Tim is amazing. I come from a LONG LONG line of car dealership family members.. Dad is a GSM, uncles, close family friends, brother is a finance manager at a dealership.. pretty hard to get my attention, let alone impress me OR keep me as a customer.. Tim is honestly a stand up guy! I went to RB Mitsu 3 years ago to buy an outlander Sport, wasnt thrilled with my sales person but was without wheels due to my last vehicle getting totaled out on the side of the road by a drunk driver.. so i bout the sport.. 3 years later, the Outlanders bodystyle changed and it was an eye catcher, so at an appointment for service I met Tim.. he gave me his card and told me to let him know when i was ready! A few months later I took an employee to see him.. there was just something about this sales guy that really made me feel like he was the best person to help her out.. and sure enough, I was 1000% right.. 2 months later, I went back and saw Tim for my Outlander.. SOLD! I tell Tim all the time he had better not leave Mitsu.. I'll only buy mitsu's and I'll only buy from him! If you want a reliable car with all the features you could want at a price you'll never beat, go see him, you won't be let down!

Called and talked to sales that I wanted to by a truck they had listed on their website. The sales man told me the price was over two times the listed price. I asked to speak to a manager. Talked to the manager and he told me that those prices on their website sometimes are wrong and he would not sale me the truck for that price.
Buyer be ware. These guys are not truthful to get you to come into there lot.

Was watching T.V. and saw the commercial about Juncker Bonus. Always read rewiews, and after seeing how they treat people...someone else will get my money. In this day and age how could they not realize that rewiews are like money...or not. People go out of business these days because of reviews.

the worst experience on car repair, hands down. I bought a Mitsubishi evo x MR from Carmax and took it to them when I have the transmission issues. The car still under warranty and they won't honor it, according to the lady manager. I have to call corporate and report them before they fixed my car, two months after transmission won't work again took it to the same dealership it's a warranty repair but never got a loaner, I have to beg to ask for it but nothing was provided. Overall i have to rate the staff, the car, the brand as the poorest of poor . It's a shame that I used to admire mitsubishi a lot in the past. But there is always a reason why they are falling behind other brand. Will never get a Mitsubishi again.

I am updating my original negative review. I will say that I had a negative experience when I first went in to buy my vehicle but this was quickly corrected by the sales manager, Rollin Collins. Mr. Collins called me the next day and wanted to see what he could do for me to make up for the original experience. I agreed to go in and see what could be done. He was friendly and professional and we worked out a deal I felt rectified the situation. Thank you Mr. Collins for reaching out and personally helping me purchase my new car.

Call for an appointment. Jose Ramirez service advisor went out of his way to get me an appointment the day and time I wanted. I Later had to.change.my appointment talk to service Toni Hatten and again I was given the time and date I requested.When I came in I was greeted my service adviser Jose Ramirez who already new what I needed he then handed over my car to a mechanic for servicing .When to the service waiting lounge and in 30 minutes my car was back washed and detail ( complementary )
I was greeted on they way out by Jose Ramirez service advisor and Service manager Bob Jenkins who wanted to know who was my service experience . 2 days later got a messages from Service coordinator Toni Hatten to.thank me for coming in and ask if I.had any concerns! I spoke to the owner Gabby who guaranteed me that if i came down with my documentation and the advertsied $29 down payment as shown on tv that id drive off the lot. That they didnt care about bad credit bankruptcy or divorce that id still get a car. After i told her my credit was bad i made an appointment and wenr down there druving for an hour from 1960 and 45 only to get there and he (Harry) tell me she misrepresented herself and that i needed a large down payment or a cosigner and didnt qualify because of my credit.

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

My wife and her sister took here 2015 mirage in for an oil change . In which they were told everyone was at lunch which is fine .They told them to come back in 1 hour she did at 1:15 pm then they told here everyone is at lunch from 1-2 pm and come back after that.My question is whats tour problem and whos running the dept. I am a mechanic my self. Get your act together next time i buy a new car which is next year ill go to a Ford dealer not owned or associated with the PAYNE group.

I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same problem I experience 1 year prior (the check engine light popped on and the car would not turn on, the second time the check engine light came on and the car would turn but not start). Although my car was still within the mileage range for the warranty, I was told it would not be covered because there was something causing the part to go out. I was told my car was put on the machine and the code given meant I needed a new computer chip. I agreed to have this part replaced and Kevin and I agreed on a date for me to pick up my car. I spoke to Kevin several times over the span of 2 weeks and was told my car was being test driven and everything was good (just waiting for me to pick up). I picked up my car on a Saturday and everything seemed to be good. However, within 1 hr of leaving the dealership, the Check Engine light came on. I immediately contacted Kevin to advise him the light had came on and he instructed me to bring the car back, which I did. The following Monday I received a call from Kevin advising the Check Engine light was not coming on because of the problem I originally brought my car in for, but a new problem that would not cost an additional $1300 (after I had just paid $1000 (+), less than an hour prior). Needless to say he could not explain to me why this problem was not detected the first time my car was placed on the computer, the problem was not detected until after my car had been worked on, deemed to be repaired, paid for and driven off the lot. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be reporting this to the BBB.
