I wanted wheel locks for my wheels and since the person that normally puts them in was busy, BM installed them himself on the spot so I wouldn’t have to wait. Shane, the manager, was a breath of fresh air. He’s upbeat, has a genuinely bubbly personality, and most importantly he kept his word. When we shook hands on a monthly lease payment, he honored it without games, pressure, or surprises. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. Ahmad, my salesperson, was equally impressive. He was patient, honest, and refreshingly straightforward. No upselling, no hidden add-ons just clear answers and smooth handling of everything from start to finish. In a few words huge waste of my time. Drove 3 hours after speaking to a representative 3 times about a specific vehicle on the website. I arrive and they tell me we can’t sell the car due to a lot of work needed to sell. All I got for my troubles was a bottle of water and a sorry. I specifically called and asked to make sure it was available and nope. If your not local and it’s not a brand new car make sure car is really available.

The salesperson "Gran" was adamant about pushing me into buying or leasing a new car. After going back and forth between us and the "manager", we tried explaining the maximum amount I could finance & he wasn't having it. "That's not gonna work" was said to us more times than I cared to hear. What do you mean "it's not gonna work"?! There were plenty of used cars on that lot that fell into my price range. He wasn't having it. Kept pushing us. So we got up to walk out. The next thing I know "Gran" is dropping f-bombs!!! And when my husband responded to his outrageous language, "Gran" tried coaxing him into a physical altercation!!! He said "Let's take this outside!" My husband said "Neither of us are Spring chickens. I don't think you want to do that." Gran says "Let's take this off-property!" "We'll go across the street!" "I'll knock your head off!" We're already almost to the door and this guy is walking after us, threatening my husband!!! My husband asked "What are we, in high school?!" and we walked out. I was floored!!! I'm still in shock! I may have to file a police report & go to court for an order of protection. This guy knows everything about me! Full name, SSN, where I live, where I work. It's extremely concerning to me!

Justin, Tommy and Ivan were so accommodating to what I was looking for and what I was able to afford. They explained all and made the process so easy and stress free.
