So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

From the initial call, I was given competitive numbers, quickly. I was looking at another manufacturers but I wanted a CRV more than the Tucson. Hyundai gave me a pretty insane deal, but Honda gave a better price, which still cost more but the trade off was worth it. Once getting to the store the customer service was even better, it was smooth, everyone knew what they were doing. I really enjoyed this process this is my 6th car.

Five years ago we bought a car from you folks. In October I walked in and asked if my salesperson of five years ago was still employed. The sales manager said he was off that day however another sales person would help me. We looked at the inventory, came back in and the sales manager in my opinion started to badger me about price etc. Left the sales person standing there. Finally had enough and left. Came back a week later and our original sales person was there. Told him flat out we, as my wife was there, didn't want to deal with the sales manager. MARCUS took care of us and we bought a new car. We came back a couple of days later as MARCUS said he would explain the various settings. Talk about customer service! Because of MARCUS a five star review! Financing through Honda at the dealership is another story.
