Nice, clean dealership & very helpful. I’ve bought cars there before & that’s why I went back. They’re a Chevy dealer & I bought a used Nissan that they just happened to have so I think I probably had more knowledge about the features just from my own research, but my salesman Robert did a great job & was very friendly & accommodating.
The finance process took a little longer than usual & when i finally went in to sign the papers the finance guy had it all calculated that I had already chosen the extra aftermarket warranty even though nobody had talked to me about it. It seemed he was almost trying to hide that in my monthly payment. I then had to ask him specific questions all about the warranty (even though I pretty much knew everything about them - this isn’t my first car purchase by a long shot), & when I told him I didn’t want the extra warranty he seemed put off & then just tried to get me out of there as quickly as possible.
The delivery process was quick and easy and they had done a few minor changes to the car that I had requested before the purchase. All in all it was a great experience.

My Cadillac was having mechanical issues during our stay in Bear Lake. We scheduled a service appointment before heading back home. From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with respect and concern about our situation. I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired. The salesman didn't feel like a salesman trying to convince my wife and I to buy a new truck. He gave us all the space and privacy my wife needed to talk it over and decide for ourselves. It was a great experience, got a couple t-shirts and a hat, he helped us through setting up the vehicle on star and showed how to use the new features. They gave a good trade-in value for our car and basically made the whole experience hassle free.

Absolutely No Cmmunication - larz_talor
I had multiple conversations with 2 members of the service department about a specific issue I had with my Chevrolet Truck. In those conversations, it was displayed to me that there was a very good level of understand what the issue was. The Service Department Manager gave me his advice, in which I followed. I had even told him that a third party had given me a couple more tips to fix my issue. And even those were understood. So I agreed to place my truck in the hands of this person. After spending a heavy penny, and only waiting a few short days for the service, I drove my truck away. Only for it to break down with the same issue I had originally needed fixed in the middle of the highway at 4 o'clock in the morning. I had hopes that because it was less then 24 hours since it was released to me, that the people at Performance could help yet again. They did not. Reviewing the receipt, I found that nothing that the Service Department Manager and I had talked about prior was even performed. Save a diagnostic test. I was told that what was talked about in the phone calls was (1) not written down, or discussed with anyone else in the Service Department, (2) pertaining to the fix, it was "my words against his" (Service Department Manager & Tech). I asked for a very specific operation done to the vehicle. The manager stated that it could be done, and would be done. Nothing that I asked for was performed or even considered. There is a huge gap in the communication between the management and staff of Performance. So huge that it cost me my truck. I will never go or advise anyone to go to this place for anything next to a oil change.

I had never done business with Riverton Chevrolet before this purchase. I went into their dealership expecting them to be like any other dealership I've dealt with and I've purchased over 60 vehicles to date. No matter who I spoke to they were very nice and easy to deal with. The salesman I dealt with mostly was Mike Jensen and he was an awesome guy. Most sales people I have spoke with over the years didn't really know a whole lot about the vehicle they were trying to sell, but Mr Jensen answered all my questions without hesitation. The man knows what he's doing. Another salesman that I dealt with was the floor manager Kayden (Sorry I didn't get a last name) While I was waiting for my regular salesman, Kayden spent the time to answer even more questions about the vehicle and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about too. He must have spent 40 minutes talking with me, and not once did I feel rushed. I'm very mechanically inclined and know a lot about vehicles so I can generally spot someone that doesn't know what they are talking about. It was obvious that Riverton Chevrolet educates their sales people which I feel is very Important in selling automobiles. The business manager (Don Stewart) that did my financing was none like I had ever met. He made me feel like I was part of the family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

These guys were great. Unlike another dealership we had visited, the guys at Jerry Seiner Kia (right next door to the Chevy/Cadillac dealership) treated us with respect, answered our questions honestly, gave us real numbers, and offered great customer service.
We did have to wait around for a little while to meet with the finance manager (not sure what the hold up was), but how we were treated made the wait a minor inconvenience instead of a major ordeal. Everybody from our salesperson (thanks Romer), to the finance manager, to the service help, were fantastic to work with.
In the end: we got the Kia Sorento we wanted, with the options we wanted, in the color we wanted, at a reasonable price. And the best part: was not feeling like we had been violated at the end of it all.

I thought there was no way that I would find what I wanted for how much I could afford and actually get qualified! They worked their butts off for me!!
