My Cadillac was having mechanical issues during our stay in Bear Lake. We scheduled a service appointment before heading back home. From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with respect and concern about our situation. I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired. My vehicle was close to what was described online. I had to ask for some money off because of the big dent (large enough to make the blind spot monitors not work) that was not shown in the pics, and nobody seemed to know about until I pointed it out. Sales women Elizabeth was very nice, but was the middle women to Blair the manager who was fine, just always seemed to be in a hurry. When I brought the truck back the next day b/c I found more dents in the roof, they did pull them for "free", but I'm glad I saw them before I left town. Blair said if I pull these dents out for you I need to know that will be it, and I won't bring the truck back for anything else. My replay was asking Blair to put hiself in my shoes, or if his son was in my shoes, what he would do.... never really got an answer on that one..... He kept saying he's loosing money, but really they're just not making as much money on me.
I will say when I first called about the vehicle it had already been sent to auction, and they did go get it for me. So that was nice of them. I mean not all bad, but that was my first and last time to buy from a dealer.

I had multiple conversations with 2 members of the service department about a specific issue I had with my Chevrolet Truck. In those conversations, it was displayed to me that there was a very good level of understand what the issue was. The Service Department Manager gave me his advice, in which I followed. I had even told him that a third party had given me a couple more tips to fix my issue. And even those were understood. So I agreed to place my truck in the hands of this person. After spending a heavy penny, and only waiting a few short days for the service, I drove my truck away. Only for it to break down with the same issue I had originally needed fixed in the middle of the highway at 4 o'clock in the morning. I had hopes that because it was less then 24 hours since it was released to me, that the people at Performance could help yet again. They did not. Reviewing the receipt, I found that nothing that the Service Department Manager and I had talked about prior was even performed. Save a diagnostic test. I was told that what was talked about in the phone calls was (1) not written down, or discussed with anyone else in the Service Department, (2) pertaining to the fix, it was "my words against his" (Service Department Manager & Tech). I asked for a very specific operation done to the vehicle. The manager stated that it could be done, and would be done. Nothing that I asked for was performed or even considered. There is a huge gap in the communication between the management and staff of Performance. So huge that it cost me my truck. I will never go or advise anyone to go to this place for anything next to a oil change.

Anytime I’ve needed repairs or just routine maintenance for my car, I’ve gone to Fast Track Service Center. The facility is clean, the waiting room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I am continually impressed by the excellent customer service I receive from everyone. They are always so great at keeping me informed on the repairs, timeframe and approximate cost before any work is done. They call me as soon as diagnostics are complete and help with any questions or concerns. I never feel pressured or forced into work. Very trusting and thorough. I highly recommended!

I had never done business with Riverton Chevrolet before this purchase. I went into their dealership expecting them to be like any other dealership I've dealt with and I've purchased over 60 vehicles to date. No matter who I spoke to they were very nice and easy to deal with. The salesman I dealt with mostly was Mike Jensen and he was an awesome guy. Most sales people I have spoke with over the years didn't really know a whole lot about the vehicle they were trying to sell, but Mr Jensen answered all my questions without hesitation. The man knows what he's doing. Another salesman that I dealt with was the floor manager Kayden (Sorry I didn't get a last name) While I was waiting for my regular salesman, Kayden spent the time to answer even more questions about the vehicle and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about too. He must have spent 40 minutes talking with me, and not once did I feel rushed. I'm very mechanically inclined and know a lot about vehicles so I can generally spot someone that doesn't know what they are talking about. It was obvious that Riverton Chevrolet educates their sales people which I feel is very Important in selling automobiles. The business manager (Don Stewart) that did my financing was none like I had ever met. He made me feel like I was part of the family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, low pressure, forthright about the vehicles and what he could and could not promise in the way of pricing the vehicles. He has been very helpful and friendly with any concerns I have had after the sale.
