I had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Hyundai of - mimidow51

I had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport! From start to finish, I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere, professionalism, and excellent customer service. A special thank-you to my salesman, Colin Kirchmeier, who made the entire experience such a pleasure. Colin was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. He took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make the process comfortable and stress-free. I especially appreciated his professionalism and the personal attention he provided. I also want to recognize Cole Levi, my finance manager, who was absolutely wonderful to work with! Cole made the financial side of purchasing a vehicle so easy and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a car feel effortless. It's refreshing to work with two people who truly value their customers and go the extra mile to make them feel appreciated. I highly recommend Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport, and especially Colin Kirchmeier and Cole Levi to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for such a positive experience! You certainly earned my five-star review!

Be highly alert when negotiating financing at this - ryba01

Be highly alert when negotiating financing at this dealership. They use standard math manipulation tactics to quietly inflate the final price of their used cars. They focus entirely on your target monthly payment instead of the vehicle's actual out-the-door price. By stretching the loan term from 60 to 72 months, they make a higher price look affordable. This tactic adds thousands in extra interest. They also practice 'payment packing.' This means sneaking extended warranties and paint protections directly into the monthly payment quote without asking. Always demand a line-by-line itemized breakdown before signing any paperwork."5 Ways Dealerships Manipulate the NumbersPayment Packing: Bundling optional warranties into monthly quotes.Term Stretching: Lengthening loans to hide higher prices.Focus Shifting: Pushing monthly costs over final totals.Trade-In Lowballing: Devaluing your vehicle to pad profits.Fee Padding: Sneaking in expensive dealer prep charges. When negotiating a deal, consider these factors to calculate the true cost of the vehicle:The advertised price versus the out-the-door quote.Specific dealer fees or add-ons listed in the breakdown. The difference between dealer financing and a pre-approved bank loan.

DONT BELIEVE THE ONLINE PRICE! - Gammyk29

DONT BELIEVE THE ONLINE PRICE! I was looking at a car on their website, price clearly marked. When I asked for an out the door price it was thousands of dollars more. They gave me some xx story about how the price listed was MSRP minus the Hyundai rebate. The website didn’t say anything about the rebate, just the price of the car. Don’t trust them on fees either. Trust me, I did my homework on the added on fees. They will tell you the fees are set by the state and are mandatory, that’s just not true. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer!

Eleven years ago I purchased a Tucson at Moon township - aliciaregan412

Eleven years ago I purchased a Tucson at Moon township Hyundai, so when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle they were at the top of my list. On 9/17/22 my husband and I visited the dealership after about 2 weeks of online shopping to test drive a Kona. We were greeted by Rudy who took us out for a test drive. Rudy was very knowledgeable on the model and took the time to show me all the features in the vehicle. After our test drive, we decided to put a deposit down on a 2023 Kona Limited, and expected to take delivery mid October. I was pleasantly surprised when I had reached out to Rudy on Sept 28 to discuss finance options that the vehicle had arrived! The financing process was quick and very painless thanks to the legwork done beforehand by Rudy and Brenna (finance manager) before we went in that evening to take delivery of the vehicle. As the Limited had more options than the model I drove during my test drive, Rudy took me through my cars display to set everything up (his sound settings are on point, listen to this man!), how to control the sunroof/Moon roof, dash setting options, etc. The whole experience was very seamless. I am absolutely in love with my Kona!

Mike Kelly Hyundai has put me on the back burner every - Fodor

Mike Kelly Hyundai has put me on the back burner every step of the way and has done absolutely zilch to make this already terrible situation better. They only decided to make Hyundai aware that we paid for the car because we forced them to, after 7 months of not getting financing secured and leading us on. I, without a doubt would never recommend anyone to visit this dealership. They are covering up their mistakes and are hoping to erase the whole situation. My dad left a comment on their facebook about our experience, which was swiftly removed from the salesman who sold us the car. Kinda funny how they preach "if there's anything you ever need, give me a call" but then suppress any bad press and ignore you every step of the way. Response from the owner 10 minutes ago Hello. We are disappointed to see your negative review and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experience. Our manager would like to speak with you and make things right. Please give us a call and ask for our manager at your earliest convenience. Thank you, and have a nice day.

Great Purchase experience - robeck

I highly recommend Laurel Hyundai as the dealer for your next car purchase. Both my salesman Cameron Rock and sales manager Cody Custer went over and above expected levels of service. That went out of there way to get me the vehicle we wanted without being pushy, even answering questions on off days. I received excellent communication and feedback, honest and fair pricing, and the best car feature demonstration we ever had. I will wholeheartedly suggest friends look to them for their next vehicle purchase and will definitely buy there again.
