After dropping off my car it sat for more than two weeks before any work was begun. First, the technician was away on personal matters, then there was difficulty contacting the GM warranty department, followed by a lack of availability of parts, and finally, after the parts arrived, a potential delay caused by a perceived problem with the lift to raise the car to be able to remove the front wheels. Once it was identified that my vehicle has "pucks" installed in the frame rails the work was accomplished in warp speed time (less than four hours). Jose kept me apprised periodically and did well considering that most delays were out of his control, except the lift issue. I'm satisfied with the outcome and the quality of the work, but am disappointed by the delays caused by the lack of technician availability and of the length of time to order parts.

I brought my Chevy Bolt in for service and picked (tire rotation and general maintenance. I started on my way home and a check car light came on. I called and they squeezed in a quick check the same day. Diagnostic said the AC was failing. They couldn’t service until after the weekend, but were able to get the job done a few days later. All good as new. The work was under warranty so no charge and they came and picked me up from my home!

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!

Wow!!! Super impressed with the service provided by Tammy Fifer & crew! I had repairs needed to my (almost) 20 year old Volvo XC70 wagon and it turned out to be a big challenge to get the needed part. Tammy followed though on everything and kept me informed on the progress, and I even got a good break on the charge for the rental car I was using while waiting for everything to come together. I'm hooked on Country for all my future vehicle service. Kudos for the great work! Mareena L'Anra 1/30/25

They appear as consistently understaffed. 30 minutes to drop a vehicle off an hour to pick a vehicle up not sure if this is people or process but vehicles been in 5+- times between May 24 & Feb 25 and have been helped by someone different every time. The last time vehicle was in for engine light (same light it had been in for 3 times before) and 45k service, charged $1250+ for service… 2 air filters, tranny fluid, and ‘inspection’ Had to put a gallon of washer fluid in 3 days after picking the vehicle up but I was assured the service was done properly… Called to confirm that it is indeed their process to check and fill fluid. Service centers at dealerships are the worst but Gilchrist puts forth extra effort to make the process just a little more painful. Appears to me that they cater to fleet vehicles which may drive their response time. It took them 5 days to perform service and replace coolant valve. I assume they had to ship a part but was overly frustrated to the point I no longer cared to ask.

I recently was in and had my car serviced (normal 30k check) and Scott came back to check on my service experience and asked how I liked my car. I always receive personal hand written cards in the mail around the holidays and phone calls to follow up on my service.
