To be honest I gave Steve Glynn an absolute impossible task of finding a difficult vehicle to acquire (dealerships out 10-12 weeks). Ordering, receiving, and installing a laundry list of items that had most other dealerships saying "not a chance". In a time frame that made this ... almost impossible. Not only did he pull it off, he hit a homerun during the process. I purchased this vehicle sight unseen from 1200 miles away. It had EVERYTHING I had requested, it was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. Steve's communication throughout this process was second to none. It was by far the best experience I have ever encountered at any dealership I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. This is the way all dealerships should be run, but good luck to any competitors. They'll have their hands full trying to keep up with this guy and this dealership. Si i was at this dealership for a minimum of three hours. I really appreciate that they were able to get me in a car but the sales guy never mentioned a referral gift. So when I did, they want to tell me I won’t get the referral gift because I didn’t send them to correct sales guy. First of all I referred someone because I thought they were great. I did this out of my own thoughtfulness. It just so happened that the financier told my referee I would get $100 and now they want to say it’s not valid. The company just sold 2 $30,000 cars?! Seriously. I’m mad.

We tried to purchase with them on 12/31/20 and with their treatment and tactics we decided to go to another Hyundai dealership and HUB Hyundai lost our business. We had friends call when they said it was sold. Still there, it is a loaner car with miles so it can still be considered new since it was never titled... but never were told that information. What a scam! I have posted the exact car with the VIN so you can see what type of crooks they are!

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn’t have decent credit. They claim to be the #1 dealer who doesn’t say “no”. They get in there and run your credit. Then introduce to their buy here pay here program that they call fresh start with cars you don’t want. Sales people there are extremely young early 20’s and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!

No customer service after the sale! Learned now that Outlander transmissions are disposable (not repairable) and have KNOWN design flaws causing them to need replacement at 106,000 miles. Yes, just over the 100,000 mile warranty. Mission, where the car was purchased, took no accountability and their only interest was in trying to sell me another disposable car. I asked multiple times to talk to the GM, but was just passed to another salesman. Mitsubishi corporate has NO Customer Service Department, only a warranty department, that also was not willing to take any accountability for the flawed design or offer any Goodwill to partially contribute to the $8000 transmission replacement. If you buy a Mitsubishi, factor in to the price when comparing to other vehicles, a $8000 repair in 4 years. My first and last Mitsubishi purchase ever!!
Oil Leak Never Repaired Properly- Stripped Threads on Oil D - JB Moore
On August 15, 2019, Autonation Mitsubishi at 7200 Gulf Freeway replaced the oil in my 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor and ordered parts to repair a plugged AC evaporator that was spraying water on the passenger floor board. When the evaporator parts arrived, my car was there for 1 1/2 days, i.e., 8/21 & 8/22/19. A small oil leak was noticed after getting my car back. Brought my car to Autonation Mitsubishi again on 9/4/19. Replacing the oil drain plug with a larger plug was discussed because the existing drain plug was stripped, but, instead, the threads on the current plug were tapped and rethreaded. My car was returned to me after only a few minutes runtime. It's leaking more oil now than before!! Since Autonation Mitsubishi will shutdown this month, I'm concerned that they will not properly repair my car!! They don't deserve the 5 stars that I gave them several years ago when they actually cared about fixing my car!!

I am so frustrated with this dealership. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them and was told it was in good working order. About two weeks into owning it, the air conditioner went out and then the brakes failed on the curvy mountain road I live on. I could have been seriously injured or worse. I took the Jeep into a local dealer that takes the warranty I bought when I bought the car. They found $2000 worth of repairs that the Jeep needed in order to even run. The timing belt is shot, it burns oil and much more. Gene Messer insisted the warranty pay for it. The warranty won’t pay for it because it was pre existing conditions from Gene Messer dealer. I have put in countless calls to Gene Messer Volkswagen to get this dealt with and keep getting the run around. I want them to either just take the car back or make sure it is in good working order. I feel swindled and treated poorly by a company I researched and trusted. Beware of this company.

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!
