I bought a car from them in July, in 3 weeks we had an issue with car. I took it to the Tremonton and Brigham dealerships. 5 trips total, with several of those days having them hold my car overnight so they could “figure it out”. Multiple time we took them for drives, they would hear and feel that something was wrong. Every time they would call us back and say we fixed it. They didn’t and No one could tell me what was wrong with a car I had just bought and is still under warranty. I took it to Layton hills dodge and they fix my car in 4 hours. Drives great with no problems now. The sales team is great they made buying a car easy and fair but not so sure about the techs.

On January 23, 2019, I accompanied my husband to the Wade Chevrolet Service Department for an oil change in his new 2019 Corvette. I walked thru the car lot and fell madly in love with Arctic white 2019 Grand Sport Vette. The sales manager, Blair, stopped what he was doing and immediately answered my questions and directed me to Elizabeth Reed in the sales department. The car info and FOB were quickly retrieved and my dream car became mine in a matter of moments. The vehicle was prepped and delivered by the next afternoon. The total process from purchase to delivery happened in less than 24 hours. You can't beat that for instant gratification. Plus, the Corvette was impeccable on delivery. I have been to this dealer many times for service. I never had a reason to complain. Now, I will never return for neither service nor a purchase. First my daughter took her car in for “The Works” service. But instead of changing the oil, they added new oil, never draining the old. They didn’t top off the vehicle’s fluids. She ended up with several hundred dollars of repairs as a result. The customer “care” she got after being transferred from on “manager” to another was a free oil change offer. Obviously that was never used.
Then I had my son drop off my car for “The Works” with a coupon. When he came home and handed me the receipt, they not only didn’t honor the coupon, they also charged me for the individual services the were to be included in the “The Works.” I was treated like I was a liar, even after showing the receipt. Grudgingly, they gave me credit for my next service. Obviously, that credit remains unused.
The final straw that broke the camels back was taking a new to us car in for “The Works” again. This time all seemed well, until I was riding home with my son in the car. I asked him to turn the AC on to cool us down. “It already is on,” he told me. The next day we took it back in and asked about this. If I thought I was poorly treated for a simple overcharge, this took customer mistreatment to new levels. Finally, with no resolution or even an attempt to find an equitable solution, I left. Another mechanic found the problem, one of the AC hoses had been cut partway through in two places with a sharp instrument. No road hazard could make such clean cuts.
I will never use their shop again. I will never buy a vehicle from them. I will never recommend them again; in fact I will recommend against them when asked. I’m not sure what happened up there. I have been a long time customer, but unfortunately my last experiences with them indicates that they have lost their focus on the customer and are seeking some other goal.
Good experience but poor new car delivery - Sscaggs
Finding a new vehicle was a good experience. But when we took delivery of our new vehicle, the car was poorly cleaned. I expect a higher level of service when purchasing a new vehicle. Whoever is responsible for cleaning and detailing new vehicles needs to be trained properly on how to deliver a new vehicle purchase.

I bought a 2005 Subaru impreza from Jerry seiner in sl on 4 4 2018 they falsified what it truelly was come to find out the car had a different motor in it the mileage the claimed had 90,000 but never told me that the computer in it came from a 2005 wagon the motor is a 2.5 I stead of a 2.0 I bought it used but they falsified a vehical on line adds as well in documents I bought it under good faith of them to be sold a hunk of junk in the end . And when they told me they would help me to fix and switch out the car they wanted to trade in the. Car with leaving me to owe on the car and make money off of me by trying to sell me another car after they gave me and my dad 12 hard enquiries each I do not recommend any Jerry seiner for referral cause they are not out to help people only to make money and it's sad I have all the paperwork on this as well as there vehical posts they advertised in which the vehical isn't Jerry seiner attorney this is my opinion and facts I have documents to prove this so please dont threaten me again with legal action crap to remove the posts my number is posted if anyone would like to contact me who reads this my name is Michael taren they still sold me.the car at book value 10500 top dollar that they could get for a freinkenstien of a car I found out through the huge struggle with this car to come to fi d out the bank notified me after some deep digging that the car has a branded title yes a branded title in which it means salvaged but its confidential due to when a vehical comes from another state and a new title is issued in a differ t state the title is clean in which this is legal and that's a fact from the motor vehical enforcement division in Utah that inspected my car it's pretty sad the dealer will sell you a car like that at top dollar and keep it hidden from you just so they can get money in there pocket I wonder how many people bought a car like this from Jerry seiner ? My suggestion all your bank and ask them the full history of your car where it came from and the previos title history that's how I found mine out .

Went in to get a basic 15,000 check up oil change tire rotation. I had one tire that kept loosing air and asked them to pay special attention to rotation etc.
When I got my car back there was grease all over the stealing wheel and inside of door. So I checked the tire pressures and saw that they didn’t adjust tire pressures and didn't rotate my tires. I’ve been going there for 15 years the service department Used to be good not any more. I was there over 2 hours. Very bad experience I just left and will go elsewhere to

My Cadillac was having mechanical issues during our stay in Bear Lake. We scheduled a service appointment before heading back home. From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with respect and concern about our situation. I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired.
