We had the pleasure to work with Kevin on the sales team Who worked diligently even stayed four hours after his shift to make sure that we got the deal done same day and gave us top-tier service. He was surrounded by a fantastic team, a finance manager Luis, who is very professional, patient & adamant to get us the best deal as well as a very involved and experienced used car manager, both working an hour past close to help. My wite was given the best treatment, demonstrated all the features and truly given nothing but sincere willingness to help and full attention with a no pressure approach. I will go out of my way to recommend this team and dealership and certainly we'll be back in the future!

I’ve been a customer of House Chevrolet for a long time, and this last visit really showed why I keep coming back. I bought a used 2018 Silverado AS-IS NO WARRANTY, so when a check-engine light came on about four weeks later and started flashing, I figured I was in trouble. I had no appointment, but I pulled up to the service door and they let me right in and took over. Honestly, I thought I was on my own. They didn’t owe me a thing. But that’s not how they operate. Their service department got the truck in quick, found the issue, fixed it, and covered the cost. No hassle, no excuses, no pointing at paperwork. As a tool maker/machinist by trade, I work with precision and straight answers every day, and I know real integrity when I see it. These folks have it. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly stands behind what they sell. House Chevrolet did, and they earned even more respect from me because of it. Honestly, other GM dealers and especially some of the Ford and Dodge stores out there could take a real lesson from the way this team treats people. I’m sticking with them, and I highly recommend their sales & service department.

Stay far away from them. We bought a beautiful low mileage truck with dash lights that they told us was a sensor issue. When we got it checked out, they were shocked we could even drive it the 2 hours home. The struts were cracked, the whole drivetrain was barely even on, and we've spent more on repairs than we paid for it. It's still having issues and we have gotten into serious debt because of this purchase. Don't waste your money here!

We bought a vehicle at a different dealership. The salesperson at Paynesville Cheverolet Buick, Bailey, was extremely helpful. Their sale of the vehicle we were looking at fell through and Bailey had kept our information and reached out to see if we were still interested.
