I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired. When is the last time you had a good car buying experience? If you are like me it has been awhile. That all change with my recent purchase from Tony Basso Gm. I was searching nationwide for a particular make and model of car. I found one on line at Tony Basso Gm in Price, Utah. I worked with Nick Ori. No high pressure sales. Just plain straight forward information and negotiation. I came away with a car I was looking for and a great buying experience from all the staff at Tony Basso. They even picked me up at the airport. Did I mention I came all the way from Southern California? The trip was well worth it. There is still a place to get small town honest service. Poor Service - Disappointed buyer
I recently purchased a new Malibu and the sales department was great!! There were some paint issues and when I took the car in I was treated poorly. The car was taken in a few times and at one point they had my car for 2 weeks and the paint issues still were not fixed. Two different times when I went to pick up my car there were other marks and scratches from their service department. I couldn't believe that my experience with Performance could go from amazing to poor within a few weeks. At one point I was accused of doing something to it myself. It got to the point that I didn't trust anything the service department told me. When I called to talk to the service manager he was rude and hung up on me. The service department is horrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Love my car, hate where I bought it.

More than 500 miles from home, we realized we badly needed an oil change. Two dealerships in Pocatello, ID were unable to accommodate us, but the John Watson Chevrolet dealership in Ogden, Utah said that if we could arrive by 4 p.m., they would work us in. Arriving with four minutes to spare, we were provided peace of mind with not only the oil change but also a tire rotation. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the services were free of charge, thanks to Chevrolet's policy on servicing new vehicles, effective at all dealerships apparently. Customer service at John Watson Chevrolet was outstanding from start to finish. We highly recommend this dealership.
