Great Service - Stonecoldsa07
Frank Retana was very helpful in getting me into my new car. He is very courteous and very knowledgeable. I will be sending friends to see him for their auto purchases. The rest of the employees that work there are very friendly and even though Frank was working with me they took the time to say hello and tell me a story or two. A+++++++++++++

Great experience purchasing a used Toyota Tundra - BIGTEX42
I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Tundra from Scott May at Heritage Mitsubishi. I had originally come in to look at a Ford, but after the demo, it was not exactly what I was looking for. However, they had just gotten the Tundra in trade, and it proved to be perfect for my needs. They gave me a very fair price, and actually let me use their computer to research the year, model, and price to confirm that it was a good deal. They had their mechanic go through the truck in detail, including looking for leaks, wear and tear, and checking the alignment, and they gave me an oil change and filled the tank at no extra charge. Scott introduced me to their service department, who have been very nice and FAST. I have driven the truck now for two hundred miles, city and highway; I've gone over it in detail myself; and I'm still pleased. I'm planning on using Heritage for my oil changes and service in the future. All in all, it was a great experience and I can recommend Heritage Mitsubishi without reservation.
Fun and easy to deal with. - Radams
Jerome Baker made it easy to say yes! I will send Jerome Baker all of my business and my friends too. I love my new Cadillac!
Go see Tim.. - Nikki M
Tim is amazing. I come from a LONG LONG line of car dealership family members.. Dad is a GSM, uncles, close family friends, brother is a finance manager at a dealership.. pretty hard to get my attention, let alone impress me OR keep me as a customer.. Tim is honestly a stand up guy! I went to RB Mitsu 3 years ago to buy an outlander Sport, wasnt thrilled with my sales person but was without wheels due to my last vehicle getting totaled out on the side of the road by a drunk driver.. so i bout the sport.. 3 years later, the Outlanders bodystyle changed and it was an eye catcher, so at an appointment for service I met Tim.. he gave me his card and told me to let him know when i was ready! A few months later I took an employee to see him.. there was just something about this sales guy that really made me feel like he was the best person to help her out.. and sure enough, I was 1000% right.. 2 months later, I went back and saw Tim for my Outlander.. SOLD! I tell Tim all the time he had better not leave Mitsu.. I'll only buy mitsu's and I'll only buy from him! If you want a reliable car with all the features you could want at a price you'll never beat, go see him, you won't be let down!
Dishonest dealership! - Amir J.
After 9 month, I found out the Jetta that I bought was wrecked!
They didn't disclosed that the car was damaged and has a painted hood, bumper and right fender.
Don't do business with this dealership.
They refuse to accept the responsibility.
Great Buying Experience - GES1006
I went into the dealership for a service to my old vehicle and left with a new Mirage. My sales person Vinny provided amazing customer and put me at ease during the buying process. He was down to earth, honest, and very professional. From sales, service and finance, I would highly recommend Gillman.

I'm referring to HUB MITSUBISHI KATY TX - Ben
the worst experience on car repair, hands down. I bought a Mitsubishi evo x MR from Carmax and took it to them when I have the transmission issues. The car still under warranty and they won't honor it, according to the lady manager. I have to call corporate and report them before they fixed my car, two months after transmission won't work again took it to the same dealership it's a warranty repair but never got a loaner, I have to beg to ask for it but nothing was provided. Overall i have to rate the staff, the car, the brand as the poorest of poor . It's a shame that I used to admire mitsubishi a lot in the past. But there is always a reason why they are falling behind other brand. Will never get a Mitsubishi again.
Management/Salesman mixed up vehicle being negotiated! - mgodwin
I called in about a used truck and was directed to a salesman. We started talking about the truck after I told him their stock number for that specific truck on their website. We started talking numbers for a little while then he referred me up to his manager. After talking with the manager for a minute we decided id bring my trade-in into the dealership in the next couple days because I am 1.5 hours away from them. After further dealing with them over the phone, we decided on good trade in and sale numbers for the truck and that id go ahead and make the hour and half drive to look over the deal and finalize numbers.
After arriving, I immediately noticed they had the wrong truck pulled up to the front. After letting the salesman know this, we drove over to their other lot to grab the truck that I had been talking with them about. When meeting with the manager again, they realized that it was their mistake but could not lower the price to where I believed we had negotiated to. I thought this was just terrible service because I had talked with the initial salesman about that specific stock number, whoever answered the phone getting ahold of the manager later, and the manager himself. I also had to submit a "Buy Now" for that specific truck on their website which tied my credit check to that trucks stock number.
After driving over and hour and half to buy this truck, then not being able to make a deal on what we had negotiated because of their mistake was extremely frustrating.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone do business with SouthWest Mitsubishi, they should have been more accommodating for such a big mistake considering the overall negotiated prices were not that far apart with me walking away because of $1000.
DROVE A CAR FOR 3 WEEKS TO BE TOLD NO - Tayloer
I financed a Lancer in 2015 with this company and just recently i tried to finance a new vehicle. I went into the dealership and told them my price range and let them run my credit and so forth that night they said it was a done deal for me to take my car and come back the next day to sign the paper work because the finance director wasnt there. i was reluctant to take the car because it wasnt officially mine yet but they insisted i take it and leave my Lancer behind. So flash forward THREE weeks later almost a month and i STILL dont have the car financed even after i called and called and asked to speak with people i even went down there several times and they gave me a new temporary plate to keep driving the car which was a white Outlander sport that when i left the car lot had 7 miles and when i returned the car it had nearly 800 miles. By the third time i went back to sign my paper work they finally admitted it had taken so long because they had fired their one and only Finance director and they basically wanted to start my deal all over and they hadnt even started the deal in the first place. It was poor quality bussiness they didnt know how to handle the situation and they repeatedly lied to me the customer on several occasions. Who ever goes and finances the white outlander sport with 757 miles it is not brand new i drove it for almost a month, had my pets in the car, smoked e cigs in the car, had my friends after going to a concert in the car. Im sure they will clean it and make it seem brand new but again i drove it for almost a month. The car sales man name was Gabe And the Finance guy was Matt. Stay away from this dealership.

False Advertising - yolasutton
I spoke to the owner Gabby who guaranteed me that if i came down with my documentation and the advertsied $29 down payment as shown on tv that id drive off the lot. That they didnt care about bad credit bankruptcy or divorce that id still get a car. After i told her my credit was bad i made an appointment and wenr down there druving for an hour from 1960 and 45 only to get there and he (Harry) tell me she misrepresented herself and that i needed a large down payment or a cosigner and didnt qualify because of my credit.
I was told that I was approved by the sales rep. - ILM1976
I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

Service centre - JP
I arrived late, my mistake but the service centre did not even try to accomodate me. I have explained that I am from a neighboring city, jut drove 60 miles and was delayed enroute. This was an hour before lunch and all they had to do was to perform an recall inspection to determain if they need to order parts. I jave also explained, when I made the appointment that my vehicle has the symptoms as described in one of te recalls. The specific recall is catagorized as a safelty recall and it is even tracked by Libirty Mutual. My thinking was that they could have ordered the parts for the one recall before the first vidit but apparently that goes beyond any logic. I can understand that ond could wait a while if you are late but the attitude of thr lady that received me was nit what Zi am used to at ang Mitshubishi setvice centre. This wasy first and last visit at this service centre. I left without getting the inspection done as I could not wsit from 10:15 till aftet lunch.

I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Blake and he has gone above and beyond what was expected for my services. They had my vehicles finished well before they said they would and he was a pleasure to work with. I will only take my vehicles to Blake from now on for any service after my experience there. I wish all of my employees had the professionalism and work ethic as Mr. Patterson!!. It is a rare find these days. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.
I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same... - fwalker
I recently took my car in to be serviced for the same problem I experience 1 year prior (the check engine light popped on and the car would not turn on, the second time the check engine light came on and the car would turn but not start). Although my car was still within the mileage range for the warranty, I was told it would not be covered because there was something causing the part to go out. I was told my car was put on the machine and the code given meant I needed a new computer chip. I agreed to have this part replaced and Kevin and I agreed on a date for me to pick up my car. I spoke to Kevin several times over the span of 2 weeks and was told my car was being test driven and everything was good (just waiting for me to pick up). I picked up my car on a Saturday and everything seemed to be good. However, within 1 hr of leaving the dealership, the Check Engine light came on. I immediately contacted Kevin to advise him the light had came on and he instructed me to bring the car back, which I did. The following Monday I received a call from Kevin advising the Check Engine light was not coming on because of the problem I originally brought my car in for, but a new problem that would not cost an additional $1300 (after I had just paid $1000 (+), less than an hour prior). Needless to say he could not explain to me why this problem was not detected the first time my car was placed on the computer, the problem was not detected until after my car had been worked on, deemed to be repaired, paid for and driven off the lot. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be reporting this to the BBB.
