I had an outstanding experience at this dealership and truly felt taken care of from start to finish. I worked with **Max**, who—even without an appointment and while juggling other customers—managed his time flawlessly. He made me feel like a priority the entire day. He listened to what I wanted, genuinely cared about my interests, and worked hard to get me the best deal on both my trade‑in and my new car. I was there for a while, and he even offered me some of the lunch the team had ordered, which was such a thoughtful touch. I drove just shy of an hour from Virginia because of the great reviews I saw on DealerRater, and it was absolutely worth the trip. When I got home, I had a small accident with my garage, and the dealership reached out right away to help me get it fixed at a low cost—thank you, **Bob**, for the quick support. I also had a great experience with **Hassler** in finance. He was honest, patient, and walked me through all my options without any pressure. Even a week later, when I had follow‑up questions, he took the time to answer everything clearly. This dealership is the real deal. If you’re looking for a place that values integrity, customer care, and going the extra mile, this is where you should buy your car.

I’m leaving this review only because of how disrespectful and dishonest the communication was at this dealership. I came to this dealer for a simple oil change on my Kia Niro and ended up dealing with constant miscommunication and zero accountability. After the service, I saw an extra “shop charge” added. When I asked what it was and why it wasn’t mentioned up front, the advisor Emma Pizzola from the service department just called it a “standard fee” that “every service place will charge.” But when I pushed back and asked why it wasn’t disclosed earlier, suddenly she was able to remove/discount it. If it’s truly a mandatory, standard fee, it shouldn’t disappear the moment a customer questions it. After I declined the long list of extra “recommended” services costing 1500$+, it felt like my questions no longer mattered. The focus shifted to “just come and pick up the car” instead of clearly answering anything. I have screenshots clearly showing the shop charge, her “standard fee” explanation, and then her changing it once I challenged it. On top of that, she booked an Uber without my clear approval and later tried to blame me, even though the screenshots clearly show I only said “yes” to confirming my location (Starbucks), not to “yes, book the Uber now.” She also ignored my direct question about resetting the service light for a long time and only confirmed it much later, after multiple messages from me. The worst part was the Jeremy Patrick manager’s phone call. He sounds bossy and was like backing up Emma. Instead of listening, he immediately took the employee’s side, talked over me, raised his voice, and made it clear he didn’t care whether I ever came back as a customer. He says whatever she spoke was perfect and it was me who did the mistake. There was no attempt to understand my side or even acknowledge the miscommunication that’s obvious in the texts. The attitude was basically: “We’re done here, just come get your car and get lost ASAP,” with a clear sense that I was disposable because they have plenty of other customers. Later when I went to pick up the car, he was basically showing off that he is a big guy and can threaten me off, so I chose not to speak to him and left the place. This isn’t about a free Uber or a few extra dollars in fees — it’s about basic respect and honest communication. Based on my experience, I will never return to this dealership. If you do go here, get every fee and action clearly confirmed in writing, because if something goes wrong, they will stand by their staff and not by the customer.

He’s very agreeable. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly and it was a joy to buy a car through him today

I came in for an oil change and Jarvis took excellent care of me from start to finish. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. Jarvis explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the whole process was smooth. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Jarvis went above and beyond. Everything was great—definitely recommending and will be back!

Unequivocally the worst dealer I have EVER dealt with. The epitome of dirty lying car sales. They will change your freight fee from $1495 to $1595 because they don't think you will notice. They will also try and make you think they are discounting the vehicle by using the freight included price, and then add freight back in. Essentially charging you two freight charges. They will absolutely try and cool you for 5, 6, 7, hours with all the excuses in the world to change the price, update the paperwork 50 times until you either leave or cave. You won't get any type of rebate they offered. The store is terrible and specifically the general manger Jim (total xxx). He invited me in to discuss my customer experience only to almost immediately scream and yell 2 inches from my face including cussing after I confronted him on double freight charges. Total clown. This business has a D- rating on BBB. I would avoid this place at all costs, seriously.

I talked with Adel Milani (Sales Mgr) on the phone to get the out-the-door price on the purchase of a new 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid. My wife and I went to the dealership and met with Adel and the salesman - Stephen. Wow, Stephen gave us a professional presentation on the 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid and told us all about the SUV and answered all of our questions. He even helped my wife install the Kia app on her phone and connected it to the SUV. The people we met with - Adel, Chico and Stephen were both knowledgeable and super helpful. They didn’t try to add extras we didn’t want. This is a great dealership with very knowledgeable and pleasant staff when buying a car. Great sales and customer service !!! I would definitely go to Darcars Kia of Lanham to buy my next car for the excellent experience. Highly recommended !!!

Purchased a new Kia Sorento last month from O'Donnell Kia in Catonsville. I liked the environment. The sales lady that assisted me Joy was extremely friendly, personable & informative. Not pushy, which is very important to me! The entire process was less than 1 hr. I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted and how much I was looking to pay - they were honest & upfront!! I would recommend everybody to check out O'Donnell Kia if you are looking for a "No Games" buying experience!!
