The trade in process was the only area which fell short. My trade in was in service for 6 days so they definitely had time to evaluate the car. Trade in estimate was higher, they they dropped it by two thirds 2 hours later. They should have gotten back to the salesmen while I was in the dealership.

We had one of the best experiences with this dealership. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle and never pressured into purchasing. The process from beginning to end was so easy. Some members of my family and a friend also purchased here. Just picked up my 2024 BRZ, which I had to order. Gerry kept me advised of details as to when it was going to arrive. When it arrived and I went to pick it up, I was treated like I was the only one there and their most important customer. This is the second Subaru I bought, first was a Crosstrek which is a great car that Gerry searched and found for me, from Gregoris and I recommend Subaru’s and Gregoris to anyone in the market for a new or used car. My daughter bought a 2021 Forester at Grand Prix Subaru a little over a year ago with 35,000 miles on it as a CERTIFIED USED CAR with VIP services. Bottom line car stalled out due to carbon deposits (she only put 11,000 miles on it) which their Service Mgr said has to be cleaned every 30,000 miles. Car was towed into dealership and charged my daughter $1100.00 for their labor service, claiming that this was maintenance and not covered under warranty . Be very wary of buying a used car from them as I believe they are shady.
