He told us exactly what to expect on our visit: the LEXUS COVENANT which promises that “LEXUS WILL TREAT EACH CUSTOMER AS WE WOULD A GUEST IN OUR HOME.” And STEPHEN SCOTT MANKIN delivered on that!! Upon completion of our service, he explained to us everything that was performed on our RX350 & then presented us with our newly-washed vehicle. No upsell. How refreshing! My convertible top was stuck, would not go up or down. I made an appointment with Jonathan in the service department. As I was driving to my appointment, Jonathan phoned me. He knew an option for me to try myself. I found the button he told me about and Voila!! The top went down perfectly. I am grateful for Jonathan’s help, he went above and beyond his job description and helped me. I will continue to take my car to Lexus of Greenville.
