I had a great experience dealing with Russell Barnett Ford of Tullahoma. I knew exactly which car I wanted, and Jason Davis found it for a price better than the big city dealerships. They had to transfer the car from another dealership and it was here the next day. The buying experience was painless. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price they said it would be. I noticed a very small cosmetic issue with the car after leaving the dealership, and Jason went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. I am very happy with my dealership experience and they will be my first stop should I ever decide to buy a new car again.

I have been bringing my Ford fusion for oil changes every 5000 miles since my purchase in 2014. It had 6500 miles when purchased and now 70000 miles. I have never let anyone work on it except Service Department. I look forward to trading this year with Phillip who has always been helpful to me and respectful when I came in for oil changes. I was upset when the oil change went up and was not told ahead of time and rotation was no longer free. Phillip talk to me and I was back recently getting oil change June2019. Jamie at service desk was super helpful and friendly and took care of the past oil change problems I had with cashier/or whoever was in charge of promotion offers. I will continue to come Union City Ford until I can no longer drive or have left this world for a place in heaven!

This has been, and continues to be, the worst experience I've ever had with servicing my vehicle. Repeated calls to Service Manager, Robert Johnson have all gone to voice mail. I have left my contact information with each message left since I picked up my INCOMPLETELY SERVICED vehicle on July 3 from him! Robert Johnson promised to call me the following week and has NEVER RESPONDED to a single message I've for left 2 weeks now. Avoid this business at all costs! I paid for incomplete repairs and a complete disregard of customer service. There is no accountability at Landers Ford.

I called Autonation Wolfchase Ford and asked for the service department to schedule an appointment. The young lady told me it might be easier to schedule it online, and so I did. I scheduled 2 services for my 16 F-150. One is a door latch recall and the other was to fix my loose drivers seat. I immediately received an email confirming my appointment, letting me know that drop off was 715am and pick up would be 2pm.. I received another follow up email, reminding me of my appointment the day before. I arrived before my appointment time at 7:10 am. When I pulled into the bay, and asked what I was there for, I was told that, " they dont do those types of services on a Saturday because they dont have the crew. We would also need your Truck longer than just a few hours." I said I made and appointed and recieved an email confirmation. To which the service person laughed and said, " you need to make those appointments over the phone or in person. Online appointments dont mean really nothin for a service recall. You are first come first serve here." I said, " well, someone should have at least called to let me know. I received and email from Brooks Ward confirming your work to be done." He said, " well, WE can't....not today." I said, " you sir have just wasted my time. The service guy literally just shrugged his shoulders and walked away from me!!!!!
We have 4 fords, all 2016 or newer. I would never bring any of them here, or to any Autonation for that matter. You just lost a customer.

It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color.
Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

I had my MKX serviced at Jerry Duncan Ford,and my appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. This was the BEST SERVICE, and the STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY. Jerry

Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.
