We had the best experience we have EVER had purchasing our GMC Elevation Truck at Pierre! Katie was our salesperson and she was amazing! We honestly have never had anyone be so thorough and willing to walk us through all of the features of an electric truck! She was so informative and helpful, not pushy and very gracious. The finance manager, store manager, detailers, etc. were all top notch and again the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We HIGHLY recommend the team at Pierre!

Work took 2 days when 6 hrs should have been plenty. Apt was at 830, when I left at 945 my vehicle was setting out side.. told vehicle would be ready by 3-4pm that day. I was called and informed not going to be ready. I was assured it would be ready by noon the next day. It was 2pm when I finally got it. Part of my work was under the "warranty forever" and was taken care of. When I was told of repair needs, I was told that in the past both issues I had were covered under warranty. I was informed when I came in for repair only part was covered.(was I lied to or major change in warranty service). The paid for service was reduced by about $100, I appreciate that. I will continue to have my service done here.

This was the 3rd new automobile that i have purchased and the 6th that family members or I have purchased since 2003. I have always enjoyed the salespeople at this business. The latest transaction was made very comfortable by the salesperson that we worked with. Mr. Hugo Diaz was very, very friendly while remaining professional. I will recommend to friends and family to ask for Hugo if they are in the market for a car.

Our 2016 Sonata's engine failed and it was covered under a recall. The engine was replaced, no questions asked. When we went to buy a new Sonata this year, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Every time I've brought a car in for a recall or service, I've never felt pressured to have an unnecessary service. Sometimes the service takes longer than anticipated, but I've always been advised in a timely manner and once they even gave me an uber to go shopping.

Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything. In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed. This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!

The lowest price is listed right on the website — no negotiating, no 'let me check with my manager,' no wondering if someone else got a better deal. It feels respectful in a way car buying rarely does. Ten years, multiple vehicles, zero reasons to leave.

Was interested in a Mustang for sale after calling them. They quoted me at 14K, said I needed to think about it and come back later. That same night I went to Car gurus and noticed that it was listed for 11k. Went back the next day and stated that this was listed at 11k and would be more than happy to work something out. They had said that this was an error and they can only sell to me for 14k. I had once again stated that if they can make it happen for 11k I would be happy to make the sale, if not, I would need to walk. I was then told "Then walk" very rudely. So I did. I have since purchased a car, but opened Car Gurus and have noticed that this price was not an error and is still listed at 11k on their website and on gurus. Avoid this place if possible.

I visited Ruddell Auto in search of a 2027 Chevy Bolt LT. They had one on the lot that wasn't my first color choice, yet Chris Dennison spent significant time with me in going over the features during a test drive. Afterwards, Chris worked with his team to search for and secure the color I wanted. Despite their many efforts the low availability limited their ability to make that happen. I can whole heartedly recommend this dealer based on my experience and that of friends and neighbors who have bought their cars there. I finally secured the color I wanted and look forward to using Ruddell Auto for servicing my new car.

Poor Communication, Wasted My Time and a Day of Work - Matt Sinnes

First off I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this place as we had a great experience. The Service Department, on the other hand, was awful. About 2 weeks ago I took my truck to get the tires rotated at Les Schwaab. The manager came to me and said they could not get the wheel off because the lug nuts were so tight and suggested I bring it back to the dealer. I call the Service department, let them know the situation and made an appointment. When I got there they said they would have to order me another rim because the other one is stuck on there and they would have to ruin it to get it off. All in all so far not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. They said they would order the new rim and call me when it came in. I got a call the very next day asking to come back down to the dealership because they messed up and needed to get more information on the rim. No apology or anything for me having to take time out of my day to go down there. I get down there and wait an hour. They come out and said the wheel should be here in 3-4 days we will call you. Six days go by and I have not heard a word from these people. When I called I talked to a very nice young man who said he was sorry nobody called me and that the rim came in the day before but they were booked that day and could not get me in until Tuesday. I asked how long it should take when I was there he said no longer than a couple of hours. When I came in for the appointment I got to the service center at 7:45 AM for my 8 AM appointment. My truck did not get done tell 1:30 PM in the afternoon! I went up and asked the lady I was working with and all I got was a bunch of run around answers. The best answer was "well we did not have the correct weights to balance your wheels so we had to run and go get some." No apology. Not only did I waste an entire day but the communication throughout the day was horrible. I should not have had to go and ask them what was going on. I am a very forgiving person but this was a horrible experience. I did not have to pay for anything thank goodness but the communication should have been better and I should not have had to sit there for five and a half hours. They have loaner car programs for a reason. At the very least tell me to just drop it off and have me come back later in the day. I would not recommend anybody going and getting service at this dealership.
