This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!

This was my first experience with your dealership and my first experience with GM. I recently purchased a used 2024 Buick Envision. I was given seven days to decide if I wanted to keep the vehicle or return it. It was a former rental car. So, I felt it was important to get it inspected at a GM dealership. I tried to make an appointment online and TJ called me to discuss my appointment needs. TJ explained that he didn’t have an appointment until way after my window of opportunity. I explained the tight timeframe to get the vehicle inspected and he made it happen. I appreciate TJ and your service department for your dedication to customer service. This was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership ever. You have completely won my business going forward. Thank you so much! I look forward to working with your dealership in the future.

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide - Jess

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.
