I understand that you are the Vice President of Lexus of Knoxville and I want you to be aware of the experience we received today and while we will never purchase a car from Lexus of Knoxville. Over a week ago we were in an accident that totaled my Gx 460 and we were looking to replace ours. We had dealt with a salesman( Peter) for a week regarding a grey one. Due to my face and the way it looked, my anxiety with driving and my husband trying to catch on work he missed while being out we were only working via phone. We got there today though at 9 am to test drive it. We had already worked a deal via phone. When we arrived Peter put us with Andrew because he had an appointment. We were ready to buy it but we wanted some scratches buffed out and to certify it. We were told by the salesman there was someone else looking at it but we were the first to come in so we would be first. After sitting there while they were supposedly preparing stuff they sold it out from under our feet. The manager asked us why it took us a week to get out to look at the car to which I said do you see my eyes??? We were in a wreck a little over a week ago. It’s not been easy to get out. My husband (yelled) because we had a wreck and almost died, we have been Lexus owners for 3 years and we were just trying to replace what we lost but we are done with you all. This was just about a few thousand dollars and that’s why you sold it out from under us
I can not believe that a dealership would behave this way and that they would allow a manager to talk to customers this way

Such an incredible shopping experience! I was able to shop online and complete most all details before arriving to the dealership. Michael (sales) was phenomenal....he ensured my questions were answered, and just provided me with an overall exceptional shopping experience. When you think Lexus...you expect luxury and first class....well, Michael exemplified just that!! :) Thank you Michael for everything and for working hard for me.

He was respectful of my time (I live 1.5 hours from the dealership) and found me a great car AND a great deal! From our initial contact with Amanda, to the day we drove off with a new RX350 the entire process went exceptionally well. I first contacted Dustin the Finance Mgr by phone and he put me at ease with the credit process and gave me a good sense of how easy the people at the dealership were to work with. The next day we visited the dealership and met with Doug the Sales Mgr too discuss lease vs. purchase options. I had very detailed questions about the lease and Doug gave me very backup reports showing all the details behind the numbers. He introduced us to Michael our Sales Agent and they both helped answer all of our questions about the vehicle and the details of the lease. Michael was very knowledgeable about the different models and features and was great to work with. We negotiated a fair price for the RX350 and also on our trade in. At no time did we ever feel like we were under pressure to do anything other than proceed at our own pace no matter how long it took. On the day we picked up our new car, we met Chuck, the General Mgr. After talking with him I could see why the organization was so people oriented. He even made the temp tags and put them on the car!
We love our new Lexus and have already recommended the dealership to several of our friends.
