Purchase review: one of the best trade-in and purchase experiences we’ve ever had (full stop). Devin and Anitra Traverso are the absolute cream of the crop. In summary… Trade-In values and purchase price were better than fair. Communication was clear. No gotcha’s or gimmicks. They even offered to drop off the new car and pick up the trades (out of state purchase). Finance rate was reasonable without negotiation. They even put up with me continuously trying to find the shoe that was going to drop (but never came). As someone who has bought and sold more cars than I’d care to admit, I can tell you that this will be the first dealer I return to if buying a Ford (even though it’s a two hour drive) or if trading/selling a vehicle of any make. Well done.

We loved that we could test drive the vehicle without a salesman being with us. For my wife, who did the test drive, she was more at ease. RE: Collision center. 3 -5 time frame to replace a rear bumper took 8+ days. We had to call as the body shop never contacted us regarding the delay. They said an ordered part was wrong, but didn't know until 6 days after drop off. In person visit yielded no further explanation. Will NEVER use this collision center again. A simple courtesy call regarding the problem would have been much appreciated, but apparently there is no concern for customer service with Ciocca

This dealership is one of the BEST I found their service department GREAT, friendly and very knowledgeable the PARTS DEPARTMENT has all factory FORD parts and if it’s not in stock they will have it by noon, or the next day if it is available the sales department is fair and professional the mechanics factory trained experts what a great place to buy a Ford. when you can have someone to come to any location, your home or your work site, pick up your car take it back to the dealership. Do the service work and bring it back to you is a great thing. This is the best FORD dealership I’ve ever dealt with.( A very satisfied customer.) Jeff Sinclair

Took our F150 in for the recommended spark plug change and now the truck is not running properly. There is no doubt in my mind that they screwed it up by not changing them per specs. This is not the first time they tried to bilk us. Should have not gone back.

I've been taking my Escape to State College Ford for the past two years since moving to State College. A few weeks ago, State College Ford failed to write down my service appointment after I had rearranged my day and gone in late to work, and they didn't have the parts available when I dropped it off. They did not seem to care that they had made a mistake and they did not say or do anything to try to make it right. They really didn't seem to care at all. Frustrated, I decided to try Joel Confer Ford. Not only did they save me $300 by suggesting a different method for fixing my car, but they were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing, able, and interested in explaining my car's problems and the services it needed. I was happy to have such a positive experience with Ford, because I haven't since moving to State College. I'll gladly drive the extra way to Joel Confer's in the future to get better service!
