Wow, what a difficult Dealer. I am trying to buy a 250k Vehicle. It is on their showroom, but they won't let me verify its running state with a test drive or starting it up. There are several Ferrari 488s in Dallas to choose from that are cooperative. No need to waste more time with these folks

Office pleasant, informative, easy to work with. Honest and up-front with procedure and they requirements. Diagnostic found known problems plus a couple not so obvious. Fixed all but found I needed plug wires that weren't on the estimate. Replaced the wires free of charge. Truck (a Ford) runs good as new. Fast turnaround, fair price, quality work. Highly recommend their service dept.

Buyer beware! I recently purchased a vehicle sight unseen, boy was this the wrong dealership to enter into a buyers agreement with sight unseen. For starters when the vehicle arived it had 1000 miles more than the odometer disclosure said, the overall condition was a lot rougher than was disclosed. I was promised a full multi point inspection, auto detail and full of fuel. Of course none of this was done.. The dipstick was rusted in the tube and hadn't been removed in some time. The oil hadn't been changed, floorboard was filthy and had 1/4 tank of gas. The finance manager would not make it right with me, hence the bad reveiw. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for years. I am financing two vehicles now. I wanted a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder and was able to get one October 2016. I have been back and forth to the service department five times since Memorial Day 2024. I cannot sit at a traffic light or a drive thru without vehicle running hot. The last time it was in service department was Aug. 16, 2024 and a week later it is back with a final diagnosis of needing a radiator fan at a cost of $725. When I got the vehicle it was supposed to be under three year warranty. With these service department trips, I have been told over and over that the warranty doesn't cover work this vehicle needs. I am feeling so messed over.

Just the other day my Honda Acord would not start, I called FairWay as soon as they opened explained my situation. Without hesitation I was told bring it in and will take care of it. my neighbor was able to jump-start it. When I arrived all their mechanics were working on other cars. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to get my car in within a short time. Their staff are fast and efficient, turned out to be the aulternater, they took care of this. Several weeks before this I went in for my regular service and the mechanic suggested the power steering be serviced as well. I was so glad he did. I could tell a big difference in how my car was handling as I drove down the road. They take care of your car as if it was their own. I will never take my car anywhere else. The staff treat everyone like family no matter how long they have know you. They are honest, respectable, and just down right good people. I refer FairWay Automotive to everyone. Upon receipt, I got it filled out and returned to him promptly. Called him to verify receipt and he let me know he did, in fact, receive the paperwork. Several days pass and Rob calls to let me know that while I do qualify for a refund, he had to send me a different form because they were in the middle of "changing the servicer" of their service contracts. Received new paperwork, go through the process again - fill it out, return within a couple of days, verify he received updated paperwork - yes, yes and yes. I received the GAP insurance refund from the loan provider within four weeks but nothing from the dealership for the service contract. It has now been 12 weeks, I've still gotten no refund and of course, Rob is no longer returning my calls. DO NOT SPEND YOUR VERY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! 0 of 10, would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I highly recommend Texas Carz when upgrading to a new vehicle. Emad was my sales person. He was kind, elegant and informative in a highly professional manner. This dealership is unlike any other in that they do not pressure you at all. When I came in to look at the car I was interested in Emad said you have to fall in love with the car. I never thought of it that way. He was right. Shopping for a car should be fun. I was taking it way too seriously. I had been looking and doing research to find just the right car for 2 and a half months which is a ridiculous amount of time but when I drove the Mercedes SLK 250 convertible I did fall in love with that car and that was about 3 weeks ago. The price I paid was well below market value. They take very good care of their cars and customer service is excellent. AJ helped me with the financing and spent a lot of time answering my questions. Anytime I call they are always right there to help. Next car I buy when it's time to upgrade to a newer vehicle I will be contacting Emad and AJ. It's a family run business and you can tell. They are all so nice and helpful.

Warning THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT - BAD BAD BAD

I purchased a Truck from Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales in Tomball in May 4, 2019 and traded my old one in. They are to payoff my trade in. It is now July 2nd, 2019. The bank that I had my loan with on the truck I traded in has been calling me for payments (3 months worth). This dealer will not return calls and all they do is give you a run around. The bank that I had my loan with (trade in truck) has filed theft charges on me and now they are reposing the truck. This doesn't hurt Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sale credit it hurts mine. The lending bank that holds the note on the truck that has been traded in has also contacted Fincher's and they also give them the run around and will not return calls. I have talked to the sales person that I purchased truck from she gives run around (Maria Malave). The Finance Manager also gives run around and his name is Jerry Cantu. The Sales Manager will not return calls what so every and his name is Tommy Elhaimer. Update: I have to hire a lawyer now because of these people (Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales) They need to change their name to FINCHER"S TEXAS WORST AUTO & SALES!!!!!!!

He paid attention to detail took that over to the financing officer, and he did a wonderful job of crunching the numbers and getting with me on the warranty and letting me know everything on the contract we went over everything. Made sure all my signatures were there made sure the banks were satisfied And, ultimately made my Christmas thank you fellas!

Being out of state, I had to rely on their photos and video that they sent me as well and it was every bit of what I expected. Car made the 10 hour journey home with 0 issues and all staff were friendly and professional.
