It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color.
Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

My wife and I had been searching on line for awhile for a newer pre-owned explorer, we found one online there at King Cotton, we called to insure the vehicle was available and request a test drive, this was not a problem we went in did it found another vehicle we liked and that didn't work out. The staff there treated us like family, they were laid back not pushy or arrogant like most. So we were able to find what we wanted there on the lot and within a very short amount of time drove home with the vehicle we wanted with ABSOLUTEY no hassle and a great 2016 Ford Explorer XLT. WORST SERVICE. Service Manager is arrogant and has a don't give a crap attitude. You have to call them to find out about your vehicle.. 4 truck batteries for the same vehicle in 3 years and despite having a FORD 3 year warranty, still had to pay for the batteries. This is not an isolated instance. We have tried them many times on various Ford vehicles we own(ed) over a 9 year period in the sheer hope of improvement.. Keeps getting worse. Please avoid this place and their service personnel.

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

We have bought 2 trucks from autonation. Our recent truck, we were told it came with a one time free maintenance. It would cover oil change, tire rotation, windshield wipers, etc. So I make an appointment a few months later for an oil change and tire rotation. I tell them upfront I'm there for my free service. They take 2 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change, then at the end tell me they don't have anything on file saying it's free. So I drove an hour for a 2 1/2 hour oil change and paid 3xs the price. The service advisor had me speak with the used car manager, who tells me he has nothing on file. Well that is there mess up, I wouldn't drive out of my way or come up with this "free service" if it hadn't been told to me.
So the used car manager tells me bc they don't have it in their records, I have to pay for it.
It was their error!
Instead of covering a $70 oil change to keep this customer, he would rather imply I'm a liar and not admit it was their mess up for not having it on file.
We won't be back to Autonation and will not recommend this place to anyone!

Sad to say 3 rd one suppose to be the charm ours has been the nightmare! Seems like the coustomer is just a joke to one specific man in bolivar. I can tell you we bought our 3rd and last one from you guys and recommended you to list of New Ford owners. I expect you to fix my expecdtion so that it holds the road instead it's like driving a piece of junk down the road. Saddest part is just serviced last week and everything was in Green which means great and today I need 2 tires but you recommend 4 plus front end alignment you are really going down hill.. I rely on this high dollar junk to get my wheel chair bound daughter to doctors. Believe me this is just the beginning Mr ???? hope you get paid by the hour commission going to be hard if you keep treating coustomers like crap.

I had my MKX serviced at Jerry Duncan Ford,and my appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

My daughters mustang was towed to this dealership and she was charged 4 hours labor on a job that FORD pays 1.5 hours on. Either the mechanic is an idiot or the manager is a thief. I called him on it and was given a line of crap. This is straight from All Data that all mechanics use. Save your money and drive to Murphreesboro where they more honest!!!!!!!!!!!
