner. I can’t say enough. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
