I would highly recommend Steve Aponte at Island Mazda. He provided me with all the pricing information as requested, without all the typical car dealership nonsense. He even responded to my emails sent to Island Mazda while recovering from serious surgery. Steve made sure that when it was time for me to pick up the car that another salesman would be available to take me through the car and answer all my questions. Picking up the car went smoothly, without issue. Highly recommend, Steve, Nick and Tim at Island Mazda.

I don’t feel that I was treated fairly and honestly. I made an appointment. 1.5 hours waiting and waiting for them to diagnose a ‘brake malfunction’ issue which I think automatically came up at around 30,000 miles. The light kept coming on and beeping at me so I decided to check it out. (My mechanic had told me there was no issue with the brakes.) No reason to take that long for a diagnostic testing. This dealership recommended a brake flush claiming this was a necessary item to get done immediately. When I declined because of the time constraint (was in middle of a work day), 20 minutes later before they released the car they said oh the diagnostic guy wants to get paid for his time like $185 but if you do the brake flush then you’ll only pay for that (like $250!) and we will waive the diagnostic fee. So what am I supposed to do then- they are holding my car hostage and if I come back or go to a different mechanic and there is indeed a brake fluid issue then who knows what I’ll end up paying. So they did the work (ANOTHER half hour) which is $60 of fluid and what they claim is $189 for labor which is baloney because they work on other cars while working on mine just to charge the fee. What a waste of my time 2+ hours. They tried selling me other expensive services which I declined. I will never come back here and also will never lease a Mazda again. Too many complaints over 2 years I’ve had this vehicle.

The fastest and least stressful car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d already looked at a few other places for months prior to going to Sansone Mazda, where navigating their website felt like an all-day ordeal. I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA CX-30 2.5S and I had to add that first. I read positive reviews about Sansone Mazda and after reading about salesman Thomas’s great feedback from customers, I reached out online and someone contacted me promptly. Thomas is a great, down-to-earth guy who is not pushy and listens. I test drove the car, discussed numbers, and wrapped up financing next door at Jeep because there were many purchasing cars that day at the Mazda dealership. He was just as fantastic as Thomas, and he made me laugh quite a bit. All was negotiated quickly. No games, just straightforward and efficient. The finance experience was truly above and beyond. Thomas and the Finance Manager at Jeep also followed up afterward to make sure I was happy and to thank me for my purchase. I received a thank you card from Thomas, in addition to an email, a notification card in the mail and a call when my plates and registration were ready. It took only two weeks. I really appreciate their effort to make sure I knew I could swing by to retrieve everything, and it took about five minutes at the pickup desk to retrieve both. It helps to bring the orange card that was mailed to you because when you hand it to them your name is already on there, so you don’t have to fill some paperwork out or spell your name. I called Thom and told him I would stop by on Saturday and not sure what time to pick up my plates and registration. When I did drive over a few days later, a very nice gentleman approached me while I was waiting for Thomas who wanted to put on my plates, say hello and answer questions I might have about the new car. The young man offered two times to assist me which was fantastic, but I did want to wait for Thomas. After a few moments, I was told that Thomas was on a test-drive with another customer, who happened to be Danny the Assistant Manager who insisted on helping me with attach my plates. This impressed me because sometimes salespeople will sell you a car and not want to waste time further assisting you with plates and questions and answers so they can be busy trying to make a sale. Not here! That was the cherry on top of the sundae, and I have no problem driving an hour from my home to be treated properly and give my business to Sansone Mazda.

Went to this dealership with the full intention on leasing a CX30. There were none on site to look at and was shown similar but more expensive models. Then salesman told me to go home and research exactly what terms I want. In my many years of leasing cars, I’ve never been told to leave without making a deal. I was told the car I wanted was en route from Japan. I left my phone number and said call me when the car arrives. It’s 9 days later and no call. Meanwhile, I did as the salesman instructed. I went online, found another dealership and leases the car from them. PS Probably the most unattractive dealerships I’ve ever been in. Very unwelcoming atmosphere.
