After dropping off my car it sat for more than two weeks before any work was begun. First, the technician was away on personal matters, then there was difficulty contacting the GM warranty department, followed by a lack of availability of parts, and finally, after the parts arrived, a potential delay caused by a perceived problem with the lift to raise the car to be able to remove the front wheels. Once it was identified that my vehicle has "pucks" installed in the frame rails the work was accomplished in warp speed time (less than four hours). Jose kept me apprised periodically and did well considering that most delays were out of his control, except the lift issue.
I'm satisfied with the outcome and the quality of the work, but am disappointed by the delays caused by the lack of technician availability and of the length of time to order parts.
