So i purchased a car from aldermans toyota and it had a recall issue with battery junction box took three months to get it in and the day it was due to be worked on kepted it all day just to return it with nothing done supposedly not right parts so when they did do the work I have had nothing but electrical issues from low beems not working to leaving us stranded with it not starting four to five times last time was april 7 2021 and on Saturday the 16th of april 2021 same exact issue but this time they refuse to fix it so now I have to cancel my shoulder replacement surgery and my 69 year old roommate has to Walk to work and I to start a Court case xxxx poor dealer and workmanship booooo

A great experience at Bokan. The Salesperson Jack Hungerford is great to deal with. And the Service Department is excellent. I always do a wait and they are very quick with oil changes and keep you informed. Andrew is great at the Service Desk. No complaints about anything.

Long story on a title problem. Took 3 months to get car registered. Plus sunroof in vehicle was cracked. Was discussed with salesman who no longer works there. Took them to court. And for some reason there signed paperwork doesn’t match what I received. I wouldn’t buy or trust this dealership

If you didn't buy your FORD at GStone, the Service department will tell you to take it to where you bought it. REALLY! Thats what I was told by the lady at the service counter for warranty work! WOW! Avoid this place. Nothing more than an Express Oil Change place.

Probably the single worst place to have your car serviced in the upper valley. The only recommendations from the mechanics/technicians seem to be to replace, never fix, bad parts. And I get the sense that they replace parts that don’t need to be replaced. But what is more frustrating is dealing with the go-between service desk folks. They take these recommendations from the mechanics and simply cannot explain WHY something needs to be done. When the initial job fails to correct the problem, the recommendations are always to replace more parts. I have asked them point blank, will this fix my problem - the central issue I brought my car in for - and have had a response of “no” and “I’m not sure.” There is ZERO accountability for the work that they do. Do yourself a favor, go to the Sunaco garage down the road, or if you have to have a Ford mechanic take a look at it, take it to Flanders and Patch instead.

Ted Green Ford, specifically Ray in service, helped us out in a real jam. The clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza was failing to engage and stopped very near to Ted Green Ford..... Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. Ray was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the car. The car was fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price.
