Service Advisor was Barbara Myers. She totally understood my problem with my old F150 with 275,000 miles on it. Service dept fixed it in less time than expected. Truck now runs as good as it did when it was new. Brake job, wheel bearing assy, sway bar bushings and links. Koodos to the service dept. I will use them again when needed over a generic auto repair shop.

I would not recommend Boliver Ford to anyone for a vehicle purchase. I called 2 weeks to make a purchase on the 2012 Yukon Denali Brittany, Heather, & Grace lied like the vehicle was no longer in their inventory after it was markdown to 12,500. The truck was never removed from website was still available for purchase. I called several times was told the same lie, Not in inventory. I called general mgr. to see what was really going on he told me the truck was missing they could not find it , and he filed a police report. Truck listed today as Sold. I would have been better just to say another customer was buying the vehicle.

The service department at ETF in recent months has increased their pricing, replaced personnel and started pushing fuel additives. Additionally, you also have to pay an $7.00 extra with your oil change to obtain a Motorcraft brand oil filter. Won’t be returning here again and suggest other Ford owners look elsewhere.

I have dealt with Jerry Duncan Ford service several times and never felt appreciated or welcome. I have also had my oil changed their and when I got my car back my hood latch cable was broke. Now I never opened the hood so it wasn't me that broke it. But they want to charge me $175 to fix what they broke. My Focus also shutters all the time and they won't fix the warrentied transmission because they claim it is in spec. Will never use them again for anything. I will drive for miles to get service somewhere else.

Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!
