I had a very disappointing experience with Bergey’s Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting. I was actively intending to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model X (VIN: 7SAXCBE56NF336270, Stock #: ECN3659A) and was told for weeks that the vehicle was delayed due to a “software update” and that timing would not be an issue. Based on those representations, I obtained a certified check, sold my vehicle, arranged transportation, and drove over five hours round trip to complete the purchase. Upon arrival, the vehicle immediately displayed an active air suspension fault. I was then informed that the car had actually undergone strut and suspension arm replacements, not just a software update, and that the issue remained unresolved. The vehicle also produced a rattle when coming off throttle. I was ultimately told the vehicle was deemed unsafe and could not be sold, which made the entire trip unnecessary. Additional undisclosed issues included a tear in the driver seat, non-functioning powered third-row seats, and a missing trunk cargo cover. These issues were not disclosed prior to my arrival, nor was I informed that the vehicle might be unsafe or not eligible for sale. I dealt directly with the salesperson Joe LaPenta and the Pre-Owned Manager Christopher P. DeNight. This experience resulted in significant wasted time, travel expense, and disruption — especially frustrating given that I sold my vehicle and am expecting a baby soon. Transparency and communication were extremely poor. I would not recommend traveling to this dealership based on my experience.

On 8/29/25 I purchased a used 2019 Chevy Equinox and part of the deal was for them to install a front licence plate bracket as Im in NJ and a Plate is required. Two weeks later they did not contact me so I tryed to contact my salesman and he did not respond to me.Then I contacted the General manager who the had the salesman call me. He then transferred me to the at home service dept which I agreed to an appointment on10/17/25. My took a Vacation day so the car would be here.4 hours before the appointment time they called and cancelled because of a Riveter was not on the truck and they could not do the job.All they had to do in my opinion was to locate the service truck and send someone with the reviter to the truck. They advertise-EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, to me thats FALSE.They did not even offer an appointment change,they just said that I had to come to the dealership instead.Im 76 years old and im not supposed to drive much and the dealership is at least 30 minutes away. Ive bought 55 cars in my 76 years and this dealership ranks one of the worst with me. I will probably just take a chance with not getting stopped by the police because of no plate on the front and no NJ inspection sticker. I give good reviews whenever possible , sorry that this one is not good.

Lesson we learned the hard way frI'm GERRY-RAYMOND in Brookville Pa... Mid-January we purchased a new 2025 1500 Ram from Gerry-Raymond in Brookville PA. We had the truck for about a week, less than 250 miles and a fuel injector failed. Gerry-Raymond had the truck until mid February to replace the injector and spray a bed liner (paid for at time of purchase). The GM said "let us show you what kind of dealership we are". The truck was returned, we had the truck for about a week and the check engine light came on (a Saturday). Called GR GM, promised Monday pick up, called Tuesday to remind them to pick it up... They picked up the truck Tuesday, took a week to identify the problem (oil pump would not go to low pressure mode). Replacement part is obsolete in the Ram system. April 1st GR took back the loaner vehicle and the GM would not take our calls, threaten to come with State Police if we didn't give up the loaner. It's currently April 14, no loaner, no truck, no call, no repair.... We bought new to not have these problems... BUYER BEWARE, AVOID GERRY-RAYMOND IN BROOKVILLE PA, and Ram launches new platforms with obsolete parts... Truck is less than 500 mikes, RAM customer service will not do an exchange... After the sale they WILL forget who you are.... May 19, finally heard from the dealer, repairs just completed after 76 days, during the verbal exchange, John Whiley the GM, attacks the wife for the review they earned and then hung up on me.... Avoid this dealership at all costs...

Extremely disappointing experience — rude and unprofessional management. I came to Lehighton Kia to help a family member who was seriously considering a lease, and while our salesperson Sam was courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, the experience was completely ruined by the behavior of the sales manager, Billy. He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — speaking to us in a condescending and disrespectful tone that made it clear he had no interest in earning our business. Despite Sam’s best efforts, we ultimately walked out because of Billy’s behavior. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice. Respect and professionalism should be the baseline — not the exception.

Sebastian is the best salesman. No pressure, going over the complete vehicle every option. Listening to us to ensure our needs are satisfied. My last vehicle also purchased at star GMC. I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few days ago and traded in a 2021 Ram 1500. While I was in with the finance manager the dealership took pictures of my trade without my knowledge. Yesterday morning I looked on their website to see if they had my trade on their website and found that it was, with unobstructed pictures of my license plates. I immediately reached out to the dealership and was informed that they would take them off but it could take up to 24-hours. Today is Saturday at 4:30pm and the dealership is now closed for the day. It has been 2 full days since I notified them and the pictures are still on their website. Since they are closed on Sunday’s it will be several more days before they come off. I point this out because this is irresponsible, unethical and a violation of my privacy. Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2947 Rte 940, Mount Pocono, PA 18344, does not protect their customers privacy.

I asked to leave and they had my keys in the office every single time I tried to leave I couldn't leave i asked for them so many times I couldn't believe it! I will never be back keep your crappy free oil change. Is it really that hard to sell a Kia? I've never felt more taken advantage of and worried then this dealership. Please for the love of God throw their paper away when you get it they ruined 5 hours of my day not letting me leave. I got out of their without a crappy Kia you can to. RUNN!!!!
