After looking at several different convertibles, I stopped in Music City Mercedes Benz. I was greeted by Xavier Darden, salesperson for MCMB. I (honestly) cannot say enough good about things about Xavier. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, sincere, and most of all.....never pressured me. After looking for a couple of months with Xavier, I decided to order a car. I’m happy to say, I picked up my 2019 E450 Cabriolet a few days ago! Mercedes Benz of Collierville is always courteous to its customers. There is a genuine friendly atmosphere in the building. The Sales Associates always greet you, even though they are not waiting on you. My Service Advisor, Brandan Hutchison, is a very busy man, but he’s never too busy for his customers. He runs around to make sure everything is being done correctly for you and takes the time to explain what was performed or being performed on your car. I always recommend Mercedes Benz of Collierville to my family, friends and anyone else looking to purchase a car. As a result, two of my sisters and my brother-in-law purchased cars from Mercedes Benz of Collierville.

I told Jim (Ritter) I no longer had use for my GLE (4x4) since I postponed my plans to move up north and really preferred a 'regular 'car' over an SUV and mentioned that my preference was an E class.
Jim immediately proposed 2 cars. As always he was completely transparent about every aspect of the car and the proposed deal with no gimmicks and no 'let's see how much we can get out of this guy' mentality so common in the car trade.
This is the third time Jim has dealt with me in a wonderful way so I believe and has thought so al along that this is his way of dealing with people. Five stars across the board.

I am from the Chicago suburbs and found the 2018 GLC 300 on Car Guru's. I was able to do the transaction w/ Evan on the phone. He was very helpful and timely w/ his calls and texts. Initially purchased a 98 ML320 w/starmark warranty. Had the vehicle inspected in Va for state inspection sticker (I live in VA). Va inspection site told me that my brakes were about shot, better have them replaced soon. Starmark inspection should have caught this and replaced before i took delivery of the vehicle. When I confronted the dealer about this they tried to stall and delay hoping i would just go away and forget it ...bring it back later and PAY to have the brake pads replaced. They finally got tired of my persistant complaining and they scheduled me in to have them replaced. All of this could have been avoided had they replaced them before i took delivery of the vehicle in the first place. Should have made it right when i complained and brought this fact to their attention. They have been difficult to deal with on issues like a loaner car, and scheduling my vehicles for service. Recently started asking if i wanted them to wash and vac my car for me....survey must be coming in the mail soon!
