It was a tough deal, but Gabe did everything he could to make it happen, with great support from Victor. Even though it started off a bit rocky, both of these gentlemen stayed committed and made my father-in-law’s dream of owning his first new vehicle come true. I have dealt with a lot of auto dealerships over the last 50 years and yesterday we purchased a new Jeep Gladiator from Matthew at Doug Smith Jeep in Spanish Fork, UT. I cannot say enough positive things about working with them. They were up front and honest from start to finish, their deep discounted advertised price did not require any pre-qualification/s and no games at all. I would also give them an A+ on trade-in value. Since Covid finding dealers like this is almost impossible anymore.

We had a horrible experience with Riverton Chevrolet. A complete lack of integrity. We had negotiated a deal and confirmed with the sales manager and sales person to come in to get the vehicle, only for them to sell it to someone else. As if that weren't shady enough, they lied to us about when it sold, so when I drove around back, the vehicle was sitting in the service bay. Shady sales people, dishonest sales manager, and an ethically bankrupt place to purchase a vehicle. Go literally anywhere else.

I had some service done today , I didn't have an appointment yet they worked me in. Immediatley I was greeted by Ronnie when I got out of my truck. He was so helpful. He was very respectful and kind. He walked me through what was going to be done. After it was done, he walked me to my truck checked the work that was preformed. Headlight, Everyone there was so nice. I was given a cold drink and a bad of popcorn. Too cool....

I attempted to buy a full size pickup after telling me the price at 42,000 they then said 52,000 with a 941.00 monthly payment. I had 7,000 down and they never even ran my credit which is decent. Once I declined they then tried to down sale me into a Colorado when I told them I already have a Colorado. This place completely insulted my intelligence and I would never buy a car here or recommend them. They are desperate to rip people off.

I’m a disabled veteran and longtime Chevrolet customer. Two weeks ago, my 2022 Silverado Trail Boss (6.2L, 56,000 miles) blew its engine while towing - on the freeway, in summer heat. The truck is under the 5-year/60k powertrain warranty, and the failure wasn’t from abuse or neglect. It simply failed. I had it towed to @DougSmithChevy in Spanish Fork, expecting service and support. Instead, I got: ❌ No loaner vehicle ❌ No rental assistance ❌ No timeline on repair ❌ A lowball trade offer before I’d even gotten an estimate I was stranded - with a trailer - and not one person at the dealership offered meaningful help. GM’s own warranty mentions “Courtesy Transportation,” but apparently that doesn’t apply when a disabled veteran actually needs it. As of now, I’m paying out-of-pocket for a rental while waiting on GM to find a new engine. No ETA. No accountability. Just corporate silence and dealership indifference. @Chevrolet @DougSmithChevy - this is your moment to fix it. Back your product. Back your warranty. Back your word. This dealership had a vehicle listed that has restrictions but there are no restrictions listed on the KSL posting. After back and forth discussion with the dealership they have been incredibly rude and they need to change their description that they will ONLY sell to local people. If they are only going to sell to local people then why are they posting a listing that can be seen by out-of-state customers. The listing is very deceiving and working with the dealership is even more of a challenge. Save you time and money.
